DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR GUARANTEEDYOU LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR HAIR COLOR AND THERE IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED ON THEIR PRODUCT. MY TOP HAIR IS LIGHTER THEN THE BOTTOM HAIR.
