I was using a towel before but found that annoying. Since I have decided that I am going to be colouring my own hair at home going forward, I've decided to invest in one of this. Best decision ever. Made the whole home colouring process a lot less stressful.

A color cape made from materials you'd see at the salon, although this one is shorter than the one my colorist uses. It does the job. Afterward, I hang it in my shower while I rinse my hair and then I rinse the cape too and hang it to dry before folding it up for next month. I like that there are multiple snaps at the neck to adjust the fit.

I purchased a cape from eSalon when I first started using the product back in 2013.

I no longer worry about stains on my shoulders. This cape is long enough to protect my shoulders from staining. It’s also nice that the material is made of good quality plastic.

I was so glad I got the cape, I didn't have to worry about messing up my clothes and I didn't have to fight with a towel and keeping it on my shoulders. Having the cape allowed me to focus on my hair and stay on task!

The cape was a worthy splurge! I love how it snaps on the sides to create armholes. It makes me feel like I'm at the salon and I don't have to worry about any hair color possibly dripping on me or on my floor.
