I tried the leave in conditioner but was a little disappointed. It is a very light conditioner but my hair needed something with a little more conditioning to it. I tried the keepin it rich moisture mask instead which is a little heavier conditioner and it worked better for my hair.

I have not seen any help. Due to eSalon sending me wrong color, I had to redo my hair color two days after using eSalon's color. My overall experience has not been a good one. I am sad because the color I received in September was PERFECT.

I was hoping this would help make it easier to comb through my hair- it's not. It also doesn't make it very soft. It's just a little better than wash and conditioning alone.

I am just not pleased with the leave in conditioner. It leaves my hair to weighted and limp.
I do however like the Conditioner that comes with the Hair colorr kit.
The one that I apply leave on and then Rinse my hair.

This product was okay but no different than other leave-in conditioners. It worked better for me if I used it several minutes in the shower. If I left it in, it would weigh my hair down, making it hard to style.

I was looking on the site and realized I haven't left reviews on this product yet. This leave in conditioner did nothing for my hair but make it dry feeling. I've used alot of salon products and this is one of the worst so far. I gave it to my daughter to use and it made her hair dry as well. I was actually very surprised that this didn't work well because the s&c did a great job for her. Will not recommend this leave in conditioner.

I just give this product an eh..... Didn't hate it but had higher expectations. It made my hair soft enough but almost dull? And not greasy but kinda dirty feeling? Maybe that's the point and it's just not for me, not sure.

I use leave-in conditioners as a practice hot yoga and my hair can get pretty dry. This one is okay it doesn't "wow" me. I wish it was more in the silky side and with some more of a fragrance.

The product works in well and my hair is less frizzy, but it is still very dry after use. It helps but was not the solution I had hoped for.

Not sure how to use

I usually shower nightly and let my hair air dry but in the morning after applying this my hair felt weighed down and greasy. Smell was okay. Have not tries this product while blow dryibg right after, maybe this will give me better results?
If you already use a hair mask or deep conditioner in shower I say stick to that. Will not be reordering.

Good for detangling and smoothing just washed hair but leaves my hair feeling greasy. I used about half of what was suggested in the directions the second time but the results were the same.

Had high hopes for this product but it left my hair feeling dense and a bit sticky. It is suggested to use it with shining armour I may add this to my next order but I'm loathe to spend the money so maybe not.

I was very disappointed with this conditioner, I bought it for those day that I'm in a rush and just have time to wash my hair, hoping the leave-in conditioner would cut out that last step of conditioning after shampooing, but I might have not put anything on my hair, did nothing, didn't even make it feel soft!

I obvisously have great hair i use various products to boost volume make it look sleek etc etc but what i need is something that after a first use wont dry out my split ends more than they need to be, and thats what happened with this product after initial use my hair was gorg then id noticed the day after maybe two that my split ends had grown whether that was becuase of he leave in conditioner i dont know but i do use others and they dont do that to my hair. Dissapointed but oh well all u can do it try

I have used leave in conditioners in my hair and they usually leave my hair soft and easy to manage. This stuff felt like I had used a cheep low end shampoo and NO conditioner in my hair very unsatisfied do not send again.

I needed about 4 times more product than the instructions said. It is not a substitute for conditioner. I tried it without conditioner and my hair was dry. If used in addition to conditioner, it is effective.

doesn't hydrate my hair. After the use my hair was dull but smelt nice. Shame cause the price was higher than I would normally pay.

I have dry but tangly hair and always use a leave in in my routine. This made my hair feel very dry and just didn't do it for me at all.

My hair is very fine and delicate. I found this product not beneficial for thin hair. It goes right to my scalp and does nothing for my hair type.

Unfortunately - I am not as in love with this product as I'd hoped. My hair does tend to be dry (not because of the hair dye, but because I have dry hair that has a touch of the frizzies if left to it's own devices), so I am always on the lookout for a good leave in-conditioner and smoothing product. This one feels a little thin to me, and really I don't notice too much of a difference between when I use it or when I do not. Perhaps they need to have different levels of conditioner, given that we're not all the same or have the same issues.
