House of waxI used this product a few years ago and loved it and decided to try it again to save $$ at the salon. I think they have reformulated their product since because when I tried to wash the dye out in the shower barely any came out and a waxy film is stuck to my scalp and hair. Usually satisfied, not so much this time :(I am usually very satisfied with my order from ESalon but with this order I found the great coverage didn’t last long at all. Beautiful color, Nasty smellI love the color, but am unable to use due to it’s high ammonia smell. Get rid of the ammonia and I’d consider coming back. However, nobody responded to me when I cancelled my auto order due to the ammonia content, so, I don’t think I’ll be back ordering any time soon. Farbe hält nichtLeider ist auch beim 2. Mal färben genau nach Anleitung die Farbe nicht wie gewünscht und wäscht sich raus. Ich habe sie extra von einer Friseurin auftragen lassen. Schade eigentlich.... Versand war beim ersten Mal wie angekündigt, beim zweiten Mal kam das Paket nicht an aber es wurde sofort ein neues raus geschickt. Kündigung aus gesundheitlichen GründenLeider habe ich Atemnot Probleme auf die ständige Anwendung der Produkte bekommen. Zuerst ein unerträgliches Brennen auf der Kopfhaut. Daraufhin wurde mein Immunsystem angegriffen und ich wurde krank. Es ist sehr schade da ich ihre Produkte gut fand. Ich habe seither starken Reizhusten. Arbeite im Krankenhaus auf der Gefäßchirurgie und darf auf keinen Fall mehr diese Produkte verwenden. Deshalb kündige ich meine Bestellung mit sofortiger Wirkung. Danke für ihre Zusammenarbeit.
