Just used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. This was truly like a little salon experience in a box. The color came out great. My hair is soft!! All the little added accessories were very helpful, especially the color shield to prevent my whole forehead from getting dyed. I'm actually excited for the next box!!

I have been using the eSalon Custom Color Set for over ten years. My hair always looks natural and bright, with consistent color each time I color it. It has not damaged my hair, and it feels soft and thick. I can easily change my delivery schedule and adjust the color when I want. I am not going anywhere else for color. I love this product.

I was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. The best part was the color; rich, deep copper tone which covered my greys perfectly.

This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time!
For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. It’s dark in back, lighter in front (the very definition of “mousey.”) I had highlights previously.

I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. The colors are so nice that even my hair dresser doesn't know it's colored!

Literally. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. Again, thank you for being the real deal.

I am 100% thrilled with the results. I'm full grey & could only get my hair dyed in a hairdressers. Anytime I used a box dye the greys would turn pink.
My colour is so rich and shinny. I will definitely be using this service again.

Color is a fantastic match. Instructions were specific and easy. Will change review to 5 stars once I see how long color lasts. Great experience so far.
I know I waited some time before using this shipment, however after I did it, the color doesn’t v seem the same as it was. It is much more brown than I like, I think when I restart my shipments I would like it to be more red/ auburn than brown. I do still love that it is shiny and soft not leaving my hair feeling damaged like a lot of color products do.
Love my new colour and my colourist was so helpful in finding the perfect shade for me. The colour is vibrant and muti-toned, unlike the flat colour of a box dye. eSalon is a great service with a really supportive team.

Easy to apply even coverage, covers greys, long lasting. Many compliments, received on my hair colour. It looks natural and I am so very pleased I gave this product a go. I did have to tweak the colour, second time around as it was too warm a tone but this has been done and is now just right for me. Instructions are brilliant and the guidance and product gives you the ability to benefit from a more professional finish. A big thumbs up from me !!
I am in my 30s never coloured my hair before, had lots of greys coming through, was very nervous about dying my hair as I love my natural colour, I sent a picture and explanation about my natural colour- the colourist got it spot on - everyone has commented how it looks like my natural hair colour! And covered all my greys! The instructions were easy to follow, all the kit included was great! What a great way to get a professional color for such little cost. My e-salon consultant was helpful, and responsive when I had questions. The packaging presentation was a total surprise! I loved that the products were personalised with my name on them.
The instructions were easy to follow and I loved the little sticker that held them on the wall.
The kit was really good, with 2 pairs of gloves and I needed and used both pairs.
The colour was really lovely and I am pleased with the results.
All my greys were covered well and my hair looks and feels healthy.
I have had received 3 orders from e salon before and the color was good but not was I was looking for. I spoke to Mindy a color specialist and she adjusted my color to a light brown with a hint of red and a hint of gold. It is the perfect color, just like I used to have many years ago. The product is awesome and shipping is super fast. I have bought hair color from the store before and they fade so fast. This color stays for almost 12 weeks before slightly fading. My second hair colour was just as I asked. I loved my first one however, I wanted it tweaked a little to give it depth and warmth. That’s what I got! My hair looks so shiny. The colour is just the same as salon but half the cost. Love it!

Since moving to the UK, I had yet to find a colourist or salon that could give me the colour I was looking for. This magical little colour set is the ONLY thing that's come close to getting my hair the way I like it. I'll admit it's a tad redish on top (but I think that's only because my hair naturally pulls warm tones) but it's such a small thing that I don't even care or notice. I found an ad online either on Instagram or Facebook for this hair color and was very skeptical because I have never heard of it nor do I trust a lot of ads that come from social media sites, however this one is 100% LEGIT! I was a little worried at first as the colour for my roots seemed so much darker than the colour for my lengths. My hair is PERFECT! I can’t stop looking at it. So so silky and has a gorgeous shine too. Wish I did this ages ago!

The color came out okay. My midlengths and ends were a light strawberry blonde and the roots were a coppery red. The tint rinse helped even it out and blend the color seamlessly.
The instructions were easy to follow & I liked that the kit included everything you would need down to the gloves. My hair felt softer after application, shinier, and I received a lot of compliments on my color. Most of my friends thought I went to an actual salon. Thanks for creating an awesome product designed uniquely to each individual. Will be purchasing again.
I like these kits, the color turns out as expected and the haircolor has a natural look. As it fades it gets a bit brassy, but for the ease of skipping the salon color it's pretty good.
I love the color, it's exactly what I wanted! Even the first week or so when the new color is always particularly strong, it was beautiful and didn't look artificial at all. The color came out to be very close to the photo I sent showing the color I was hoping to get.
I really like the change for now of more copper in my color. Summer had made my hair too blonde. I may change it back in the future this Winter.

Found it very easy to use at home with little no no staining which was one reason I tried to avoid home dyes. Colour turned out great! Little satchets of shampoo & conditioner also a lovely touch in the box.

I am on my third custom colour set and I am so glad I found this option. It's saving me a bunch of money at the salon, and the colour is a better match to my natural colour, than my last two stylists used. I am finding that one kit will do my roots twice, so it ends up being an even better deal!
I got my dream color! I cannot believe how well this turned out. I've tried so hard to get the right shade of red, one that wasn't so artificial looking as I'm freckled, pale skinned with blue eyes, i've wanted red hair for so long! I plan to stay with esalon. Also my hair felt healthier after using esalon than before. I couldn't be happier!
