3rd time using, love my color!
I needed to adjust the color slightly and they got it right!! My hair looks healty and beautiful.
Doesn't smell like other products, smells nice.
I received my box a few weeks ago and just now used your product. I love it...my hair color is beautiful, soft, and shiny. I normally color my hair lighter reds but I have to say I love the color chosen for me, the dark mahagany Brown matches my skin tone great and I have received many complements. I will definitely continue to order my color through you, Salon quality at a fraction of the price. Thank you for your wonderful product.
Since I started getting my color from eSalon I have had many compliments on my hair. The color is not one dimensional and after coloring it isn't obvious that I just dyed my hair and I do wait six weeks. The texture of my hair is soft and full of body and it wasn't when I used other home products.
I rarely write reviews, but I just had to this time! I was not dying my hair for years, so sadly I didn't appreciate my eSalon hair color the first time round :-( I've decided to dye my hair before my holidays, but I run out of time to buy from eSalon and went for the high street one (semi-permanent, so luckily it won't last!). Now I can understand the difference between them!!! Lessons learned! I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! After using eSalon hair dye my hair looked so natural, that I thought it wasn't enough. Don't get me wrong, they had a lovely, rich, shiny tone, just not that obvious 'IN YOUR FACE' kind of tone! Now I know it was a good thing. Thank you eSalon for a great quality hair dye, I will definitely be using you (and only you!) in the future and will recommend you to all of my friends :-)
The color is always even when coloring by your directions. The texture has improved and is now thicker and manageable. The frizzies and split ends have calmed down dramatically.
Wow im so very very happy I received my personalised colour this morning and got straight on to do my hair.
My hair really holds red and I wanted to go a bit darker without the golden hue I keep getting.

i have no complaints about the color. it is a perfect match. the back of my head is hard to get to and i don't know if i'm getting it all! this may be the 'straw that broke the camel's back' for me!

You guys get it right every time! Every change has been perfect. My hair is soft and in great shape even though it's in the pool and sun daily - I could not say that when I was using over-the-counter products. I love the convenience of automatic delivery right to my home. Great service!
I love my color! I had requested a little more red to be added to the mix, based on the original color I first received, and I got exactly what I asked for. The color turned out beautiful. It is still very natural looking and has the perfect amount of "warmth" (darker undertones) to it. I absolutely love everything about this color!
I have never had such fabulous grey coverage! My hair is 95% grey (silver almost white strands) and very resistant to dye! Better than a visit to my local salon and about 5 times cheaper too!! I am so happy. Thank you eSalon!
I'm not one who likes to color my hair. I was a witness to all of my mother's different hair colors done at home. I decided then and there that my color was just right. The first reason I ordered the hair color was it was free! what a great deal. The color team did a great job matching my color. My beautician didn't even notice the color when I walked in the door. Even she said it was a great match. I just wanted to get rid of the grey that was taking over, and eSalon did a fantastic job. In addition I love that it was delivered and I didn't have to spend all that time in the hair color section at Wal-Mart. Thanks again! Keep up the good work.
The absolute perfect answer to home hair color!! I have only colored my hair once before in my life time (18 years ago) I turned my hair clown wig orange and spent a boat load of money to remedy the after math. I swore I'd never color my hair myself again ... but with 2 kids in collage & the budget in mind I had read promising reviews and opted to try eSalon for myself. I was surprised at how easy it was -detailed instructions made just for me. The color was perfect and the results were better than most my salon visits!! I was thrilled with the whole process- the customer care is particularly wonderful!!
I've been covering gray since I was 21 and I've tried just about every hair color brand including expensive salon visits and esalon has been my favorite experience hands down.
The packaging is awesome and the directions are clear and easy to follow. The smell is mild and does not linger in your hair like other products. I wanted a chocolate brown with out red tones and it was perfect. I'm approaching 6 weeks and the color is still great with the exception of some gray peeking back through but even the most expensive salon treatments can't hide those beasts for long!
I totally loved my first order - it feels just like a professional color my hair was soft, the process was sleek and easy. Although I loved the first color I wanted a little bit more violet in the tone - I asked and they produced the new color was absolutely perfect. I also love that the color last a week or two longer that the store box colors.

I finally decided to try eSalon due to scheduling difficulties with my hairdresser as well as the high price. I couldn't be more pleased! The first formulation wasn't quite right, but eSalon's professionals made a slight change and the second one is absolutely perfect. SOOO glad I made the switch; I can color my hair on my schedule and save lots of money in the process. It's a win-win for me. Way to go eSalon!!!

I had pink/blue/purple on my bangs. It was a permanent color. I couldn't believe how well this color covered my hair. I was impressed & shocked! Just what I wanted!

So I used my kit tonight for the first time and I have to say OMG!! This is the closest I have ever gotten to my original color! Not to brown. Perfect!! It's me, only better! This hair color custom made for me, matches the shade of my natural hair color. It restores the shine and vibrancy that it often lacks as the years pass. It also masks the sneaky grays that creep up. I've never tried anything that comes close to comparing and I get so many compliments on my hair!!!! THANK YOU ESALON!!!!
I was very impressed with the coverage of this color. I have tried all kinds of home color, even some more expensive brands but this one is the closest to salon quality without the price. I am excited to continue using this product. The color was spot on, too!
I am beyond thrilled with this color! I truly did not expect it to turn out like this. The color is natural, it covers all the gray and it feels great (not dry at all) I thought this would be a one and done as I've never been able to find something that I can do myself that is 1. Easy to use and 2. Effective.
One thing to note - the smell is strong while you are timing it in your hair. However, I personally think its worth it because the results are great.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who colors their hair.

I'm loving the way my hair looks and feels with these products. I'll continue to use them and spread the word...professional looks but done in my home!!!
Whenever I color my hair the first thing I do when I get out of the shower is go to the mirror to see if it actually covered my gray. With this product my grays were finally 100% covered. Now I'm waiting to see how long it will last before I have to color again. So far so good.
Never going back to my hair stylist for coloring again!!

This product gives great results. The colour that was formulated for me produced perfect results. Also, there is no ammonia odour that you find in other hair colouring brands, The hair is left soft and manageable with a pretty shine.
