I just did my first color today. I absolutely love the color. Not only the color but my hair feels really soft and it’s shiny again. The only problem I need to address with my next color is leaving it on the roots a little longer. Other than that it’s perfect. Thanks so much.
I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now. I’ve always used the store bought box cheap products because I can’t afford salons. I’m in love with how it colors my hair. It’s gentle. And doesn’t smell like I just colored my hair. Especially How it leaves my hair soft and even the shampoo and conditioner help. Before Every time I would wash my hair most of the product would wash off.... u get what u pay for right? So now it’s so much better. I totally love this product. Must try.
This is my third round of color with eSalon. It's taken a few tweaks, but I am very happy with it overall. They really nailed this last color for me! I have light blonde/dark brown hair that I have colored red (using permanent color) for years. My natural color does have red in it, but I like to amp up my red. Recently I decided I'm done with permanent color, just wanted something to go over what I already have and spruce it up a bit. I am too cheap to get it done at a salon. This demi-permanent color they've designed for me is just perfect and I am so glad I gave this a shot!
Before the color my hair was brassy and felt like straw. Once I rinsed the color my hair felt great already. And then the shampoo and conditioner! I love that the color it is exactly what I’ve been wanting and not getting from salons or store bought color. Thank you!
On the sides of my face by my ears are those hairs. Not facial hair lolo. I can’t get them to color and help you can give me? Love this. My white hairs are turning tan and not dark brown. I followed direction exact. Just wondering if there is anything else I can try.
The team professionally mix the color to give me what i want, and it doesn’t damage my hair. The color lasts way longer with a good care and good shampoo. The only thing is the smell of it, is very strong but i wouldn’t go back to what i was doing before eSalon.
So today I used my personal colour treatment.. I was a little anxious during the development time as my hair seemed to go very dark... after washing the product off my hair I was left with the most fantastic natural blonde 😍😁😍
I did a complete color change from Blond to Red and let me tell you my hair was a color mess and now it looks amazing, if I do say so myself. I was so afraid of HOT ROOTS you know where your roots are totally bright and the rest of your hair is normal...did not happen, my roots were the same color as the rest of my hair. It's a little pricey if you are used to Drug Store color, but well worth it in my opinion. Love to all...Kim

I colored my hair on Sunday 1-26-20. I like the color. I noticed a blue tint in the front Monday. Today is Thursday 1-30-20. The blue is slightly noticeable. I like the color, thank you Tamera. I don't know when I will need to reorder.
I loved how the color turnout. Although I have trouble with the gray. It didn't absorb color that well and maybe I need to increase the time on the gray hairs. Other than that, the color matched perfectly like I wanted it to be. My hair feels shinny and healthy looking. I loved the shampoo/conditioner that came with the set. It smell really nice.
I can already tell that my hair feels softer and healthier. My roots are a bit brassy, but we’re adjusting the color a bit. Other than that, I’m very happy and satisfied.
I wanted to change my blonde brown to just root color (dark brown) with red. The first two colors faded to a brassy golden (I was covering super blonde highlights). The colorist tweaked the color to add a darker brown and no golden tone and voila. No golden, less fade and the perfect color. Super easy and super affordable way to color your hair!!!
I have no complaints about eSalon. They're a wonderful group of professionals who go above and beyond for all their clients. I wanted Blonde hair color & they were able to make up a blonde solution for me. And they really help too! Actual TRUE Blond....or as light as they were able to. I just wanted to go a LOT blonder and after they explained that they are not a bleaching service which is what I realized I would need to get to that color... unfortunately this means . Which I completely understand of course. I DO need to say that their Highlighting IS the blonde color that I wanted to achieve. But ALL over my head & that would mean I'd have to purchase probably 5 kits all at once which is impossible & pricey. This is a WONDERFUL service & company & when I am ready for something different I shall be returning!!! I also need to mention that all their products are of high quality too! My absolutely FAVORITE products that I will continue to purchase are the Toning Mask, Color Enhancing Mask, Leave in Conditioner. But my all time FAVORITE FAVES is the Camo Mist!! I've never ran across a product like this that does its job perfectly & it doesn't feel like I'm breaking the bank when purchasing these. I also must mention that I am in LOVE WITH THE SCENT OF THEIR MOISTURE MASK & LEAVE IN CONDITIONER. So fresh & clean scents!!!!!
At first it seemed a bit dark, but within a week it had softened to the perfect shade. And it’s lasting better than anything I’ve tried for years, including professional salon service color. The smell was a bit strong, but I think it’s worth it for lasting color that doesn’t pull brass from my medium brown.
I loved it - the golden part I wanted - definitely is there.
I would like it a tad bit darker with the golden but I understand if a tad bit isn't a measure.

I originally picked a color (from a large shade selection, so you can surely find a shade you like), but that's not the shade that actually came out on my hair when I used the product. I love that I was able to explain what happened, send a picture of the outcome, and a personal color consultant changed the formula as necessary to provide the color result I wanted, and sent it to me at no charge! Store packages can't guarantee the color shade on the box because people's hair handle the chemicals differently. If what you see isn't what you get, oh well. But eSalon does what it takes to get you the result you want. When it was time to touch up the roots, the color has blended in perfectly!

I got my regular root touch up and ends refresher.
But you sent a note about it being a newer formula.
It was much better!
I loved the thickness of the dye. It was MUCH better!
Also, it rinsed out MUCH better.
Before if I didn’t take a long time rinsing out the dye, it would feel gummy or greasy in some spots.
Thank you! For upgrading it. It’s fantastic! The color is still great too!

So I saw this as a IG ad and was curious. I had lightened my hair and it needed to be refreshed. It turned my two toned hair into a gorgeous solid color. They send you everything you need. Only thing is I wish it was a bit less than what it is.
I love the color! The only negative comment I have is of the smell... it's a little over powering but I love the results I got. My hair feels so soft and not dried out.
My first color was great, it was darker, The color lasted so I even pushed delivery of my second color back. Then I chose to go lighter and for some reason this one hasn’t lasted well. My roots are showing. I think I’ll stick with the darker color. Love the hair color. It coles with everything you need right in the box.
Asked the Esalon team to send me a little lighter color—I got it a month ago but just got around to dying my hair yesterday-then went and had some highlights put in —love it😊
I never thought I would be able to find my natural color, and I tried many brands before eSalon. eSalon was able to match my natural hair color and I'm never switching
I really like this color! My most recent application picture has been updated. My only complaint is that my temples still have gray hair. That seems to be the most resistant place. Next time I will start there...

I had been getting my hair cut, colored and highlighted professionally for over 50 years. Along the way, I experimented with store bought color with little to no success. Seems I could never get it right and continued to pay ever increasing prices to salons for expert color-care. A friend introduced me to e-salon. I was skeptical. How could online colorists who did not see my actual hair color send me a product to color it? The low price was compelling and my friend’s personal success convinced me to try it out. So I did. I filled out the online questionnaire and sent a photo of my hair and voila. eSalon sent me my personalized color and I’ve been using it ever since. Thank you eSalon.
Natural redheads lose their color vibrancy before any other color. I started coloring my natural red hair in my mid-thirties but struggled for 25 years to find a good match. Ultimately, I found a hair colorist that could make my red hair look natural but she wanted $140. I decided to try Esalon after two years with the colorist. The first time I colored my hair, it wasn't quite right but within a couple days it looked really nice. I know now it was just my former color causing problems. The second coloring was perfect. It's a rich, warm light auburn. It's much better than the $140 color treatment at the salon because that was never perfect each time. As long as Esalon continues to impress me, I will be a loyal customer.
When I began using eSalon. My hair had gotten too dark and monochromatic. My ends refresher had only red and mahogany to help lighten. Last month my ends refresher left too much red and didn’t look natural. I provided feedback to my colorist who added brown to the ends refresher for perfect results. I am so impressed. Thanks

I absolutely love the color! It looks perfectly natural, and lasts 'til my next kit arrives in the mail. I would give it 5 stars, but it tends to dry out my hair!
I have a lot of resistant grays. After coloring they start to come back in 9-12 days. 3 -4 weeks and dnt see anything. Thanks for a product that lives up what you advertise.💯

When I was going to a salon to get my hair colored the products always made my head itch, even when they added something to control it. I have had no itching with the ESalon products.
Bought my first kit a few weeks back but only got around to using it this evening. The smell is extremely strong and overpowering, use in a well ventilated room.
The colour itself seem lovely I can’t wait to see it in the daylight.
I’m jut blown away by not only the quality of the products/packaging but more importantly the results. I did a root touch up of a grey skunk hairline. I had previous highlights and most recently a drugstore touch up. The drugstore kits always had me ending up way darker than I wanted or too light with a tinted but not quite gone covered skunk stripe. This absolutely had me feeling like I just left the salon.
The littlest details like a sticker to hang instructions on the mirror in front of you, the detailed instructions of how exactly to rinse, and the superior quality of the color itself has me kicking myself for not doing this sooner.
Colorist picked a color that matched my skin tone very well. The chemical in the bottles are too harsh on hair. My hair feels smooth and not tangled after the application.
I loved the light brown on my hair to ends. The only issue I have is that my roots were more brassy than I'd like. Easy to apply, I used the brush and bowl technique. It does have a strong smell. I also wish there was size small gloves and an extra stain remover sheet. That worked really well! Packaging was really nice and put together well. The shampoo and conditioner was nice too.
Great color, good supplies, though clips included would be nice. Looking forward to trying to do the highlights myself. Watched a video that made it look very doable. Shipping is a bit expensive...they could consider decreasing this as I have a friend who won't order due to high shipping. Overall very happy.
Color results were very good, my hair was shiny as I'd hoped. Product had a pleasant smell with no residue odor as with other store bought products. The only issue I had was that the color was somewhat darker than I expected, looked almost black; however, in all fairness, I did not discuss with my colorist.
It actually covers the grey and stays covered longer. It comes with everything you need including your own personal instructions. If you don't like the color they'll ajust it til your happy.
I liked the organized box, the 2 sets of gloves. I like the color, I might add a little more of the neutralizer blue to tone down the copper coming through. There are some coppery highlights when the light hits it. Also, in the directions it tells you to do roots first and wait 15 min. Then do your ends, then 10 more minutes. I did this on my blonde grown out hair and I have a line where I applied the first roots, which is half my hair, and then the lighter highlights growing out. I wish I could have just applied the color to the whole head and maybe I wouldn't have such a line. Overall I am pleased. I hope it lasts.
You won’t find product with this type of quality in any corner store. From the creamy texture, to the shiny and consistent results - eSalon is my go-to for saving money on my hair color without sacrificing quality.
I was scraping the internet trying to find a quality hair color product that didn't break the bank, had excellent reviews, and was easy enough to do myself. It was just that time you know? I have had 2 kids, I'm in my mid-thirties, and those grays are just cropping up everywhere. I couldn't hide it anymore. I was contemplating just going natural, and embracing my 'crown of wisdom' but I thought, why not grow in wisdom and still have cute hair?! I have actually never tried to dye my hair before. So I was a little nervous in spite of all of the great reviews on the site, and youtube. I had a family member apply it the first two times. I watched her do it, and I knew, there is no reason why I couldn't just do this myself. So I did! My hair color came out just as amazing! (I went with dark brown copper. Yes, the color is beautiful indeed!) I recommend any woman to try this who knows they are picky about the products they put in their hair, and yet are trying their best to stretch the dollar. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
My hair would not hold a color, so I gave up and had to live with my gray hair. I no longer have to do that because my color took beautiful and it is staying in.
After a bad experience with another subscription color company; I colored my hair today with my custom eSalon color. The color is beautiful and my hair feels so soft.

I love the coverage provided by this product. It was a little too dark but that was my fault in providing the exact color needed which is difficult to do and not the fault of e-Salon. I have requested a change in the color but have not used the new color yet as this color is holding so well.
it came out as expected, there was a hiccup with the first order so had to wait for them to ship a new one. The color is good, not sure it’s any better or worse then just buy a box at store. But it was worth a try!

Color seems to be holding its own considering the summer sun. If any adjustments need to be made it will be AFTER September. But for now so far so good

I have an even all over coverage you can’t tell that it was previously highlighted. My roots were about 3 inches. The only problem I had was this color was just to dark. I thought it would be more of a medium type brown but it is a darker brown. I did call and they added a credit to my account and she gave me some tips on getting it to lighten up some so that I can dye it a lighter brown. The customer service is amazing. It was super easy to dye my hair myself took less than an hour total including processing time. I have shoulder blade length medium to thick hair and had plenty of product.
I have tweeked the hair color 2 times since the original order, and I just can't seem to get it right. the staff was prompt and chain doing changes no questions asked. they always sent me a note saying hey this is what we did how do you like it what's going on so their response their comments and their helpfulness is helping me decide what realistic-looking color I want.
I loved how my custom color turned out. It is a very deep, rich dark brown. My hair also felt great and was shiny. The only reason I am gave 4 stars was because the smell is very strong.
