Perfect color.....perfect mixture......easy to apply.....keeps my hair shiny for about 12 weeks, which is longer then any store bought haircolor I have ever tried.....I love that I can request color changes and it is blended perfectly every time!

I have natural dark blonde hair & was always having highlights done to lighten hair every root growth,costing a fortune,tried esalon after reading reviews although couldnt find many reviews on blonde hair so decided to give it a try..very impressed..i will say first colour left roots a bit too warm golden blonde but telephoned esalon spoke to paul who then tweaked my colour for me and im really happy with the results,only have to go for a cut & blow dry now,colour comes straight to my door every 6 weeks now,such a great service.no sitting in hairdressers for 2-3 hours & no massive bill to pay either.hair feels in great condition,as i said the first time i did it i wasnt too happy but second order nailed it for me.i will be using esalon from now on,my hair is a lovely light very natural looking blonde,even my husband commented on how nice my hair colour was lol he thought i had been to hairdressers so thats saying something.I would certainly recommend esalon if first colour isnt jst right dont panic jst give them a call they tweak the colour to get it jst right for you....its easy to do myself & i love my colour no more massive roots till i save the pennys for salon highlights.10/10 esalon.
I've coloured my hair at home for years using well known brands with some success but even my hair dresser who only cuts my hair complimented me on the colour. I have persistent grey around my temples which is always hard to colour but with e salon it has been v easy. It's a little more expensive than shop bought colour but so much better.
My hair color was a bit lighter than I wanted, so I asked for the color to be darkened a bit. The colorists NAILED IT! It is absolutely perfect - just what I had in mind. Thank you so, so much! :)
I absolutely LOVE and LUV this color! The colorist did an amazing job with our communications of providing the exact color I was trying to achieve. It even covered my gray hair. I am sold and will be getting my color from here moving forward. I just referred my cousin and mom, they will be trying you out next.
I've been paying almost $200 every 6 weeks to get my ash blonde hair to be a Jessica Rabbitesque red. I'm definitely going to save my money and color my own hair. I'm shocked at how even the color is. My roots are gone, and the colorist nailed exactly what I was going for.
Finally, the PERFECT shade of strawberry red-blonde!

I am a natural red head, more strawberry blonde type of redhead. Now that I am aging and getting grey, I have been having my color done at the Beauty salon. Everyone always wants to color my hair a dark red/auburn shade and put highlights in it. It has been ok, but it is not what my natural color once was and that is what I want!. My natural hair color seemed to be impossible to attain, till I discovered eSalon! After a few short questions concerning my hair color and my wishes, I sent in my very first order. They wanted me to send a pic of me and my hair so I did. The color kit came in the mail and I was skeptical but I colored my hair. I was shocked and pleased. FINALLY FINALLY someone GETS what color of RED my hair is! NOT auburn, NOT dark red, but golden strawberry blonde red! The color is just absolutely perfect!!!!! My hair now looks like it did years ago, it is the absolute PERFECT shade and I am so happy! How come no one has gotten it right till now? If I have questions, they always answer me within a day, and I have asked alot of questions! The instructions are super easy to follow, the website is beautiful and simple for Oldsters like me. I just couldn't be more pleased, but the best part to me, is I don't have to sit in the salon for hours and hours every 6 weeks getting my roots and highlights done, at 80 bucks a pop. My natural highlights seem to show up really well with the eSalon color and I have had so many compliments on my color looking like it did back in the day! If you want to delay an order, you simply get on eSalon site and in one click have your order changed to a date you prefer. I was worried the color would look flat and monochromatic, but it looks really natural. I'm very happy so far. I'll be interested to see how long the grey coverage holds up.
One week update: my hair still feels great, even wet before conditioner. My friends thought I had gone back to the salon for a touch up.
I did request a slight adjustment to the color, only because I wanted to make a change. The color mixed for me matched exactly with the salon color I had been getting.
My colorist here is a genius!
My hair is incredibly soft. The color is a little darker than I expected, but I'll wait and see if it fades out a bit. I may request a revision to the color mix since I would like more red, less brown, but the color looks good.
I don't know why people said they had trouble rinsing the color out, because mine rinsed out quickly with no problems. I used their pro tip of using the leftover dye at the end, massaging in before rinsing, and it all rinsed right out. No leftover residue in my towel, either, which I've had even after salon color!
I'll check back in a couple of weeks to report on my root grow out.
My last two, very expensive salon colors have had very rapid grey line showing at my roots, which disappointed since I got longer color from drugstore dye in the past.
If this lasts longer, I'll be a long time customer!!
The instructions are easy to follow and the colour was easy to apply with minimum mess and no staining. I was happy with the definition of the colour. It blended excellently with my previously coloured hair and has lasted well 6 weeks later which is better than expected from a demi-colour. I have since asked my colourist to adjust the tone as I'd like more copper than red and I can see the mix on my account for the upcoming order which looks to be as I've asked. I've given it 4* only because I chose a 'copper auburn' shade to bring out my hazel eyes and I was given 'mahogony red' which was very similar to my previous colour, but was not what I'd asked for.
I received my first kit about a month ago. Really liked the color but as I sat with it and washed it I noticed too much copper. So I asked for an adjustment color with no copper, just more rich coloring with red highlights. Just finished coloring my hair and I really really do love ❤️ it. It is exactly what I asked for. I will wait for a few washings and if it stays this way, then this is my forever shade. Thank you eSalon and especially Alexia (my personal colorist)!
I am so thankful I found eSalon. The process is so easy, but in depth. They mix the perfect color for you. They take your natural color, your current color, and your desired color, then look at a picture of you and mix the most amazing blend to bring out the most beautiful you. I have been looking for the perfect at home color for me and have now found it. My hair is healthy, and radiant, and I am amazed with the results. I feel as if I've paid a lot of money at a salon. I was hesitant at first. I tried so many products I thought it was just that "another product". I loved it. I have stubborn grays at the root level and tried all the over the counter products, but this product really covered my grays and it lasted more than two weeks. The price is reasonable as well. I have been destroying my hair for years with drug store hair color, which resulted in a rainbow of brown and orange (grays still visible). This hair color was completely different. The end result was uniform, beautiful color and grays gone! My hair was also left very soft and manageable. I also have very thin hair that has been falling out - I'm assuming due to my age and mistreatment - this product was gentle, and didn't cause further hair loss. Love it!

I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but, wow! The color was perfect and blended with my natural color beautifully. It's gentile on my scalp and the color really lasts a long time. I'm very pleased.

I am smitten with the product and will continue to use it. The brush applicator is excellent and makes it very easy to apply - even in the back. The color is perfect and I am impressed with eSalon's ability to match it so spot on using only a photo and Q&A form. I will buy again...and again!
The product was easy to use and the instructions are very detailed. The color was a bit too dark, but my hair is very absorbent. I have asked in my next order to lighten the color a bit. Now that it has been 6 weeks, it is the perfect color. Looking forward to my next order
I have been using my custom hair color for about a year now and I absolutely love it! the color looks very natural and it lasts a long time. I have been told by a few people that it does not look like I color my hair and that the color looks very natural. It also covers the grays very good. I am very pleased with my hair color since I have been using this product and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who colors their hair.
Just used my first color from eSalon, light blonde. The color is pretty but darker than expected, almost a medium brown. Can't wait to try the next color. Requested a true medium blonde. After years of do it myself coloring at home I was tired of not being able to find my preferred brands and color on the shelf. Results often varied from brassiness to uneven color. eSalon has changed all that. The ease of application, simple instructions and having all tools necessary made it a breeze. I love the great color, and the tinted love shampoo really helped extend the color. I just am not sure i can continue due to price. We are on disability, and this is double what i what I was spending. Great product!

I absolutely love the New red color that was made for me! It is so shiny and has tons of dimension. The color seems to last awhile, which is hard to do sometimes with red colors. I love how the color matches my natural color. It is easy to apply and goes on very smoothly. The smell is not overwhelming either. I have a few gray hairs and when colored, they actually appear as being highlights, which I really like.

Amazing how well this covers my grey hair! Better and easier than going to a salon. It was easy to adjust the color with the consultant thru the website. It is so easy to adjust shipment times and add in products when needed.
Upon seeing the photo I sent, eSalon recommended I use a shade they came up with rather than the one I ordered. I agreed to try it. I've used eSalon's custom color for about 6 months now, and of all the compliments I've received, the best are from hair professionals. One lady wanted to see the products and offered to do the application for me if I would bring her the kit. Ha! I'll do it myself, thank you. Colorists have commented on the natural color highlights and asked my secret. Aside from saying it's from eSalon, I let them wonder how the color comes out so awesome. The second coloring step done with water in the shower is easy and finishes so beautifully.
