eSalon have literally thought of everything. The colour is exactly as I want it - just like me natural colour but without the greys! I'm delighted! Easy to follow instructions and plenty of dye so you don't run out half way through. I typically don't dye my hair too frequently so don't need auto delivery but will definitely be ordering again at some point soon. Thank you! Finally a colour that doesn't look like it's a home dye!

I chose intense pearl and just colored for the first time. I love love love the color!! I usually color every 3 wks. The fading color is important to me. Can't wait how the color holds up. I did order the gloss for extra help ;)
I love the color! I use it only on my roots and it doesn't cover my grey as well as in a salon but I use it to stretch out the time between professional colorings. I'm sure if I wasn't so grey it would be perfect! It does blend very well with the rest of my hair color.
I'm a redhead and was curious if they could come up with a color I would be happy with. They nailed it! It is the closest to my childhood color ever!! Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I just love it!
I am amazed at how quickly my new color arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't dream it would arrive so fast so I colored my hair at home already. I am sorry I waited so long to try eSalon. Working with a colorist is fantastic! My first color was a little warm and when I contacted them by Email they adjusted it to fit exactly what I wanted.
Application is so easy and no smell like OTC hair color. I will never go back to the OTC color again!
Love this color system. In the past, I had used over the counter Clairol and Loreal hair dye. Both left my hair dry and brittle. The eSalon custom hair dye is so safe on my hair. It seems to nourish my hair and gives shine to my hair. I love it!
I used this hair color for the first time last week and it was easy to apply and I got great results. My hair stylist commented on the color and said it looked great. I will go one shade darker next color treatment. I don't have to color as often as most and I love this product. I will use it again.
I have had two lots of the colour and had the last one change slightly and i have got to say both of them have been fantastic I can't believe what great coverage you get and how long they last one happy customer plus I don't need to search the shops finding the right colours it's done by fingers tips

I have been ordering this product more than two years and what I find great about is that it can be personalized to my changing needs and wishes, both concerning color and way of using the colorant. I wasn't a fan of home hair dying previously, felt it too challenging but with these products and clear instructions it is fun! Also, the small details, kind words on the products as well as the sticker to put the instruction on the wall make the whole experience feel like I am a VIP at a hair saloon... I love this! Not forgetting about the fact that it is delivered always on time. All in all, I can recommend it to anyone
I love it! The process of choosing the color is so much better than any salon color I've ever had and I have been coloring my hair at home for a long time because of the expense of the salon. Right now I am not in a position to purchase it more than once ever six months so I have canceled the auto ship but will be coming back. My husband loves the color, the body and the feel of my hair.
I love my customized color. I got many compliments even from my hairstylist.
Will definitely keep on buying it.

I absolutely love this system. The color is perfect. I went a shade lighter and it's beautiful! Shiny, soft, doesn't fade. Covers the gray 100 0/0. I tell everyone who uses store colors to try e-salon. It saves a lot of money not going to a salon and I love that you have your own personal colorist.
I have been a client for a year and I am very satisfied with the hair color process using eSalon. I was happy with the method used to understand my beginning color and where I wanted my hair to go. The products are a great quality. The price is fair. The service is Excellent!
I admit, I was skeptical. Another gimmick? Absolutely not! I have been doing my own hair color for years. Recently, I had it done at a salon for $85, and had to go every month! But, the gray was covered better than when I did it myself until now! eSalon has color that absolutely covers the gray! I will be a lifelong customer! I love it! THE BEST hair color on the market!

We could tell this was different from the usual boxed color. It smelled and felt more like what my professional hair stylist uses. The biggest difference between regular boxed color is that this worked! My grays disappeared.
I'm so glad I tried eSalon, I LOVE my custom color!! My stubborn grey stays hidden almost twice as long as any box or color from any beauty supply store. My color is so vibrant and bold and still looks healthy and shiny. The colorist are very helpful. The price is affordable and so is all their extra products.

This is by far the best colour I have ever used on my hair.
Previously I would leave the hairdressers having spent over £100, with grey hair still showing.
This now covers them all, they stay covered, and it saves me £££'s!
Color was a little lighter than I expected but I have ordered next batch a little darker. Color covers greys very well and last a lot longer than the store bought bottle. Its a little more pricey but lasts twice as long at the store bottle so I believe its well worth the cost..I would recommend it..
I know I ordered a while ago and then had an accident and had to have surgery to one of my fingers so I JUST used it! So far I am VERY impressed! The color is perfect, I LOVE the silkiness of my hair, and the product also doesn't smell as bad as other products out there. I am anxious to see how long the color lasts now. The reviews I read said that their color lasted much longer than color in salons so I hope that is the case with me. I will definitely order another color package!
The team at eSalon works with you to get the perfect color for you. Not sure what color to pick? Send them a photo and the colorist gives advice on what color you should choose. They continually work with you to make sure you are still happy with the color after each application. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take the guesswork out of home hair coloring.
I really love the product other than needing to request one shade lighter which has already been done and hoping it does continue to keep the gray covered time promised loved shampoo and conditioner sent had my beautician do my color and she was really pleased with the product as well. If it last the 12 weeks as indicated it is well worth the cost compared to color product I was using every 6 weeks

I recently used my designed for me eSalon hair color kit. And I have to say I am very impressed! The coverage was perfect...even around my hard to color areas...(around ears and temple areas) the kit was awesome...with extra gloves and very simple and easy to follow instructions. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend! The color was very natural with excellent coverage.
This has been one of the first times my roots have actually matched my ends! I love the color and have had many compliments! I still have issues with gray coverage, but not nearly as bad as when I just use box color! And guess what? They are upping the gray coverage. I seriously love this product and have only used it once! I would recommend eSalon to anyone and everyone (infact, I have already been bragging about it to some coworkers and one of them signed up!).
A rich, natural looking auburn with warm undertones. The most beautiful auburn I have ever had. I've used Sally Beauty Supply, boxed drug store color, as well as having my hair done by a stylist in the salon. No matter what I used my hair color looked artificial. Until now. With eSalon it looks like it grew out of my head this color! I've gotten more compliments than ever before and it totally covers my gray. The kit comes with everything you could possibly need. It is the highest quality hair color I have ever used. My only complaint is amount of product. I have very short but thick hair and it is just enough color to cover. Someone with thick long hair would have to buy two kits. Other than that I can not recommend it highly enough.
Finished applying the product in 15 minutes, rinsed after 30...the treatment products, leaves hair smooth and shiny. Grays were gone and hair looks great.
The e-salon colorists have adjusted my color exactly how I wanted and I've been able to time my shipments or suspend. My assessment of the product is that it has better staying power. I do have some white that is very color resistant...this is the real test; I've asked them to tackle this. I've never been disappointed and have had 6 previous shipments.
Thank you very much for the great product. I used to use store bought hair colouring products to cover my grey hair but it washed out in a week. With eSalon product, the colour doesn't wash out at all. It's magic. It also make my hair feel soft and shiny. I love the shampoo and conditioner that come with it as well. I didn't really believe that they could match my hair color from a picture but they did and I receive compliments on my hair very often. Good product and easy to use. They supply me with everything I need to color my hair with every shipment.

I just tried eSalon's hair color for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised by the results. The color came out beautiful. The instructions were spot on and the customer service was easily contacted to add more detailed information before the stylist mixed my custom color. They also emailed me with my order updates. A+++
I have fear of hair salons and hair dressers for as long as I can remember, not sure why, just scared to have my hair color or cut, so I have been cutting my hair and coloring it since I started to get gray(so for good 20 years or so) Came across E_salon webside on FB and after playing with it I decided to go for it...This was the best decision I have ever made if it comes to my hair. The color kit came within a week and as soon I got it , I colored my roots and the all over (ends) color. It came out PERFECT!!!Could not be happier. I will be receiving another shipment for my root color in about 2 weeks and I am so excited to try it again. The color holds very well, roots matched my color to the tee. I am very happy customer and hope to be for a very long time. I already recommended E-Salon to all my friends and coworkers and I hope they will try it. So thank you for making me love my hair color without going to expensive hair salons or playing the matching game with the products I was getting at the local hair product stores. I have tried so many hair coloring kits but esalon has the best I have tried so far. I covered my grays completely compared to grocery hair color kits. My husband said I looked 5 years younger with my hair color. The instructions are easy to follow . What I like about it is that you can use the left over haircolor in the shower and none is wasted.
