I was skeptical about using this product. The first time I applied it, I was really nervous about the color results. Turned out it was actually a little bit darker than I had imagined, but I LOVE IT even more that the color I had before. It's very natural looking and never brassy. I'm very pleased and will continue to order every month.
I asked the stylish for a caramel brown and that's what I got! Great coverage for gray and I had my stylist apply it for me. Couldn't be easier and I saved so much money!
This has been the easiest product to use! Even though I have not used home products on myself before this product-I have used them on my mom and my sister's hair. I found those products to be very messy, too runny and to have an obnoxious smell. The esalon products came with everything I needed. The smell as not as overpowering as other home products nor was it runny. The instructions were clear and concise. I have requested an adjustment with the color I previously used-but this is my own choice not the fault of the product. I can't wait to try the new color.
I only rated the review with 4 stars because I had so much left over and had to throw it away. Now I know I can safely only use 1/2 of the product and keep the rest for next time. I expect I will be updating my review to 5 stars after trying this and using the lighter color I have requested.

I love the color......it's amazing how it looks so natural and exactly my hair color PLUS the color last so much longer than store bought. I'm a forever customer.... Not to mention the fantastic shampoo, conditioner and the leave in conditioner......
This product is so much better than a box color. I've used those in the past, and it just seems like so much work and so messy, all for ho-hum results. Well Esalon is such a high end color, it doesn't itch or burn, it has beautiful color, and it just works for my busy SAHM lifestyle.
It's the same quality hair color, as usual. It seems to heighten the blonde highlights in my hair. My hair is not getting gray as I age. Rather, it seems to be getting more blonde.
Y'all get a 10/10 on this one ! Don't change a thing. it's the perfect mix of dark blonde (my natural color) and strawberry. I have gotten alot of compliments from complete strangers ;)
I have been getting my hair dyed at a Salon for over 7 years and as much as I enjoyed it, it was expensive, my color faded after 2 washes and spedning 2 hours at the salon was a hassle.

It is amazing what this color has done for my baby fine, thick head of hair! I used to have no volume, my curls were flat, and it was just limp. The color chemicals besides being a beautiful color that everyone compliments me on, has turned my hair gorgeous! It has immense volume, my curls are very defined and beautiful. I have never had my hair show like this and it's wonderful!
It did take a little while to get the color just right and it was a learning curve for me. I had never dyed my own hair before. It is dialed in just right now and I hate to say it, but my hair and color is way better than it was having it professionally done. I am also saving $50 each time!
I can't believe I was too scared to use this new product. I've had my parcel for several weeks lying on my kitchen counter. Today I took a big breath and allowed my daughter-in-law to apply it. MY hair is very long and getting longer. (26ins long crown to longest tip) The items I receive have worked wonderfully to blend my previous coloring's and make everything look evenly disbursed.
I really love this color! It's a little dark at the moment, but I know it will fade and look more natural in the next few days! At first I felt it needed a little more violet (I love purple hair but have to be careful in my job), but I love how subtle it is, and know once I'm in the sunlight it will be very noticeable. I did purchase the tinted love and will use it in a week or so to refresh! But over all I love this Color!!!
I loved my first color and then I decided to go a little lighter. Both times I got exactly what I asked for.
That never happened to me at the salon. They either didn't listen or didn't know how to achieve it. It's shiny, has demension and it lasts. I love it!
I love the hair colour. I am 65 and more than 50% grey. I left it on 5 mins too long the 2nd time and it was hard to get the colour off my skin! I used baseline on my skin this time as there wasn't enough skin protector. I like to put it all over my ears, neck and forehead. It was much better. I'd also like more of the colour remover tissues, perhaps two packets. The colour is amazing. I don't know how but it looks so professional. It does make my scalp itch for a bit after use but I'll put up with that as it wears off pretty quickly and I do have a very sensitive scalp so most colouring does that. I absolutely love this colour and your match was brilliant. Thank you. Great service.

This is my third time to use color crafted for me and this time it is a perfect match! Covers the gray I was getting and when new growth comes it will still match at the roots. Took me three times because I hadn't sent a photo of my natural color, which I did last time. That made all the difference. Had had a problem with brassiness, but that's gone now. 100% satisfied!

The absolute best color! I am a redhead, strawberry blonde, and my custom color is Light Blonde (Strawberry). As a redhead I have always had a difficult time finding a match to my original color. Store products & salon coloring have always been too dark. I am 100% satisfied! Beautiful.... simply beautiful!
Ok this color isn't THAT color....it's better. My hair has been graying since my 20s, and seeing gray makes me feel much older than I am. This color makes the gray disappear, leaving beautiful, perfect color made just for me. I have used eSalon color for a few months now, and I will never again pay too much money for perfect color.

So I have always had my hair professionally colored, but ran into some tough times financially. I decided to give eSalon a try and I have been very pleased with my results!! The color is a tad darker than I thought, but it looks fantastic. My hair feels like hair. This is the best product to use if gray hair is your concern. With the store bought dyes I'm coloring my hair every month, with eSalon I can do every other month. I love it!!!
Have been going to salon every 4 weeks for years (spending time and $$), so thought I would give this a try. I have used store bought before, but my ESalon kit was so easy - everything that is needed from gloves, to stain protector to stain remover. It is the small things like the little sticker to stick the instructions to your mirror that add that special touch. . This was an easy process and so far I am pleased with the results (color and texture). Fingers crossed that I will continue to like this product because it is going to save me time & money and keep my gray covered nicely.
Love the way my hair looks after a coloring. Just the right mix of reddish brown to restore my natural hair color and blend in the grey. The gloss gives it extra dimension.
Also appreciate the other products that go into my hair care portfolio--shampoo, conditioner, and especially hair styling lotion, which adds body and smells great!
Love my color - I am doing my roots and dragging some through the rest of my hair to blend in between salon visits. Looking for more dimension so I have requested Mindy to put together some highlights with my next delivery. Also looking for an all over glaze to get that shine all over.
I put on eSalon's Highlighting system last night a few days after coloring and WOW!! just beautiful highlights and the color of the highlights is perfect!! eSalon you've done it again!! I don't usually give reviews, but I had to this time because my hair looks Wonderful!!
This actually does look very natural and covered my grey! It has been about 3 weeks and it looks like it will need to be done every 4-5 weeks. This does look better than what my colorist was doing too! I will continue to purchase it.
I love the esalon hair dye. It is easy to apply and I always have enough, I used to buy two bottles of hair dye for my thick long hair. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with good tips and my customised colour is just what I was looking for. People always comment my hair is looking good just after I have dyed it as it looks so shiny.
All I need to say is that my 30 year old daughter kept playing with my hair and looking at the color. She said " Mom, you have to keep using this hair color. Your hair is beautiful!"
Wow! Loved this color. Exactly what I had in mind. Easy to apply following the instructions. Did not fade any faster than a salon semi-permanent color. As time when on, golden highlights occurred with the natural fading.
So far I have had my first full color and two subsequent root colors and they've turned out beautiful! And so much cheaper and faster than going to the salon! I'm glad I found you guys.

This was my first time using my custom hair color. I chose my color and they let me know they changed it a bit for a more flattering color and I am glad they did!
