I have been coloring my hair from a store bought brand and it was okay. However, people would mention my "red" hair and I was using medium ash brown. When I caught a glimpse of my hair outside, I saw what people were talking about..it was red. Enter eSalon. I had heard about them and decided to give them a try. I use the Light Brown Ash, and I really love it. At my age (late 40s), I found that store bought color wasn't working for me anymore, so I decided to go with another option that I could use at home and is easy to use. So far, I'm really happy with the way this is working for me. The color never looks "just colored" -I love the natural look of it. I did have to ask them to tweak it for better gray/white coverage, as those were showing at about 2 weeks, and that's very easy to do. I'm a fan!
This lasts longer than previous colors I have used and instructions could easily be followed. The color is also much more on target an can easily be adjusted through a the esalon website.
Today was my 1st time using your product. It arrived very quickly. I was very hesitant and nervous about the color and dying my hair myself. I think the color is perfect! Exactly what I wanted! Your directions and supplies made things very simple and easy. I felt like a pro:) I bought the bowl with brush and clips and I highly recommend doing the same thing. I was skeptical when I answered a few questions, then the product was sent and it was actually the correct color. I would recommend esalon to anyone who colors their hair at home. The color lasts much longer than other products available at department stores and pharmacies.

Received my first order was very impressed with the packaging, details expressed the love eSalon takes in impressing their customers. Then I colored my hair covered all my grays did not stain my skin washed off easily: though they include a stain cream I did not need it. I received Blue Black and for the first time, it did'nt leave my grays blue as other over the counter product my grays were black!; even with the rest of my hair.... I have wrote in to my color specialist to adjust the color to jet black as I prefer a deeper black and I'm confident they will deliver what i need... Cant wait to receive my next shipment..

Strong statement to make! Indeed, but true. This product is excellent, it meets all requirements needed to have the hair color you want. Take it up with a deeper richer color or bring it down some, with adding soft glossy highlights. Having someone who mixes your hair color to meet your desires, is the most wonderful thing to happen to coloring your hair. Finally answers and products for problems you might be having with your hair. Someone who can truly and professionally advise you how to solve issues you have with your hair. Definitely a product I will use for as long as I color my hair!

I use what left at end before I shampoo to mix in with my original color. so far so good.
I was hesitant to use this product. My hair 'pulls red' when I get lowlights at a salon. I sometimes get a hint of a dark green hue when using an ash color (to get away from the red) at home. It is a little darker than expected but looks better than the color I had!
The package had clear instructions, was beautifully packaged, and had all sorts of unexpected goodies inside.
The tip about washing the color through to the roots for the last minute before rinsing out the color made all the difference.
I wish I could upload photos to show the dimension, and how it looks in indoor and outdoor light.
My hair color is auburn, so as I have grayed it has been very difficult to get the correct shade. When I was in a cosmopolitan area and paid a couple of hundred dollars per visit I could have what I wanted, but with moving and reduced finances no way. It took one adjustment and eSalon nailed the color, shade and tone. The color lasts better than when I had expensive services, let alone the do it yourself stuff you buy. The condition of my hair is also improved. Thank you eSalon for a great product and service.
I have used every Hair Color product on the market and I LOVE this product. It's like going to the Salon except you do it yourself at your convienence. My hair feels so silky and I have gotten so many compliments on the color. If you want to make a slight change to the color, you just ask for it and the colorist will make the adjustment for you. It's just that simple.
I don't know what is in this formula, but once I have coloured my hair, I have the glossiest, softest, most healthy looking hair possible. The colour covers every single grey hair on my head and leaves my hair looking vibrant and shiny. I absolutely love my color team. When I first started I did take a couple of times to get the color I wanted. Like anything there were a couple of errors but the company always took responsibility and would send me the correction color immediately and no cost to me. This is a great way to do your hair at home and get great results. Everything you need comes together in a neat box. Custom color, gloves, applicators, everything. I loved my color. As I am coming due for a color treatment, I may have them change it a bit for summer. That is another perk of this product, no messy measuring. All you do is mix 2 bottles of liquid. It costs a bit more than Sally's, but much less than a salon with salon results. Beautiful color and has held up pretty well on my long hair.

Covers my grey perfectly - roots and part line - giving me shiny, healthy hair in the color I love. The team is very flexible with making color adjustments (I had several requests and all were addressed very prompt and nice. And most important: they are careful: When they felt that the color I chose was too dark in comparison with the portrait I sent them and the final outcome I described, they suggested just the perfect shade and explained very nice why they'd rather do it this way :-)
This looks so natural some don't know I color it. I have told other girlfriends about e-salon and the special color stylist. I love it ...my hairdresser didn't ,cuts her out of $85. I told her I promise not to cut my own hair. Lol Thanks E-Salon.
This is definitely color that stays & has a brilliant shine to it! Even my hairdresser was very impressed by eSalon & said while doing my highlights on my hair.. That the hightlights adhered perfectly to my base brown color & that the color looked amazing!

Covers gray hairs wonderfully. And I really was so surprise to see it had two pairs of quality gloves and easy to follow instructions, also the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel so soft, love the hair color .
Great color match. this will help me stretch out time between salon visits and give me a bit more independent to do root touch ups on my own and on a schedule that works for me. Would totally do this again. Coloring the back bits was more challenging but doable overall.
I've used store bought hair dye for yrs. I am so glad I switched to eSalon. The color is so rich and seems to last longer. You also get a lot more product which helps when you have longer hair like I do. MAKE THE SWITCH AND SEE.

It gives me a great color and my hair is in great condition too. This color lasts and is easy to use. I love that it comes automatically when I need it. One less thing I need to remember to get. I have gotten many compliments. It also has brought out some natural curl I did not know I had.
I am absolutely amazed at the hair color I received. I've had problems keeping the red in my hair without fading. It didn't matter if it was a professional stylist or box color, my color would fade. I have been told for years that red is the hardest color to perfect and so I believed it to be that case....until now. The staff you have is amazing! My hair color has not faded and I do befor believe it's been longer than a months time since I've colored it. Thank you for having such knowledgeable staff...I most definitely will continue to get the fabulous color from ESalon! The box color is forever in file 13 haha...
