Best thing since sliced bread! Takes out all the guess work and time searching for the right color at the local beauty supply store, or wasted time spent at the salon. Everything you need is right in the box and the color is superb and lasts a long time. Even a beginner could do it. And you don't even have to reorder because the team will let you know when your next color is arriving. Also easy to skip shipments or change the frequency of delivery. The team is always there to help if you have questions too. I love it!
I'm 53 with some greys. I've been seeking a good brand that would last longer than the usual 2 weeks. Esalon has! I love the shampoo as well. Very pleased!

I knew this color would be better than store bought color, but I wasn't sure if it would be as good as when I have it done by my stylist, but to my surprise, the color is great, and my hair is shiny like it is after I go to my stylist. I also love that everything I need is in the color package!
...to box color! I have not been this happy with my hair since I had it colored last at the salon, which was over a year ago. The box color did the job, but I wasn't happy. eSalon's color is amazing: the actual color is SPOT ON and exactly what I've wanted. Being able to leave a message for the colorist is so perfect: I wanted to even out my roots and ends and avoid hot roots, and she made that happen! The gloss made a huge difference in getting the color consistent from root to tip AND added gorgeous shine. I'm a convert and telling everyone!
This is the perfect color, awesome kit with everything you need. My hair is so soft! Best yet, it comes automatically when it's time to re-color. No more worrying if it will match my last home dye job. This rocks! I planned to cancel my auto renew, but not anymore. Thanks eSalon, I feel great!
I admit I was nervous doing this... I was given 2 different colors- one for my roots, one for the rest and I have to say, this is the best color job I have ever had... and I did it all myself!! This even ranks as the best when compared to the salon done color I've had for $200. The directions were clear. The amount of color was perfect. I had plenty left over and I have a lot of long hair. For the price, I'll happily keep getting my custom color and actually keep my color maintained. Customer for life! The shampoo and conditioner samples are amazingly good. I'll be getting full bottles of that next time.
Everything was included which made it very easy to do. I recommend laying out some old towels just in case it drops anywhere else. I followed the directions step by step that were included and all went very well.

I have been using esalon since 2015. As we age, our color should be lighter. I sent them my picture and they picked a medium brown with gold. I had never tried a color like that. Everyone I know has complimented me on it. It lasts about 6 weeks. You won't go wrong with esalon

I love the color and how long it last. I also like the steps that come with easy to follow and the fact that it did cover all my grays. Will keep using it especially cause it will arrive on my door steps and don't have to worry about going out and buying it.
I love this system, and the color always comes out looking fantastic. For the cost, you can't beat it. And I love that it comes directly to me, I don't have to go out and get it.
Right before shipment I made a small change to my color and It was done. Love how product comes packaged with personalized instructions too, made just for me.

It's difficult to find a proper red dye. Either the color can have too many shades of purple or orange. eSalon color is the perfect blend of copper, blonde & red for me, coloring all my white & grey hair. Love it! TY
seems to be a great colour. easy enough to use, only just enough shampoo and not enough conditioner, the pack was full of stuff that was not necessary or asked for, ie, grease to put on skin that went all over hair, despite instructions to not put on hair. Stuff to take off colour from skin. Gloves.
I love my custom color, the way the color fit and even changes with the sun, and the care the products give to my hair, including tinted love and color care shampoo.
Had hear about your products for a while, but was still buying box mixes from the store. Decided to make the leap and could not be happier...the best thing I have ever done! So convenient and I get compliments all the time...even from my friends who are hairdressers!

The color I HV received from esalon hasn't matched my original haircolor ever since I placed my first order. I have always had hard to color gray hair at the roots. It's has been hard to find a hair color that I didn't have to Recolor every 4 weeks. It's been almost 2 1/2 months, just colored again this morning and it's amazing color! Thanks eSalon!

I am extremely pleased with all the products from eSalon. My sister is now using the products and her hair color is just right. Our hair is smooth and healthy without dryness.

There was no weird color smell.
My hair did feel gummy after rinsing the product out but once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the package that feeling went away.
I think people complaining about that may have used their own shampoo.
It covered my grays really good too which doesn't always happen with box color.
I will definitely order again ...
The quality of color is like in the expensive saloons. The delivery is in time. And the tint is good to revive hair between coloring. Good job.

Love the whole set up, custom color and all that good stuff. The color I chose was just a bit to red for me, was hoping that the red would fade some and bring out more blonde color's.
I was very happy with the richness of the color and the coverage I got. I have stubborn gray hair and the eSalon color work much better than store bought.
I am now a customer for life for eSalon. This is great product. I needed root blending, they adjusted to my needs and it came out as if I was under physical care in a salon. Perfect coverage and match. No drying out of my hair either. I used the after conditioner that comes in the package. Plenty of product for my fine and mid back length.
The stylist changed the color I thought I needed. I love the color she sent. It has only been a week since I colored so I am excited to see how long it will keep my grey covered.
This kit is by far the best home dye system I have ever used. Completely covers grey hair. Doesn't fade, and absolutely love that the colour doesn't run down your face when getting sweaty in the gym!! Service is great. Really cannot fault it and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of trying.
I have lots of gray hair and I used to try drugstore color in the box. Within two weeks, the gray was back and you couldn't even tell I had colored my hair. Now, I have gone as long as 10 weeks and still no gray in sight...plus my hair is soft and in great shape!

The color was great, but next time I'll request it to be a bit darker. It was sooooooo very easy to apply, please make sure that you purchase the application kit as well. I usually go to the salon for my hair coloring, but thanks to this product......NEVER again! No horrible smell or mess ❤️. Beautiful color and great shine to my hair!
I believe this will work just fine ,once I get the hang of reaching the back of my head . The color is fine . The color kit is what it is , do not need another one just the color kit itself . Thank you !
The hair color expert has done an excellent job. Color works great. There is no cons. Reason for the 4 star is the color is not as deep, i.e, dark as I expected. Other than that. I have no other complaints. I just requested a deeper shade. I am confidant that I would love my next shade. Thanks for your expertise "eSalon". Glad I made the choice to purchase. I'm almost there in tweaking my hair to the exact color and shade I'm going for. I love how they work with you me make educated adjustments. I've never ended with a shade i haven't liked, I'm just trying to slowly go lighter to stop the grey from showing sooner vs later!
Not expensive at all. Does a great job covering grey. I decided to try this got tired of paying hundred on hair color at salons. It does a great job. If I want to change something I just email my color specialist and she email back right away.
