Have always dyed my own hair successfully, but hairdresser informed me that due to age, my roots were no longer absorbing the colour from the dye, so I needed to go darker, which I didn't want or go professional. I was about to make a salon booking with unease (for the rest of my life oh nooo) when I read about esalon online and placed an order instead.
Was thrilled with the results from my first delivered batch. Made to order, easy to use and brilliant results, lovely aroma. Looking forward to using this follow up batch

I have received many compliments on my hair I love it I just wish i can go lighther to eventually get just highlights. do you think i can make appointment with you to come in to get my hair done ones by you guys? Love the hair dye's so far
This is a great concept for DIY hair color. It looks so natural with no color build-up like the boxed store brands. I love the gray coverage now. The first couple of times I applied this color the stubborn grays in my temple area did not get coverage. But Danielle advised me to keep applying the color several times while color was processing on those areas and it worked. She also adjusted my color. I like the experienced professional support I get from them. The shampoo and conditioner packets that come with the color kit are awesome. My long hair is super soft and silky after coloring.
I'm really pleased with my hair color. I would recommend including 2 packets of shampoo. I absolutely love the conditioner. I will definitely continue to use this product.
I have used E-Salon twice so far and I absolutely love it. The color is beautiful; the kit comes with everything you need. I had no idea when I first tried it that it would be so good.

I have in the past went to a have my hair professionally done and just couldn't afford it any longer. Then I came across eSalon and figured why not but at the same time was VERY leery as my hair is very sensitive to color. When I went through the screening process I was very pleased at the depth of detail that they went into. After a few days my color arrived and couldn't wait to try it out. That night I did my hair! I have never had such a positive experience before while trying to purchase hair color. I love that you send a picture and the colorist then can update the color just for you. Review before shipment and you can change the order before they send out. All great things that I really appreciate. So grateful to find eSalon. Great service all the way around. I purchased eSalon color and had high hopes I could color at home for convenience and cost savings. I am 95% grey and had been salon-coloring (brunette, all over) for years. My hair grows so fast, I have been doing root touch ups at home, 2 weeks after salon color, every month. Thought I'd give eSalon a try. Products were great, instructions easy to follow. Even though I forgot to use the stain preventer at the start, the stain remover at the end took care of it! My hair was soft, the color was great. The only downside was I really couldn't manage (see) the back of my head to be sure I properly used the product on 'thin sections' of my shoulder length hair 'one quadrant at a time'. I would have needed 4 arms and a swivel neck. Cancelling my auto-order was easy and pleasant. If I ever get a girlfriend or neighbor who wants to trade doing coloring services at home, game on! eSalon will be the product and service of choice.
This is the best product I've ever used. My hair color is amazing! I really appreciate that the packets of shampoo and conditioner is enough for long hair. Thank you all at eSalon!!!
I asked for a slight color adjustment this time because my hair naturally gets lighter in summer. It is just perfect. Every time it seems the colorist can pinpoint what I need better and better. I love Esalon color. It leaves my hair soft and silky. Doesn't dry it out. Thanks again! I can never go back to off the shelf color!
Loving the color, I asked for a bit lighter color for summer and they nailed it. So great to work with experts and feel confident putting it all over your hair!!! Not to mention the conditioner makes your hair feel like silk!
I chose to go back to my natural red headed hair colouring again after having blonde high lights for years. I am so happy that I did. I love this product, it's cheaper than going to a hair salon and in my eyes, a lot better value too. I have never coloured my own hair before and was surprised at how easy it is to do; never going to a salon again!
I can't recommend this product enough, I am the happiest with my hair that I have been in years and think everyone should try this product, you wont look back.

The color chosen for me is better than any I've ever had done going into a salon! Matches my complexion perfectly and everyone loves it including my pickiest critics!!
The color matched my previous color well and covered grays well once I stopped using the Vaseline stuff on my hairline(forget what it's called). I figured out that I had been getting some of it into my hair at the hairline, causing it to miss spots.
I've been using the demi-permanent color to cover out my grey hairs that started to showing up *eye roll* lol, so I get the dye in the same color as my natural hair in order to blend them.
It comes with instructions that are easy to follow, and it smells great!
I love the fact that my colorist takes in consideration any other chemical treatments I've done in my hair when preparing my color, which is very helpful in minimizing damage. I totally recomend!
I used many different hair colors, but this product is noticeable in keeping my hair softer and healthier. There is more shine and less hair fall out on my brush. Huge difference. Very happy with this product.
I have used this product for the 1st time this evening. Application was easy, colour is nicer that I thought it would be but hair took a couple of shampoos before it felt like hair again which I will ring and ask for advice about. First time I have coloured hair myself in a while and very pleased with the colour.
I love how this product is gentle on my scalp and the color is beautiful. I get compliments all the time. The best thing is it gets delivered to my house because with my hectic schedule I never have time for myself. But when the package arrives I'm forced to make that time :)
This is the very first time every I have colored my own roots and I am 47 years old!!! Always had my hair professionally colored and I must say I am very impressed. As a first timer this was very easy!! I was very concerned I cannot lie, but my colorist at my salon helped me pick the right color, as I get older I just can't get my hair colored as often as I need to , for cost reasons and for schedule reasons, this is a great interim option so I don't have to go to the salon as often... it is so worth it and I will continue to do this on my own... nice to see an innovative approach to this very expensive and time consuming, but necessary evil :)
Was concerned that the color wouldn't be what I wanted, but I was wrong. The color is perfect and hasn't shown any signs of dulling. Another great perk is that the coverage is terrific.....my gray hairs didn't show up as soon as with other brands.
I have been using this for over 3 years now. I love it and would never return to a salon. The color is perfect every time and it only takes me about an hour to get it all done! Now they allow you to change the tint, color, anytime by contacting them direct. What a product!
I am 64 yrs old and have been coloring my hair for 30 of those years. I color myself with good results and spending only about 10.00 each time. I decided to try this product because I have been having problems with getting area to match the rest. I love this product my hair looks and feels great, even color all around. I chose a color that was a little darker than I thought, but that is on me. I colored my hair almost 4 weeks ago and the color is great. When using other color products, my gray would appear after two weeks. I cannot believer how long the color lasts.
I have been struggling to match my natural auburn color with grey needed coiverage outside the salon. I sent photos and verbal concerns; the color match was excellent.
I purchased my color in Feb for the first time. I was not happy with the color as I wanted a little brighter red in it. Not only did the company give me full credit but I talked with one of the stylist and worked with her successfully get the correct color. Product is easy to work with and the instructions very clear. I found this to be very easy to use. The shade was wonderful. The best thing---NO GREYS 2 days later!!!! The hardest part--washing out the color mix but even that was not too bad.

I love it because if you don't like the color, they will adjust it and if it doesn't cover gray very well they will adjust that too. Great natural looking color and long lasting. Quick and easy and the price is right. You tell them how often to send more. It's a great service. Highly recommend.
I have looked at eSalon for at least six months trying to decide if I should try it or not. Then I went to a hair stylist who colored my hair and I hated it, so I figured I couldn't do worse with eSalon, plus it was much less expensive. I got my kit and it was easy to follow the instructions. I haven't ever dyed my own hair before, so I was a bit nervous. But it turned out perfectly. It is the color I have always wanted, just to brighten up my own. Much better than my last experience at the hair salon. I will be continuing my purchases.

The color was superb, and I had a 100% positive experience with my stylist, who was able to adjust the color for a result far better than anything I could have come up with on my own. ;) This was also the first time I've colored my own hair, and the clear, concise instructions made it easy.
I had stopped for about three months from using this product to using the home box. I could tell the difference between esalon and the over the counter home box. The product is so well, makes my hair healthy and covers my stubborn gray hair roots.
I will continue to be a customer due to the long lasting high quality color this product delivers! Unlike over the counter colors not only does the color not fade, the long lasting look of my hair remains as good as day one of the color. No straw look or feel with this!
Oh my - I love my new color - I switched up from the burgundy colors to a natural dk brown. I love the match to my skin tone and I love how well it covered all my gray - but the most wonderful thing about it - no one knows - compliments after compliments on something different about me but folks can't figure it out. It's the gray - it's gone - washed that gray right out of my hair - so natural -so soft - so shiny. I have natural hair and it still worked on my type of hair. 3-points for eSalon. I'm known for changing my hair color but for right now I am so happy with this color!!!!!

Easy to use and good hair coloring tips included. I like how the red takes hold of my roots first and the brown shows up later. My previous color from drug-store- bought kits did just the opposite; my hair would turn out black instead of auburn and all the red dye could be seen going down the drain. eSalon is definitely the best home hair coloring product there is.
Last month was my first time trying e salon I was so very happy The instructions were very easy, and the color was wonderful. I have even received a few random compliments.
I followed the instructions and it put my hair back where I wanted and looks great. Will tweak the color next time now that we are back on track. It definitely is the color we envisioned when ordering. Great job.
