This turned out better than I'd ever hoped! The color is just perfect, not too red, just a hint of aubergine. I love it! I really appreciated the quality hair clips and extra pair of gloves....great kit and super easy. This was my first time coloring my hair and I'm super happy with it. Thank you!!!! Great product!!

Great product! The system is easy to use but it does have more steps than out of the box hair color. I was pleasantly surprised it came with 2 pairs of rubber gloves. What I liked best is my gray roots took less than 30 minutes to cover. I used to have to leave other brands on for 90 minutes for coverage.
I just received my hair color kit and colored my hair. The color matched perfectly and is shiny and glossy. Totally covered my grey's. Best color treatment I have found. Super easy. Has step by step instructions so you don't make mistakes. I will definitely continue to be a customer.
I just wanted to tell you that your product is just as good as expensive hair salons. The shampoo and conditioner were also very good. The conditioner was the first one I used that did not turn my hair into a limp lifeless mess . I was able to style my and it lots of body to it.
So I just dyed my hair at home by myself and I was so nervous. Especially since I decided to do it the day before Easter gatherings. Well I'm thrilled to say it turned out just exactly how I hoped it would. The color is subtle but gorgeous. I feel like I have my hair back that I had in my 20's. The red is beautiful and my hair feels so soft. Plus no more greys!!! Thank you esalon I will be telling all my friends!!
After using this hair color I will never go back to my previous color products. The results are superb, with even a number of hair dresser friends asking me where I get my hair coloured!
Longer lasting than what I've been using, especially on the gray. I selected a color and sent some pics and they suggested something a little lighter. they were correct. The color came out great and matched much better than what I selected. Mine was way too dark in comparison with their suggestion. They do pay attention:-) I also like that I can change delivery dates as needed. Great service!!!

Today I realized I was wasting my time going to the salon not only that spending hundreds of dollars each month to maintain my supposedly individual color and highlights that I upon second glance was not an individual shade. Anyway this mahogany copper that I am wearing looks so good on me. Thanks Courtney you have a great eye and sense of style that makes me feel special. I will be ready for my next order which will require shampoo and conditioner that made my hair smell delicious shine bounce and is manageable to. Thanks so much eSalon please dont leave me like the on you e beauticians when they dont get their way. Pleasure to meet you.

I am very happy with the color, also with the recent adjustment i.e. a bit darker for the roots. The product gives a nice silky touch to the hair which is soft and glossy.
I have been touching up my roots myself for years. I have only used this once so far but it was very easy and color was perfect. Covered roots and grey really well. Also liked the Tinted Love a lot. Now I have to wait and see how long it lasts etc.
I have been having my hair done by a salon for about 15 years. So doing it myself was worrisome to say the least. The kit is so well laid out and instructions easy to understand and follow. I was able to do it without any assistance (or eyes in the back of my head : ) and the results are absolutely beautiful. So proud of myself.

I have been using this hair color for a few years. It leaves my hair with a natural look and it does not dry my hair as much as store purchased hair color does.
As someone who has never colored her own hair, this was actually really easy to do. It did not have strong odors. The packaging is newbie friendly. Just make sure you look through each box for all the items you'll need. Now, get to coloring!
I have natural red tones in my blonde and they come out bigtime when i color...e salon's color was great, it is dimensional color without bringing out a lot of red. I love it

I wasn't sure about the color but I have gotten several compliments including from the husband. The overall color lightens up pretty fast but it lightens evenly keeping my little band of gray covered almost until time to color again. I really love the packaging, it makes me feel special and excited when that box comes.
I really enjoyed trying this product for the first time. I feel it's very gentle on my coarse dry hair. It's left me with rich color, amazing shine, and the hair feels much smoother. My color was better than what I expected. I received more that enough, and it's surprisingly not fading at all. I love this hair color!

This is my second time using e salon and the results are consistently better than drug store products and the salon. It matches my hair color perfectly and the root application even blends subtly with my premiering highlights. Completely natural.
Best gray coverage of any hair dye, including salon applyed dyes. Great packaging with 2 pairs of latex (not plastic) gloves so you don't have to reuse them when you rinse out the dye.

This last time, I took a little longer with leaving products on my hair and the results are great! The conditioner that came with my hair color left my hair soft and I love it! I have natural curly hair and little on dry side, but I was amazed. My hairdresser from the past would be amazed also. Thank you.
After dying, I checked into my account because I thought, "surely that price I paid must have been an 'intro price' and thhe next box they auto ship will be super expensive." NOPE. Next box ships, same price. How in the world can you guys afford to do this? You gave me so much, the instructions we perfect, I loved that I could stick them on the mirror and the shower wall, my husband loves the color. I have sensitive skin, and have allergic reactions to chemical dyes easily, so I was cautious and paid attention to any burning feeling. As suspected, I had to rinse the dye out at least 10 min earlier than your routine (actually should have done it earlier, next time I'll only be able to leave it in for the 1st 15 min). But wven after washing it out early it dyed nicely. I have greys at the temples and store bought dye sucked, so I was using Jade powder to dye it black, which was nice to my skin, but even worse on the greys. I hope this product beats them. My hair is VERY LONG - almost to my butt- and this was enough dye! Loved the little freebies and OMG REAL GLOVES so I don't have dye patches on my hands! Love you so far 😊 I hope one day you'll have some hypo allergenic dyes.
I really don't have gray hair... I have white hairs. No one has ever been able to color those hairs that last at least six weeks. This color does. Being a nurse I interact every day with people. I have had so many compliments. And the ease of just tweaking the color just a little is easy as well.
I thought I loved the dark blonde hair color on me but I went lighter for spring and I Love love love my hair. The shampoo and conditioner is awesome. I am so satisfied with e-salon.
