I was thrilled that you adjusted the color I had chosen to the one you chose, as yours was wonderful. Also the quality of the color is great, as well as the time it takes to get my hair done. I save so much time and money and love it! I do wonder though, if in the future there is a possibility to add highlights to it within the color bottle, so it's easy to apply for my husband. Presently, I am perfectly fine with what I have. So glad my daughter and my husband recommended you from the reviews you had, even though neither of them has/have used your products.
I was a bit skeptical of ordering hair color online, but was sick of dull, flat color that didn't even last & didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money at a salon...this is gorgeous, long lasting coverage & completely covered up the grays!
I am one to experiment with color, I have had red red hair, I have had black hair and I am a natural brown! The introduction of the site and getting all of my hair information was great! I have gone with a dark brown with some reddish in it, but I just emailed my stylist to add more red in my color so I am waiting to see what my next shipment will come out like! I am only 27 years old, but already have the pesky grey hair and this covers it nicely. I get my order about every 10 weeks and so far ive loved it!
Perhaps my review is premature; I just did my first order tonight and am done drying and styling my hair. Wow!! It looks terrific! I typically get my hair colored at the salon and do two root touch ups between salon coloring. I have mid-dark blonde with many many grays that are hard to color. While this application took a bit more time with prep and time than the Loreal I use at home, the results were well worth it!!! My hair has more of a sheen/luminosity to it - not that flat dull do-it-myself results I'm used to. I had sent Alexia A a photo that did not have the best lighting and asked her to match it.... She did it!!!! I'm very pleased.
I'm hopeful the results will last; I do use quality color safe products (Alterna Repair X) and shampoo only 3 times per week - so that should help hold the color. If my hair looks this good in 3 weeks I'm definitely reordering. My advice is to take the time and follow the instructions carefully; I took a few extra minutes to stage all my supplies, in order, and carefully covered everything before starting; I kept the work area clean and it made it so much easier to follow the instructions to the letter. They are easy to follow but I made sure to take more time with the application and made sure to apply it more carefully than in the past; I think this helped me to get a result that looks just as good as my salon coloring. This is my first order and was dubious about what kind of coverage I would get on my roots and greys. I also asked for a slightly different colour then the flat medium brown I had got in the supermarket. I'm thrilled with the results and as they are not tested on animals, it makes me even happier!
Don't get me wrong--i was definitely worried about having some stranger pick out my hair color based on pictures. So I called them. Their customer service was amazing, and they talked to me as a stylist would if I was sitting in their chair at a salon. I took a leap of faith and went for it...my hair is naturally brown, but I have been a shock-red with blonde highlights for a year. They took my photos and my comments into consideration ("I want red, but still professional for work) and created the perfect color. I freaked out when applying it (purple dye!) But after shampoo and blow dry, it is the EXACT color I've been trying to master for so long. I will definitely be using eSalon in the future...ive turned from doubting (nightmares, even) to trusting them 100% with my hair.
I have used this product three times, now, and I have absolutely no complaints about it. The color goes on easy, stays shiny, and resists getting dull, before my next color. My daughter is a cosmetologist and she can not find any concerns with the product or the instructions. She believes the instructions are right on the money, and easy for any customer to apply themselves. In short, my recommendation is that you purchase this product on a steady basis. You will have several choices of how often you want your color sent to your home. The follow up and caring nature, from this company is like no other. LOVE IT!

I'm naturally a medium brown with auburn highlights but I've been very light blonde for over 10 years. I was a little disappointed that it wouldn't let me choose a lighter color pallet but decided to give the Dark ash blonde copper a try. It's not as drastic as I had anticipated. The color is rich and beautiful! Very happy! I'm actually glad that it wouldn't let me choose a lighter shade :)

This is so much better than the stuff I bought at the grocery store. I have more than one color in my hair so it's not flat black anymore, And it comes very easily put together so I don't have to search for supplies! Much easier and much cheaper than going to a salon thank you!
After years of trying to get my hair a certain color using store-bought products, and I have tried them all, this product finally gave me what I wanted. Rich, copper tones. No pink. Think Emma Stone. I really love this hair color product, it's easy to use and comes with all the necessities needed to color my color. It last longer than drugstore products too. Doesn't dry out my hair. I definitely recommend it!
I was afraid the color wouldn't come out right because I was using it over grays and old color from the drugstore, but it came out perfect! My hair is so shiny too! I am considering getting the volumizing shampoo and conditioner as well.
I have been gray since my late 20's...and I am in my mid-40's now. After having spent a TON of money going to salons, I started purchasing products from a beauty supply store. A co-worker was telling me about this, and I couldn't say enough positive things about it! A month ago, I covered my grays, and hair from root to ends, and the color was perfect! I did have help from my husband with the back of my hair, but it wasn't difficult at all for him to figure out! I am looking forward to coloring my hair again this weekend...as my grays show up quickly, and about every four weeks, I like to treat myself to this! I was unsure about the color for my first order, but she looked at my picture, and made an adjustment, and she was spot on! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends!
The most natural color I ever had. None of the super dark ends and too light roots, just perfect. Many compliments, every shade of my natural highlights shine through and blend perfectly with the color. This is actually better than my uncolored hair!
The instructions were easy to follow. I have been trying to design this color for myself over the years. My hair has been either too dark or too "ashy" or too light.

Paying to get my grey covered at the salon became too expensive when I retired so I started buying the drug store box brands. Some worked ok but the overall look was never satisfactory. This is by far the best coloring product I've ever used as an in-home product. Easy to use as it comes with step by step instructions and the color comes out beautifully and is soft and manageable. It is long lasting and has a personal touch as each order placed is mixed into the perfect color at your request. This was and is a Perfect Product for those on limited income where going to a salon is too expensive this is a great value for the same product you'd get from a salon. I put a little on the glove and work my way through my hair pulling from scalp end out and do this in patches. I only leave it on for about 10 minutes and it is perfect. Still has some gray highlights which makes you wonder, Does she?
