I have been using e salon for several months and love the custom color! The e salon team is responsive and helpful .
The new color change has been nice, and the coverage of gray has improved.
I have been spending tons of money at hair salons having lots of grey hair it meant more visits for color treatment. This is no longer necessary this color specific to my requirements is amazing and easy to apply doesn't smell nasty all tools & gloves etc are included easy to follow instructions and a beautiful result. The condition of my coloured hair is lovely. Couldn't recommend this enough. Told all my girlfriends too.
On my first color almost 1 mth ago, I thought maybe it was too dark. (Dk br) but after the first wash it appeared to look better. I was relieved and pleased about the full coverage on the grey. And the shampoo and conditioner left my hair Shiney. Now that the color is dissappearing, my hair is still shiney, healthy, and the greys look tolerable til I get my order next week. I definitely recommend this product it's less expensive than going to the salon, they charge me $ 60-70 a pop. And pharmacy box dyes last two weeks only. Buy this product you will love it.
My hairdresser now only does my cut for me. She mentioned my color and I told her where I get it from. She was not disappointed. She was very impressed as this is the only color that has stayed in my hair covering the nasty greys and staying the right color without fading! She has tried so many different ways and it has failed every time! WTG eSalon!

Everytime I have done my hair at home, I get red as the predominate color. This color was perfect and has stayed beautiful.

You have a Marketing genius! Not only does it make me feel good just by seeing the packaging...every name, every statement, everywhere you turn makes you feel good about yourself. This is my second try hoping to get my color right, and it is getting close. The color that this product provides is about a million times better than any off-the-shelf color I have ever tried. It is so natural and has so much more depth. The color did lighten quite a bit despite my buying the color care shampoo and conditioner, but still, it remained a very natural color - it did not become orange or brassy. I highly recommend this hair color.
I have never done this myself. The directions were detailed and easy to follow. Product produced excellent results. I am totally pleased with my hair!!
I'm on a budget, but don't want to look like it. Esalon's process was easy and thorough. I chose the wrong color for me and they caught it. They notified me and by looking at my profile answers and my picture they made the proper adjustments and I couldn't be happier. Great quality product.

First time ever coloring my own hair and although it was a bit difficult I did have my daughter assist me so it went smoothly. Very happy with results . I did a root touch up and did pull some color through. Called and spoke with Brittany to ask some questions about my next shipment and she was very helpful. I recommend giving this a try. I have shoulder length hair.
The color looked natural and close to my original hair color. I like it much better than I thought I would going back to a dark brown vs. the black I had used for years. I only used black because the browns always turned out to be anything but brown. I used blacks to be safe. I was afraid of what I would get, but it worked out great, loved the color.
I was already impressed with not only the product but the company. Now that they reviewed my comments and adjusted my color I am even more impressed. In only 2 tries they got the color I have been trying to get for a very long time. It would/has cost me a lot of money trying to get this color myself or doing so through a salon. Really great color without the awful hair color smell . Even my hair stylist thought the product was great! A little high ended on the price for a single bottle of color.
After reading all the rave reviews online about the eSalon haircolor I had to give it a try. I just finished my first color treatment and all I can say is Wow! People online were not kidding. My hair is soft, shiny, and best of all does not look like the "doll hair" that I'm used to from my box color. There are beautiful subtle highlights just like natural colored hair. I love this hair colour - I have been experimenting with different dyes for a while now trying to get a dark brown colour that is right for my hair. My hair pulls red and this is the first dye that hasn't had a big red pigment to it on my hair. I haven't been able to achieve a cooler brown colour like this, so thank you!
I like the fact that I just email my questions or color changes to my 'Salon Expert' and they respond in a timely matter. The outcome is inexpensive but with expensive salon results.
I've had one color treatment with e-salon. My goal was to cover my pesky hard-to-color gray hair, without using a permanent color. I immensely dislike seeing roots. I opted for a demi permanent color and was quite happy with it. . . time to do it again!
I was a little nervous about using my new color at first, but was so pleasantly surprised at how easy the coloring was to use and very happy with my new color. I will recommend eSalon to all of my friends!

I love the colour and the easy to use steps on how to colour my hair was simple. I much more have this than any shop bought dye, as I have found it very hard to find a colour that does not damage my ends or hair.

I am beyond happy with my esalon purchase! The color is beautiful and looks totally natural. The process was very easy, and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I had my best friend apply the color for me, and she also found it to be easy and quick. I have NEVER had such great results from a boxed hair color, and certainly never this level of grey coverage. It is fantastic, and I will definitely continue to use this service. :)

Even the 1st bottle I was sent was great! I asked for 1 small tweak after that & every time I color my hair, I'm amazed at how good it looks. (And I've been paying a fortune in Beverly Hills for years…) I also admire their packaging & instructions. The instructions are clear & the packaging is fun. Thanks, Guys. Keep it up.
This was so close to my natural color no one even noticed I colored my hair. My hair is soft and manageable. Smell is not over powering and so easy to use. Get all the stuff for the kit the cape and color kit makes it so much easier to color.
Finally something that completely covered my gray! I also love that I don't smell like hair color....even after shampooing & rinsing really well, I'd always smell it. Not anymore! Excellent customer service as well!
I went thru my list of questions and received a phone call to verify that was the color I wanted. I put the color on my hair 2 days ago and I love it, it was perfect. There wasn't a harsh chemical smell to it and the shampoo & conditioner afterwards was great! I will continue to get my hair color from esalon!

I was very pleased with the hair color match eSalon sent for my first try at coloring my own hair. With a tiny adjustment to the color the results will be amazing.
My only challenge is that since I don't have eyes in the back of my head, it was difficult to apply the color back there. Any suggestions from eSalon customers?
I have colored my hair since I was about 17 years old and only since I began using esalon do I not need to worry about the condition of my hair or if the color be exactly what I prefer. I cannot believe that after using a product for approx 2 years I have never had a negative thing to say. How often can you find that anymore in today's world? I'm absolutely delighted.

After the tweaking of the color, this one is perfect. It is so easy to apply and the color lasts for 4 months without the grey starting to show at the temples. I am really pleased with this color now!
I explained how my hair tends to go red when using a dark blonde hair color. I waited for a while before I tried this product. I was so pleasantly surprised! My hair turned out exactly dark blonde so very close to my natural hair color. It covered the gray very well and left highlights too. It a beautiful color and will definitely be using this product from now on.
I have colored my hair for 40 years and became increasingly unhappy with the results. I started going to a salon, and after $150 down the drain was still getting brassy lifeless haircolor. I love this product, I've colored my hair for years, I used to do it myself but I had some bad experience with the coloring so I was having it professionally done but its cost to much. So I thought I would try your product and do it myself I was a little scared at first but I love the custom color you picked for me and it looks great. It was easy to do.
The last few years I have been searching for the exact color I envisioned for my hair and I shudder to think of how much money I've wasted on that endeavor. After seeing ads for eSalon I said to myself, "Self, what have you got to loose by trying out this company?" My Self advised that I go for it. So, I listened to My Self, ordered the color they suggested, (based on my current color and the color I wanted), and I was totally amazed! The perfect color I'd tried for all that time to achieve, eSalon got right the very 1st time! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and am refering them to those I know who color their hair at home.
P.S. My husband does my hair, from cutting it, (he even cuts his own), to coloring it. So very convienent and we have lots of fun doing it.

I love the color and all my friends tell me how natural it looks (I hadn't colored my hair in over a year, so it was so light from the gray coming in. Coloring it was instantly noticeable, hence the "natural" comment). You really cannot go wrong with this service. I will never buy anything else or have my hair colored professionally again.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered. I loved the personalized directions--you can't go wrong if you follow them. My color was gorgeous. I feel like I got a better deal on my color--looks natural--than if I went blindly with store bought box dye. We will see if the results last longer.
