I am so happy I found "eSalon". A colorist worked with me to adjust my color in order to create the perfect color for my hair. I appreciate having everything I need mailed to me just in time to cover root growth. Application is easy and the products are obviously far superior to any hair color I have applied to my hair over the past "30" years because my hair has never looked better! There is no need to visit a salon and spend up to $300 (yes, I did) for hair color when I can get professional results at home!

I just want to say I love ,love, love my color right now. All my orders have pleased me , but this one especially. The gold, the blonde , the shine ~~ it's all 100 in my book. Increases my confidence level a LOT knowing my color is as pretty as this
I was so nervous, I wanted to cancel before I even tried it! I was so wrong! The color is exactly what I want. My hair feels so silky and healthy. I will definitely stick with this!
I am very surprised how spot on the color is based on the information I provided. I was worried at first the color might be a bit dark but I had to wait until morning because I allow my hair to dry naturally. .. BOY was I happy when I styled my hair today....the color was just perfect, shiny, full of body and really looks great ;) Thank you to the associate who put the color together. I’ve been coloring my hair for about 40 years now. I started when I was a teenager. This is the first and only hair color that doesn’t burn my head, colors my hair in rich, vibrant tones and puts my hair in better shape when I’m done than when I started. The color on the ends lasts until I need to color my hair again It’s so glossy and shiny. It doesn’t feel the same rinsing it out as boxed hair color from the pharmacy. It feels like conditioner. I can’t say enough good things about my hair color.

To date, this has been the best color for at home use. Beautiful. Exactly as pictured. If you are looking to do your own color, or a stop gap between you and your colorist, this is it. The color matches what you order. It’s soft. Easy. And looks completely natural. I’m a redhead and there was not brassiness. Just pure red. It buys me time when I can’t get to the salon. Plus everything is there. Including stain protection and removal. Thank you!

This is the first time I have used eSalon hair colour and the colour was perfect!
In addition, the application process was structured to remove build-up of regular use of another semi-permanent colour. My hair colour is now the same colour from the roots to the tips of my hair and looks absolutely amazing . Huge thank you.
I was tired of using the standard, cheap color at home products from bargain stores that I’ve used for years and slowly seeing the damage my hair was sustaining. Id seen ads and reviews for eSalon and wanted to see if their products were what they claimed, and they are! Even more than I could have imagined. The color is beautiful and application is easy. My hair is shiny and feels healthy.
I absolutely love my hair color, it fits me! I feel great.
I have a copper ash tone. The instructions are easy to follow, I use the brush and bowl kit from esalon. I've been using the tools and they are great quality.
One thing I love is how the stylists work with you to get the perfect shade. After a few adjustments, I have the best shade. I am a recurring customer because it is easy to use and apply. The results are amazing.

Amazing! I get compliments on my hair wherever I go! I love how healthy and shiny my hair is. The shine is unbelievable and my hair is so soft. People are shocked when I tell them I did this at home with e salon. My color is actually better than when I've had my hair professionally done at the salon.

I have been using this color since 2018 and I get compliments on my hair color EVERY SINGLE DAY!! And it's not only when it's freshly done, but even after it has faded for a couple of weeks. I love that this color is gentle on my hair and doesn't have a strong chemical smell to it like some other products I have tried. I highly recommend this company!!

I was skeptical because I've never colored my hair. I have black hair with about 25%-30% gray making me feel old and frumpy . Going lighter for was not an option for me. So I decided to try the Demi-permanent. The instructions were easy to read and follow.
Afterwards, I could not believe the results. I thought it was FANTASTIC!!! I now feel younger and vibrant again.

I have quite damaged hair ATM (from bleach) and this surprisingly added a bit more shine back into my hair. I Will definitely be buying from here again. So easy to use and i love the step by step instructions and every little bit you get with it, you get everything you need!

This arrived in my first box from eSalon ever and everything was very custom, in a lovely box. What I loved the most is they even included stain removers and stain protectors. The dye and developer mixed with ease, the application is not messy at all. The instructions - whoever thought of the little stickers is a genius. Such a small thing and makes it all easier. The dye did not run down the drain each time I showered - which all shop bought dyes always did for me. It is a hair salon quality product and I love it. Oh and - I have adjusted my colour slightly after first use and it is perfect now!

I’ve been dyeing my hair for 30 years, and I think this has been the best product I’ve used. It covered all my annoying greys..and gave me the warmth and shine that I wanted. E-Salon has been my go-to for fantastic hair long before the Pandemic. It's been a game-changer, especially considering the exorbitant salon costs and frequent appointments I used to endure. Their professional-grade products, accompanied by detailed instructions and support, have truly transformed my routine.
One impressive feature was the toning mask included in my highlights kit, which not only prevents brassy tones but also doubles as a post-highlight conditioner. Even my colorist was amazed when I mentioned it! The compliments I receive on my color are constant, and it always surprises people when I reveal that I do it myself.
The support from my e-Salon colorist has been exceptional; I can ask questions and receive detailed email responses, even with her direct phone number for more personal discussions. Their proactive approach, like calling to confirm orders that might overlap or helping me adjust my auto-ship frequencies, has made the experience incredibly smooth. Plus, temporarily un-enrolling and re-starting is hassle-free since my information is securely stored in my account.

I can’t believe I waited this long to color my own hair. The match was perfect and it was super easy. Took about an hour total. So glad I gave this a try!
Having dyed my hair for over 20 years with box dyes where the colour never lasted longer than 2 weeks before seeing the regrowth and the condition of my hair getting worse, i decided to try the custom colour set. I've only used the custom colour set twice and the colour is lasting 4 to 5 weeks and the condition of my hair has vastly improved. I definitely wouldn't go back to using my old box hair dyes as paying the extra for the custom colour set is worth.the additional cost. Everyone gets a personal colourist who makes sure everything is OK and to give advice. Everything is delivered and I can change the number of weeks in which I want the next purchase or request to have it sooner all online. Overall a great service.
Started using during COVID. Over the last 3 years, I have periodically made changes to my color just to switch it up a bit.
This product is easy to apply. The color is rich and lasts as long as a salon color application.
I receive lots of compliments, including from my hair stylist.
Will continue to use.

The color is lovely with warm tone, it covers very well my greys and it's gentle to my hair and my scalp 😍 I struggled for a long time to find "my brown"( usually it was too light or too dark and it faded quickly) and now I feel likes myself. Thank you
I was super nervous about the color when it arrived and mixed it. It looked like a dingy gray and when I applied to my roots it looked really really dark. OMG. So impressed. The color is absolutely perfect. Better than what my stylist does. I am obsessed with my colorist ♥️ she nailed it!!!

For a first timer in e-Salon, I am quite impressed with my first kit.:) I’m glad that it comes with everything I need, and they made the instructions so simple. Definitely looking fwd to try a different hair color next time. It also didn’t cause an allergic reaction on me which is a great plus! Will definitely recommend to my friends!

I love the convenience of the kit. Everything I need is provided in the kit. I have very stubborn grays so I get about 98% coverage. No fault on the color because the same occurs at the salon. So very pleased so far.

I opted for the demi permanent colour to cover greys but not give a flat colour.
100% grey coverage, but in a natural highlight way.
So very easy to apply and in just one application I've already saved over £20 not going to the salon.

I love my color, comes out great every time. Great service and color for the regular monthly delivery .Stay away from the toner, I used the suggested color of toner, and it's the color of a carrot. I'll be spending my New Year's shampooing over and over hoping I can leave the house without humiliation tomorrow. I notice toner is not even available to review, so my guess is they know it. I'll continue getting the regular delivery of color as I've been using it for a few years and love it. Will never get toner again, and will be hesitant to get any of the 'suggested' products again.

I am so happy with my color! I cannot believe esalon was able to match my color so well. I have copper blonde color, and I was worried about how my dark roots would respond. My husband helped me do the back, but in general it was an easier process than expected. I will be recommending esalon to everyone!!

My hair has always had a reddish tint and most of the products I tried in the past made it more red. Esalon came up with the perfect color and my hair has never looked better.
The colour is amazingly beautiful - exactly what my natural auburn used to be! There's no harsh ammonia smell either. And it's so easy to adjust when the kits come, or cancel altogether. I appreciate that.
I had tried many different store brands just to cover my very insistent gray’s but they either never worked at all or only for a week at most! This does great! So happy with the coverage that makes me feel like I’m beautiful!
I was eager to start coloring my hair at home to safe money, and esalon has proven to be incredible. The color is beautiful and the instructions are super clear and concise, but honestly the hair color washes out of my hair very quickly. I use color protecting shampoo and conditioner, so I am unsure of what else to do. It’s not a deterrent by any means - this stuff is good. It’s just something I’ve noticed.
I love using the custom color sets. I'm able to try the color and talk to an expert (colorist) to make any adjustments that I want, according to my personal preference. It's better than going to the salon because you aren't able to choose your color.
My hair is growing out from chemotherapy. To say that it takes color strangely is an understatement.
My colorist contacted me- made sure that my doctor said it would be safe for me and got more details about how my hair is grabing color and formulated my product with that in mind.

Had natural dark strawberry blonde hair as a child/teenager. Decades of colouring it, I had forgotten what it looked like. Took a chance and bought the light strawberry blonde first before going darker again and it exceeded expectations! It’s perfect, it’s just so good!

The color was perfect, as I wrote to my colorist to let her know. I did have to wait to color my hair, because I had broken my arm. I did keep my colorist up to date on what was going on. Please adjust my directions or whatever so that my color lasts at least 6 weeks. Thank you!
I absolutely love this dye. I've always dyed my hair at home and have used all kinds of store-bought brands, and eSalon is by far the best! My hair is always silky after dyeing and the color never washes away no matter how many times I wash it. I also love the fact that I can request changes to my dye and have it the color I want.
