Turned out exactly as I requested. Went to the hair salon to get a trim afterwards. My hair dresser wanted to know who colored my hair. She said it was perfect, took a picture, and was gonna copy it on herself. I would say that it was a success.

The color I picked out was one I didn't think would come out exactly as it looked in the photo, but I wanted to give it a shot anyways. I'm blown away! My colorist nailed the exact color shown to a T even with my previous color being a bright fire engine red. After dying, my hair has been super soft as well!

Color process and results were extremely easy to follow and I was very pleased with the results. The color turned out a little darker than I expected and I have worked with your colorist to lighten the next load so that the results will be closer to what I wanted.
My second color kit arrived last week with a highlighter kit also. I have to say that this kit hasn’t only saved me gobs of money, but also from the box colors at the store. Sometimes I had to go to several stores to find the color I wanted or I had to order online and hope for the best. With eSalon I get MY perfect color without hassle. Also there is a consultant if I want to change colors. The outcome is better, dare I say, than me going to a salon for an $80 color! The color was perfect. It covered the grey. It seems to be just as good as store brands if you color ur hair urself. It doesnt last tht long. 3 weeks. It's cheaper for me to buy the store brand.

I got the color I wanted. Hopefully, it will not fade - we'll see since I just colored my hair yesterday. I loved the thickness of the product, easy to apply without dripping. The shampoo and conditioner were wonderful, too, even in my hard water.
I had not colored my hair at home in a long time but this product is much better than anything you buy at a store. I am glad I tried it and will keep doing so. It covers gray really well and the Colorist was very helpful.

With traditional box color, my stubborn Grey's and white hair showed in a week. I'm close to 4 weeks and my color is amazing! Hubby has complimented me numerous times on how much better it looks. I wasn't sure if there would be a noticeable difference, there is!
Loved colour - will leave on a bit longer next time as a few stubborn greys.
Practice makes perfect, might tweak colour in future but for now extremely pleased with my hair.

Just like buying a box dye for ease of use but beyond a million differences. The thickness of this product is by far superior and the smell is not bad. More then enough product. Your not snacking the bottle to get more out. Will definitely buy again

The color was was spot on and I love that I had two colors one for roots and one for ends. The color is seamless compared to dyes I have used in the past.
Love my colour so much, have had so many compliments on it! I died my hair fully blonde a year or more ago and grew a lot of it out and was looking to transition back to a more natural colour! As my ends were still lightened they have faded slightly after 3 washes which I expected but still looks great! Is there a way to receive my ends colour to refresh it with out doing my roots again?
I am extremely, udderly very very very happy with the way that my hair turned out it is not dry feeling, it's so soft! I am so happy I did this and I'm so glad! My mother loves it she wants to do it so when it's time to send out my next one or right before it's time to send out my next one she's going to sign up under me she's happy! I was very surprised cuz I kind of had that really maybe these people are being paid to say the stuff about it it couldn't possibly be true but it really is I'm very happy with it very! I was hoping that I could get my stylist to call me because I would like to talk about maybe doing some highlights not every time but once in a while doing some highlights to my hair and see how I can go about doing that! When it was time for me to color, my friend who had promised to help had an emergency, leaving me to color my hair all alone. I had plenty of angst, believe me, because I didn't want to err anywhere on my scalp or hair. After several deep breaths, I re-read the instructions, set up the mirrors and dived in. I went from over-highlighted dark ash blonde base to a coppery dark blonde and I love it. The change in my appearance was dramatic but made me feel great! I did add the eSalon light kit to keep some of the lighter contrast which was perfect. My hair is such a pretty color now and eSalon's first attempt was perfect to give me the right shade of coppery blonde without going overboard...now I am thinking of eventually going even a little more copper! The eSalon stylist, Danielle, has been super helpful with all my questions. And, last but not lease...you can't beat the price!

Yes, my roots are beginning to appear, but my color is still true!1 And no brassiness!! I have been so pleased. Am not going to have to color as often, and my hair looks and feels so healthy. I love the simplicity of this. The packaging is awesome and laid out well. The product is easy to use. Other products have burned my scalp but I am thrilled to say that I had absolutely had no adverse reaction at all. The color is perfect and gave much better coverage than my previous brand. My next review will have to do with longevity of the color. I have no doubt it will be favorable.
I have been using this products for the last year and have been extremely happy had some problems in the beginning with it not covering the gray around my hairline I sent a message to them they adjusted it for me and now it's perfect!
I got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. I was thrilled they listened to me and my use of the product !

The colour covered all my grey regrowth which has been usually stubborn to cover and it didnt cover my roots lighter..usually with store bought colour my roots would always be lighter than the actual colour but with this esalon this was not an issue...and....it lasts longer and my hair isn't as dry...

It was exactly the color i picked, and my best friend who has NEVER colored anyone's hair did it for me. Easy and perfect! i will continue to use your products, i love the weekly repair conditioner as well! It worked miracles on my spit ends and made my hair soft and manageable!
I’d been searching for the exact perfect shade of red for nearly a year. Every time I went to the salon my stylist was just never able to quite nail it. But with one picture and one note from me inarticulately elucidating what I was looking for, my eSalon stylist NAILED it and now I have the hair I’ve always wanted. I was confused and skeptical that I had to use two different mixtures for my roots vs. my ends, but I followed the instructions exactly as it said and the results turned out amazing! My hair is now a nice, natural looking shade of reddish-brown that I thought would look terrible on me but I am SO pleased with the outcome. It really does look like I went to get it done at a salon!
