I tweaked my original color by sending a written explanation and reference pic to my colorist. The color was spot on for what I was looking for. I use the tint rinse between dyes and my color keeps very well.

I have been using eSalon hair color products for over 2yrs now. The hair coloring product, has good, lasting coverage and my hair is silky immediately. Not dried out. If you begin to have issues with grey coverage, you can work with eSalon to ajust next order. Extremely pleased.

I have never used anything as great as ESalons Hair Color!!! I think it’s even better than when I’ve gone to the Salon to have Hair colored! I have changed my color,& there was a mistake made that I was not happy with,( before I colored). I emailed customer service & I actually received a phone call, which I found amazing! You can change what you want about it, which is great, it’s personalized for you, want it a little blonder, write it in your message to your colorist. The color is wonderful. I’m glad I did a full color before just doing the roots. I’m hoping that the color hides my grays for 4-5 weeks. I’ll know in a few weeks.

We were trying to get my hair color back to the color it was when I was MUCH younger. Every time I'd color it the new color, my husband would say, "It's too DARK!" NOW, he is HAPPY and SATISFIED. My color turned out exactly to be exactly what I wanted, even better than when I paid $200 at the salon. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The most difficult part was applying color to the back of my head, which was much easier once I enlisted the help of my boyfriend. Because of the results I achieved at a fraction of the price, I will be continuing to use this service for a long time.
I constantly got nervous every time my gray would start to show. I'm not ready to show it. I have long, light brown hair that is naturally curly and a nightmare for stylists who mess with the color and leave me with a different color every time, and it's expensive, AND I have to travel to them. This product, custom made exactly to my liking, is easy to use time after time because it matches, gives my hair a radiant shine that people constantly compliment me on, it covers my gray completely and doesn't wash out, and it is handy to do right at home. I love this service and their products. I actually use it one third of the amount at a time because touching up my gray is all I need, so I am quite a bit backed-up on the product, but eventually I'll run out and need to start up again with the same matching color.

I had been going to a professional colourist for years and paying a lot and I was tired of it. My friend recommended E salon and I have been using them for about 6 or 8 months now and I'm extremely pleased. I have them auto ship my color kit once per month and it works out perfectly for me. Also, they are extremely easy to communicate with so if you want to change your delivery date or your color, a quick email is all it takes.
I love your custom color kit. I thought the color was dark at first, but after a few days in the sun, it was more of what I was trying to achieve color wise. Danielle does a great job!
The results are absolutely amazing, a rich, layered color, glossy and soft hair. I really did not expect this, and I have to be honest, the name of the coloration was not inspiring (beige). I would have never bought a box of hair color in the store that said "beige", but I am blown away!

This is a great product. I used to get highlights and lowlights to color my graying hair. Don't know how but this stuff adds variations in color and looks really natural. My hair looks and feels great. SOO much better than going to a hairdresser, sitting there for hours and paying $$$$$. Love it!

The instructions for applying the color is spot on. The color does actually cover the grays better than over the counter hair color. So far, so good...
After coloring my hair with the esalons color I was totally shocked at the amazing results my girlfriend commented at once about how great my hair looked and how it looked like it had been done in the salon.
Not realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend eSalon.
I've never dyed my hair before but the grey's have finally got the better of me. E salon were really helpful in the beginning when helping me choose the colour I wanted that most match my hair, and send clear instructions to make it as simple as possible to use.
I am dark brown brunette dull hair color but i always loved the hint of copper. It’s hard to get at a salon i walk out as a red head...

the only issue is i have dry hair so i do a conditioner packet after the color

So I was nervous about doing this. I actually let my husband pick the color he wanted to see on me. I was nervous because it had the word copper in it. But what came out was a soft beautiful brown with shimmery copper highlights that perfectly complement it. I am sold and can't thank Anna and my husband enough!!

After using a top stylist for years I was so hesitant about doing this myself, but I took the chance and wow it was easier than I worked myself up over. Of course, my colorist was 99% responsible. I have been using Esalon for three years. When my excellent hair stylist retired, I couldn't find anyone else to either cut or color with the quality and expertise that she demonstrated when working on me. Out of frustration, I tried Esalon color. The quality is superb, it leaving my hair without the dry, straw-like consistency that I have experienced with even salon products, applied by stylists. I have adjusted my color on several occasions and, I find that I have far more control of the outcome than ever. Application is very easy. Alone, I use the bottle. With help, the brush and bowl. I control the time on my hair, 22 minutes, which keeps it soft and still absorbs the color. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants quality color.
Everytime I order it’s perfect. The lady that mixes it is very nice and helpful. Even when I’m being difficult she is still polite. Wouldn’t change hair color again.
