So far, I'm enjoying the light weight feeling this has on my hair. I don't care for the feeling of a lot of product on my hair. This works, smells nice and clean and feels the same way !
This worked amazing, I let a friend play with color on my hair well she bleached it but ended up over processing it so bad I couldn't even brush it I used this constantly over a week along with the shampoo and conditioner and it has made such a huge difference
I'm not sure how else to describe this product other than amazing. I put this in my ends after I towel dry my hair and it has helped so much with split ends and damage! I let my hair air dry and I was worried it would feel sticky or oily like other products like this but it doesn't at all! It smells amazing, like all of esalon's other products, and is just amazing!!

I use this on my daughter...she straightens her hair day after day and using this product helps to add the moisture back into the hair so that it doesn't become dry and brittle.

The light weight of Split End Sealer keeps my hair looking soft and movable between shampoos. My hair stays detangled with shine for more days between shampoos. Thank you
This product is quite like a lightweight leave in conditioner, which after continued use has improved the texture and damage. It leaves hair soft smooth and shiny! Great product!

Smells nice. Does it actually cure split ends? I didn't see it. I have bleached, platinum blonde hair and noticed nothing. Will just continue to dust my ends per usual as this was no miracle worker. Smells nice though :)

I haven't used this product long enough to be able to notice a difference in my ends, but I can say it is not sticky and is easy to apply, with its almost lotion-like consistency.. I'll keep you posted.
This stuff has really mad a difference! I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on hair products that promise to due what this product line as finally delivered! ITS UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I have naturally frizzy hair plus years of dyeing it, made it worse. I work very hard on it every time I leave the house.. This product tames the frizzies and makes my hair feels like real hair with lots of volume and shine, all while still feeling soft..
I have had much fewer split ends while using this. I have very fine hair and it normally looks singed on the ends after 3 or 4 weeks. Its now been close to 5 weeks and very little is showing.

Used couple times, haven’t noticed a difference. Doesn’t mean it isn’t good though
With my hair being the longest it has been in, literally, decades, the split ends are inevitable. But, with the sealer, they appear to be mending, after only a week of using the product.
I put this product in the top 5 favorites list of all the hair products I have ever used. It really keeps the ends of my hair "flat" so they don't frizz up on the bottom and get tangled together. I have a little problem with the packaging because I can't always get the flip top to close all the way and the product will dry out and get crusty around the opening.
This product definitely has helped with my breakage, which is great. The only downside is that it doesn't have that much of a scent and it's almost teetering on the chemical smell a tad.
We all know split ends are hard to mend and it won't happen over night. Since I don't wash my hair more than twice a week to avoid fading my color I haven't gotten a chance to really see a lot of results. However, it does soften my ends some and I am hopeful it will work better the more I use it.
i just love all the products but this is at the top of the list. I color treat my hair and before i et back to the salon my ends look terrible so for now on it will be split end sealer to the rescue.
this product isn't the be all/end all but it does help with my frizz and tames my hair in general. I would suggest you try it and see the results you get. I haven't used on dry hair, always applied to wet hair.

I tried different amounts of this at wet, damp, and dry stages. For my fine-textured hair, the product is obvious to the point I can't use it on days that involve leaving the house. For this reason, I can't evaluate effectiveness. I avoid using it.

Too heavy for fine hair

This product feels heavy and sticky on my fine hair. Although it may help with split ends, it allows dirt to get trapped in my hair and you can't brush through it. Maybe for people who work inside in a clean environment. But if you are outdoors for work or sports it is an issue.

Nope. I felt it worked about as good as leaving some of the regular conditioner on my hair to dry. Waste of money for me. My hair is easily damaged and this did not come close to sealing my ends.

My hair is so damaged & dry and I've tried so many products. When I first tried Joining Forces, it didn't do anything, but I thought since my hair is long and thick maybe I needed more. It is kind of sticky at first, but applying more product definitely worked as my hair is now soft and seems more healthy looking. However, it makes my hair more greasy. I'm super excited to find a product that actually works, but I'm disappointed my hair is greasy by the end of the day, maybe even within a few hours. Also once I shower, the product seems to wash out of my hair and is back to its dry and damaged stage until I put the product in again.

I can only use this before bed. If I use it during the day, even just on my ends, my hair is heavy and flat.

I like the product once I get it on my hair, but I don't like the fact that I have to wash my hands after I use it. It leaves a somewhat slimy build up on my hands. Once it's on my hair I don't feel the build up. I also don't notice it does a great deal for my hair but that could be because I use a conditioner on it after I wash it. Although it's an ok product, I probably won't purchase it again. Sorry!

I was so hoping this would help heal/seal/repair my hair. Instead I just found it to be very heavy on my fine hair, and made my hair feel like it was FULL of product even though I used a teeny amount. At the end of the day my hair was a greasy mess that I couldn't wait to wash. Just not at all what I was hoping for. I didn't notice any repairing qualities for the two weeks I forced myself to use it, instead my hair looks the same as before. I wanted to love it, but it just didn't work on my fine, thin, blonde hair.

I want to love this product. It is great in concept. The first time I used it, it was fine. The last two times, it left the ends of my hair greasy looking, and it was never absorbed by my hair. I'll keep trying using less and see if that helps.

I don't know if it works well or not because I will never use it again. The fragrance is so strong, even my husband said something about it when he came near me. How can I get a credit for this product?
