I like the shampoo and conditioner separately much better than cowash . Cowash end result is the same as separate, however going on it feels heavy, greasy and hard to suds.

I tried the product 2 times each time it left my hair heavy. Even while drying my hair my hands felt like a filmy wax coming off from my hair. Sorry, but really isn't good.

I would have given 4 stars but the packaging was not good. The bottle cap was not tight and the Cream CoWash leaked out. Fortunately the bottle was in a separate bag so the mess was contained.

Usually I wash to refresh the smell of my hair. Some products are a magnet for adsorbing odor from an environment of say... a hospital, not to mention the fear of germs. I didn’t care for the results of this product just on cleanliness.

DUO IT ALL left my hair felt heavy, greasy and weighted-down. It felt like I hadn’t showered in two weeks, I got back in the shower and ended up having to scrub my hair with a deep cleansing shampoo , I went back to regular shampoo and conditioner

Well - I never felt anything so quickly sleek out my hair. It went smooth and silky immediately - didnt really feel like I washed it - but totally conditioned. The smell was horrific - I did have to use a better smelling shampoo to combat the scent. I give it an A for conditioning - a C for washing and an F- for the smell!

I'm a big fan of cowash and have used other brands before with good results. This one was unfortunately a miss. The formula was so thick, it was difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It left my hair feeling greasy and weighed down, not clean.

It takes too much product to feel like I'm cleaning my hair and even then it does not feel like it stays clean for very long. It's very thick and hard to get from the bottle. Also the cap was not tight and it was leaking everywhere when I received it. I like to idea, it just does not work for me.

This is an odd product as it does not foam like regular shampoo. It's like putting conditioner in your hair and then hoping you manage to rinse it all out. While my hair looks clean; my scalp doesn't feel totally clean. I'll use this until it's gone but don't think I will be reordering it.....

This combo shampoo/conditioner does not live up the the other excellent products from ESalon. It does not froth very well at all. Most frustrating is that it does not squeeze out of the bottle!! It appears to be too thick. It needs to be more liquid. I have to take off the whole cap to squeeze it out, and then I get either too much or too little. Back to the drawing board for this one!!

Pros:
Product is really gentle and smells good while still doing the job. My hair is thin and since it’s colored, it’s even more important to take good care of it. Regular shampoo usually makes my hair feel stripped and regular conditioner weighs it down and makes it look limp. This co-wash is a perfect balance.
Cons:
When the package arrived there was some product oozing out of the cap which was not tightly screwed on. And the poem in the package was beyond cheesy. Maybe save on printing costs and use the money for an eco-friendly solution on keeping the cap screwed on tightly when shipping.

This hair wash is great..... but not if you have well water. I have well water and this wash will not suds up. However, i took it on our vacation and it workef great using thd hotel shower.

I'm not sure this product is washing my hair... it feels like I am applying conditioner only. Once my hair is dry, routs still feel oily... and not sure of the fragrance... evergreen? I can't use this product at my workplace as we have a fragrance free policy. I will use the product on weekends and summer holidays but will go back to my previous shampoo and conditioner.

Have to use large amounts to cover hair and it doesn't rinse out with a silky texture. Hair is dry and dull-looking. Smell is too neutral. I've used another non-lathering product (different company) and honestly it smelled better and left hair feeling clean and looking healthy. Got this product to save time, but results not worth it.

I found this product to smell bad, and I did not feel it cleansed my hair. I did not like that it seemed to take a lot if the product to coat my hair. I did not feel it conditioned. I have tried this product several times. Trying to make sure I gave it a fair shot. The unused portion will go in the camping bin...for those times when your out in the wilderness and you need something.

Was looking forward to using a new cream wash that I'd hoped would be gentle and nourishing to my hair. What I got was dry, damaged hair that lost its glorious sheen and softness.

I would really love this, I do like how my hair does feel clean. But, I have long hair, and I find I have to use way too much. I just can't justify the cost for the amount of product. I would definitely reorder if they increase the size of bottle, without increasing cost.

I have thick, fine hair. I was so excited to try this shampoo after reading the reviews. After washing and drying my hair it looked oily, and flat. I felt self conscious to be seen because it looked like I hadn't washed my hair for days. I gave it one my try, and had the same results. I am so disappointed. It was a waste of money for me.
On a positive note, they reached out to me and credited my account. Great customer service.
I would not buy this again. I bought it for travel convenience, however, my hair felt clean but coarse after it dried and not well hydrated/conditioned.

This product saves time on shampooing and conditioning separately. However, I felt the Colour Lock shampoo and conditioner gave a better result. This product could be improved by adding a purple tone for those of us with brassy hair.

This product would be good for hair that is completely fried due to over-processing, but since I faithfully use eSalon products, my hair is in too good of shape to require such a drastic treatment. It reminds me of another product that is all about being a “cleansing conditioner.” This site takes FAR better care of us, leaving this product an overkill reaction, which is unnecessary.....

I wasn't thrilled with this. My hair didn't feel really clean or really conditioned. I use it on the weekends to save my hair from a shampoo but I don't use it often. My hair doesn't feel greasy once its dry though so I guess it is doing its job, I'm just not a super fan of this product.

I have used cleansing creams before and love them, this one just isn't the right one for my hair type. I don't typically have oily hair but this leaves my hair oily. I thought maybe I used to much or didn't rinse enough so I gave it a few more tries. Even with blow drying my hair, the next day my hair is always oily in the morning. I can typically go about 3-4 days without washing my hair or even using a dry shampoo and my hair will not get oily. Disappointing for me.

My hair is very temperamental with products and this didn’t help! I think the combo was just too much for my hair which has a tendency to get greasy.

I thought this would be a great way of reducing a step in cleansing. This product does not seem appropriate for my hair type. It weighs it down and makes my hair coated. I went back to my other (non e-salon) products and am much happier.

I bought Duo....tried it and loved the way my hair felt after the shower. So, I foolishly ordered another bottle of Duo only because I had a hair coloring coming shortly in the next week so I wanted the shipping charges kept down. However after a day of the washing my hair became heavy, dirty, and very oily so that I had to add dry shampoo in the middle of the day! I really wanted Duo to work so badly that now I have two bottles of it that I cannot use. But I will go back to my other favorite shampoo & conditioner that I do use & love from you all!

I've used your product twice thus far. I don't know if I'm using it correctly; as I've never used a cleansing cream shampoo before. Both uses I had to use an additional shampoo because your product refused to lather. I could be doing something wrong but; at this rate a bottle won't last me between colorings.

I usually wash my hair at least twice a week. I have used this product, according to the directions, 3 times. I rinse very thoroughly, but each time, within 48 hrs, my hair felt completely greasy. Unless you shampoo your hair daily, don't use this product. It was an expensive lesson!

I wanted so much to love this product but I don't! It left my hair so greasy! The first time I used it, it was greasy so I had to re-wash my hair with other shampoo to wash it out. I then used it again, only a small amount, and it looks greasier than the first time :(... l also wish it had a scent but it didn't even really have that.

I have used Wen for a long time and it worked so well I decided to try this since it's similar. My hair didn't feel clean or look clean after I used this the first time. I decided to try it again and the results were no better. I was really hoping this product worked. :(

I guess because it is a 2-in-1, it didn't get my hair clean enough. I had to wash every other day and I usually only wash twice a week with dry shampoo in between. My hair is very dry. I need to stick with the shampoo and conditioner routine.

I was hoping this would be like the Wen hair care line (one step), but it didn't work for me. I gave it a lot of chances! My hair always felt dirty after using it, and I could barely comb through it after the shower. It also made my hair very frizzy.

I couldn't get any suds, it doesn't seem to clean well and without using an additional conditioner, my thin hair was tangled and that means more hair in the brush and not on my head!

I have naturally oily hair and this product is way too heavy for my hair. I can usually go two or even three days (depending on how many styling products, etc. I have used) between washes. If I use Duo It All, I have to wash again the next day. :(

Sally - We're sorry you didn't like the gentle nature of our Duo It All Cleansing Cream. Our Duo It All is a two in one treatment to give a healthy boost to damaged strands. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and other sulfates are often used in shampoos to create a lather, but also strip the hair of color and moisture. For this reason, all of our products are sulfate free. For a stronger lather, we recommend adding a small amount of water to your hair and massaging the product through the scalp.

Ehrlich gesagt war ich vor der ersten Anwendung skeptisch, ob mein sehr langes & kräftiges Haar in einem Schritt tatsächlich ausreichend gepflegt wird.
Das Ergebnis ist der Wahnsinn: Mein Haar ist nach der Anwendung sauber, extrem gepflegt und seidig glänzend. Ohne jedes weitere Produkt lasse ich meine Haare im Anschluss an der Luft trocknen & bin ready to go.
Das Ergebnis haben die besten Kuren in der Vergangenheit eher selten erzielt!
