Helps to keep color bright and shiney. Not always a good match, sometimes the ends are redder than roots. Might be the cause of my dry ends.

I use different ones according to the season and my color changes. Very nice, softens my hair, even prior to the conditioner.

I liked this product. I have dirty strawberry dark blonde hair & was looking to brighten it with the golden copper enhancer. The first couple of uses I could really see my hair brighten and seemed more strawberry than brown which is really what I wanted. However, I must be used to it now because it seems like the same old hair again! I may try the red copper next time because I want it to be a little more red blonde. Maybe I'll just go for the permanent color. Overall I would recommend it. It's nice and easy on the hair and makes it feel great.

I’ve used tint rinse a few times since I colored my hair with my esalon color and feel like it makes my hair deeper and glossy.
I'm a natural red head/ strawberry blonde/ ginger etc. I've never dyed my hair. At 59 my colour is still pretty strong, no white hairs but the depth and vibrancy of my hair colour is beginning to fade a little. I took the plunge and did my research, and this product came up as the best for natural gingers. I used as directed but only left it on for 1 minute because I was a bit scared of what would happen ( was quite alarmed at how RED the product was, and thought my hands would be dyed - no, not at all)... all last week I received random comments from my work colleagues about how lovely my hair was looking! Last night I left it on for 3 minutes (feeling brave!) and my hair colour now looks like it did when I was 20. It's glossy and shiny, and looks completely natural. I'm a convert! I would recommend this product (I used the Red colour) for anyone with fading natural ginger hair! It gives a really natural finish, highlights the colour, gives a beautiful shine, and made my hair super soft. It also smells really nice!
Having had red highlights put in my brown hair I was disappointed to see the results fade within a few weeks. Rather than go back and pay again I decided to order my own toner. The bottle is quite small but you don’t need a huge amount. The liquid is quite runny so be prepared to catch it when you squirt it into your hand. It smells lovely and leaves a lovely shine on your hair. I’ve used it twice so far and have around half a bottle left so good value for money. I’ll definitely order again
I find that this makes my hair shinier. Does it make the colour richer or restore the colour as when it's was coloured? I don't think so, but I do like the shine. So I will continue to use this product.
Used this to enhance the blah strawberry blonde that had no shine , or real red color was more dk blonde no strawberry, I told colorist I wanted some brightness and shine the booster added the shine the color kit just did nothing for me.
Do I'm glad I hit the boisterous it has mire copper than the coloring did and gives it a soft manageable work up with curls, no dryness or limp curls just what this head needed
I don't know how much I'm supposed to use, but I got a lot of shine out of it and my hair looks healthy and attractive. I didn't use much... maybe twice the amount I would use to shampoo...
Not only was that brassy tone gone, my hair was super shiny. I looked in the mirror twice after I had styled it. I wish it was recommended to use with each wash. Try it!
My dark red mahogany tint rinse really brings out the voluminous, beautiful color of the dark red mahogany. As we all know red fades the fastest, which is why a lot of people don’t want to go red, but at the auto ship price, you can’t go wrong and a little goes a long way, and you only have to put it on three times a week or twice a week, it’s a total game changer with people who want to go red and stay red.
I love the premise of this product, not so sure it's not just a very very temporary rinse mimicking those back in the day Fanciful Rinses. My experience was that it looked great first day after but the luster seems to be gone days after use. It's also a really messy operation for us home color babes! Lol

I was using DP Hue in the strawberry shade but I found this formulation to be better.
I have medium copper hair with light balayage on the ends and typically like to use some kind of maintenance shampoo between coloring. This products makes my hair more orange than original reddish-copper.

Used just 1 treatment, expected staining to be everywhere but there was absolutely none! Has removed most of the red/orange tones out of my dark/medium brown hair. Also it's really quite shiny and soft.
I expect the use or 2 will remove the rest going off the other reviews.
Based on my 1 use, I can tell this product is a step above the rest (and i've tried 10+ popular blue & green shampoos/masks to correct the orange/red undertones).
Completely surprised, and it's nice to have a colour correcting product that delivers even on healthy mostly natural low porosity hair.

Adds beautiful light to hair and a bit of color...also drying though, need plenty of conditioner afterwards, as is recommended.
This tint rinse has tiny little sparkles in it and when I use it (every time I wash my hair) I end up with gorgeous shiny hair afterwards. I have natural red hair and this product is good for when my roots start to come through.

Just a little after your shampoo, before your conditioner, gets out any orange.
I only use for a few seconds once every week or 2.
You need this when multiple shampoos begin to make your beautiful blonde orange. Just a little, rinse it out and your good to go. Lasts months.

I've only used this product once so far, but it was easy to use, and foamed-up well, and washed out well too - without staining or colouring the shower. Too soon to tell if it enhanced my colour or stopped it looking faded.

I have been using both the Cooper tint rinse as well as the Red tint rinse for as long as I have been using eSalon. It really does brighten up my look between colorings. After going to the salon once for coloring, my hair color faded very quickly. I used the Cooper tint rinse and the color brightened right up and helped the color stay decent until I colored it again (with eSalon). I will keep using this for sure!

I was sent the copper one instead of copper mahogany but I'm still giving it 5 stars because they just offered to send me the correct one and I can see it did what it was supposed to do (make the color brighter and shiny) without staining everything in sight, including your hands, like overtone or keracolor. Plus they have shades of colors and not just "brown" or "red".
My hair was light blonde and I was going a copper brown tone. This copper tint rinse literally turned my hair ORANGE, it honestly was such a pretty color lol. When I put the actually hair color that I chose on, the tint rinse pulled through so beautifully at my roots. I am thinking I shouldve let it sit just a tad bit more because you can't really see it shine through towards the middle to ends of my hair like you can at the roots. None the less, I think it came out nicely and I'd do a tint rinse in another color just to try them all out.

Had problems with brassy tones in my hair especially when the sun gets to it so I spoke to the esalon colourist who recommended the soft red neutraliser tint rinse which sorted the problem out perfectly. No more brassy tones and the colour lasts longer. I noted the other reviewers mentioning they put it on dry hair before washing so I’ll try that as well as it sounds a good idea.

This product lasts a long time and outcome of hair color is subtle and shiny. Oh my, the tube says revives color while adding brilliant shine. I am being redundant. One can feel it saturating.
As a side note, I am 70 and pleased my hair doesn't look like Lucille Ball. Great job eSalon.
I only wish the directions were printed in a larger font.

I am new to esalon .. I have very stubborn greys and need to try to keep them at bay for 25-30 days. The tint rinse doesn't drop a lot of colour, thankfully, but if you hit the roots and massage it in then pull it through to the ends you will be really happy with the results.

My colour was going brassy and I hate any tones of red in my hair as my skin colour just does not suit it. Tried white ash which was going yellowy. Used the Tint Rinse and left on longer than recommended and wow it was like the first days colour again. Use this regularly now to keep my colours and highlights bright

Nothing has worked as well as this to tone down the red in my hair (super stubborn) Gave me the exact colour I wanted to achieve and didn’t affect my highlights either, will definitely stock up on this. Honestly, I’ve tried so many other products and spent a small fortune but this beats them all hands down.

This refreshed my colour each time I used it making it seem as if it was freshly done. Can't recommend it enough!
