I really really wanted to like this. I'm a natural strawberry blonde, but my hair can get a little ashy. I was hoping this would just boost the red in my hair and give it an all over copper color, but it really didn't do anything. My hair is shiny, but still looks the same. So disappointed.

Chocolate was supposed to be good for my dark brown hair but when I used it this was definitely not chocolate! It put gold and slight red in my hair. I will definitely not buy this again and I was so excited to try it. Only positive note is it did not stain my skin.

It is kind of tricky to use because it is really liquid instead of a more creamy application. I would make sure you are in the shower when applying because it can get away from you, Especially the red copper color. Also, it did not last for more than a single wash. I was using the red copper, so I know that is a difficult color to keep in your hair.

I was hoping this would temporarily cover some grays and add the purple and shine in my hair in between coloring but it never really did. No covering and very little color and shine

I really didn't notice any coverage and would have continued to use it regularly to see if the results increased with use but I did not like that my hair did not feel clean even between shampoo and conditioner so I haven't used it again since that first time but may re visit it at some point.

After having no luck with the golden copper, I attempted the plain copper color. I have blonde hair- and in applying this, I was hoping to get a strawberry blonde color. My hair is like a pinkish/orange that looks like a punk dye job gone wrong. It didn't touch my blonde roots (new growth from a perm) and made the rest of my hair a very odd color. I'll be washing my hair with my brass removing purple shampoo and conditioner this evening. It also makes your hair VERY dry feeling, so make sure to condition well after, as well as a leave in.

This doesn't seem to cover my gray roots very well. I try to use it in between colorings but I don't think it's meant to cover only enhance color.
My hair is naturally blonde. I used this in hopes that it would give me some nice coppery/strawberry colored blonde hair. It didn't even touch my new growth at the top (my hair was permed and the root growth after it) - the rest of my hair only got brassy, no copper to it at all. I could understand not seeing any results if my hair was brown, or dark, but it did nothing to my BLONDE hair. I don't understand how it's expected to perk up an existing red if it doesn't even change blonde... It also makes your hair VERY dry feeling, so make sure to condition well after, as well as a leave in.

i have very dark brown brassy hair... and this didnt work for me... it still looks brassy.. i think this only works for people having light hair.

Maybe I got the wrong shade. I have medium blonde hair and the difference is so minuscule that I can’t tell I ever used the product. I even left it on for longer than recommended time. And it didn’t hide the orangy red tones.

The product is great however getting the product was a challenge. I order two bottles which were both shipped to the wrong address. When I informed customer service they sent me one bottle to the correct address but charged for two. I then told them of the error and they sent my second bottle. Over a month latter I finally got what I paid for.

This was my last hope in fixing the brassy, red tones that my brunette hair pulls. I've been trying not to color my hair anymore and have tried just about every treatment, shampoo, DIY, etc. that there is. After reading reviews I really hoped that this product would finally be the one to work, but unfortunately it still can't help my red/brassiness. To be honest, it just didn't work or do anything.

The only thing this did was turn underneath my fingernails purplish, spot stain my shower wall and stain bottom of my tub. Was not expecting it to be super watery and when squeezed unto hand, it leaked off!! As for adding a tint on my hair itself, hmmm that is one thing it decided not to stain one bit and i used quite a bit of product both times i used this. Smells nice and left hair soft even though i didn't use conditioner afterwards the first time i used product but, i wanted this to enhance my hair color that was missing the violet/reddish tint that my first custom color i ordered didn't provide, i did not want just another conditioner which this basically turned out to be for me.

This is a nice shampoo, but other than that it had no benefits for me. I am the recommended user, dark hair with reddish tones from dye, unfortunately even after long and regular use, I saw no change.

I used the blonde and it made my hair have a copper tone after the second usage. I paid a professional hairstylist to highlight my hair blonde after coloring it so I was not happy to see copper.

I used this after my regular shampoo. The colour of the treatment is a lovely purple and generated a lot of suds/foam that it felt like a shampoo rinse. The foam/suds felt similar to the foam hair dye from Asia. Conditioner is a must after this, because my hair got really tangled after rinsing.
I do think colour was deposited and my hair is less brassy, but not as much as I had hoped for. Maybe if a purple-toned conditioner was released, I'd see a better effect of the toning?

I ordered the chocolate but I usually use the light brown, it seemed a little too dark so I mixed it with warm beige. I have blond highlighted hair and the color turned out to be cinnamon which grabbed onto my blond hair and was not the color that I was expecting. I am unsure how much red is in the chocolate color, so I am afraid to try it again without the warm beige. I usually use light brown and like the way it turns out with the blond and my natural color but the company has been out of light brown for some time now. I don't know of another color that will match my hair as well so I will wait for the light brown to be in stock again.

I didn't knew that was a "shampoo" coloring treatment... The consistency is suuuuuuuper liquid, feels like water and splatter everywhere! I used the Color: Black to "enhance" my black eSalon hair dye, but it did absolutely nothing! Even on a virgin part of my hair it didn't do anything. I am super disappointed about this product which I think I expected too much of it.

When using the "Tinted Love" I really did not notice a change. The "red neutralizer" doesn't seem to "neutralize" on my hair. The slight red highlight that I seem to carry in my hair (mom is a redhead) after a few shampoos, roughly 1/2 way to my next coloring, looked the same before and after. Not sure that I will purchase this item again.

Have been using it for 2 weeks now, 3 times a week and hardly noticed any change in the redness of my hair. They look exactly the same. It is a nice hair conditioner as it makes my hair sort, but other than that doesn't do much in terms of the colour.

I use the red neutralizer. My hair is less red, but it's hard to tell if it's because of this product or the color (which I started at the same time). The product is runny, so you have to keep it in an upright position, which is awkward.

The product was fine; however, I was disappointed that it did not match my hair very well, especially since I answered all the questions asked and sent picture of how my hair look. Hair was a lot lighter than I expected it to be. I also did not like the fact that it was automatic re-order. I thought I was getting one trial of the product and if I liked it, order it again. I'm sure it was somewhere in the fine print, which is not fair to the consumer.

My goal was to go from Blond to Copper hair color. The copper lasted for a week and it faded back to my blond, I was sent this and it turned my hair pink! It definitely was not what I was looking for.

This shampoo did not work for me. I bought this to make my light, blonde, hair shiney. What I got was a head of dull, pale, yellow hair. Luckily I was about due to dye my hair so I corrected it with that.

Perhaps it was something else, but coincidentally my hair shed/broke off greatly after using this product. I threw it out; dared not use it again; and did not want to pass it on to anyone else. However, like I said, it could have just been a coincidence, but since it happened immediately after using the product, and had never happened before, I did not want to put any more on my hair.

It does deposit a bit of color, but in order for it to deposit enough to make a difference, I have to use it 3 times a week. My hair feels processed each time after using it, so I find I'm not using it much. It does work, colorwise, after repeated use.

Immediately after my first use of this treatment, my hair felt dry and unmanageable. I had trouble even getting a wide tooth comb through my hair! (Yes, I followed the instructions.) I admit that it revived my color, however it isn't worth what it did to my usual shiny, smooth hair. I love the shampoo and conditioner, so I was very disappointed to have this treatment fail.

No good! I bought this product four months ago and have since used it about 10 times. I tried it so much because I really wanted it to work and figured that if I kept using it, then maybe the effects would show up. But it doesn't do anything except dry out my hair. I use it EXACTLY as it says on the bottle. Very runny consistency. Will not buy again. Such a shame! I wonder if any of their other products would work better.

I was excited to try this product after it was recommended by my hairdresser to keep my strawberry blonde color fresh between appointments. I followed the instructions exactly and the outcome was not good. My hair looked splotchy and areas were a weird muddy red color with no shine at all. My hair felt really heavy and coated. I attempted to shampoo it out but couldn't get it out of my hair. My hair faded to a strange pink color which was not appealing at all. I had to use color remover and add a toner to my hair to restore color to a natural shade. I really wanted to love this product.

I had really high hopes for this based on the reviews, but it did not work for me at all. In fact, it made the red tones in my hair stronger, which was very disappointing. I used it every 2-3 days over a two week period then discontinued use. I have medium length very fine dark brown hair (I dye my natural color to cover gray, but am prone to red tones). Not sure if my hair type has anything to do with the product not working, but I'm bummed this didn't work better.

the only PRO about this item is the smell. It smells very nice. However....no matter how carefully and sectioned off I applied this too my hair, it was ALWAYS a streaky mess. Some patches were a bright red, then other patches were not affected at all.

I really wanted this tint to work for me I have highlights that get brassy and need to be toned down. The color after my first use was perfect . I used it again three days later . The problem is the color does not last. I shampoo every other day with a color safe shampoo and on the days that I don't use the tint it completely washes out. Disappoint ed.

I had dyed my hair at home and as usual it turned out brassy. I always tend to go brassy very easily. I read about this product and thought it would be a good solution to keep the brassiness away. Was excited to receive it and try it. Followed directions left it for 3 minutes. I could tell even before I blow dried that my hair was more red than before! It did the exact opposite of what it said it would do. Disappointed, thought it was too good to be true and it was. Ended up going into my salon to get it fixed. The instructions are simple and straightforward, there isn't a way that I could have used it incorrectly. Just doesn't work, don't waste your time or money

Hair kept color a little longer but not as effective as I thought it would be. Maybe I'm using not enough, not sure.

After reading numerous reviews and watching raving YouTube videos about this product, I was so excited to try this product but it didn't work out for me AT ALL. It made my hair so unbelievably dry, and my color looks even more brassy than before. There was also a weird residue leftover after I washed it out. Very disappointed in this. I would like to return this or exchange for the other red neutralizer but not sure if that will even work out after my first experience.

Ugh--- I really really wanted to love this, as I love this company and their coloring service. But it just made my hair feel really really rough-- like straw, even after a deep conditioning mask. Additionally, I just didn't notice much color payoff if any, which would've made up for some of the texture issues I experienced with this. I guess I would just be hesitant if your hair is fine and prone to tangles and damage.

I wish this worked differently. It doesn't give superior results to a neutralizing shampoo, even though the leave-in time is 2-3 minutes.

Does something but not enough

I lightened my hair from brunette to caramel but was seeing some brassy warm undertones. This product does take out a bit of the brassiness/redness but it is subtle and makes the lighter caramel highlights a bit greenish in certain lighting. It does not add any shine and does dry out my hair a bit. It works a bit more effectively when I mix it with purple shampoo from a different brand. Maybe the red neutralizer would be better for light brown hair than this soft red neutralizer.

Color is splotchy at best-- even when carefully applied. I looked ridiculous every time I used it.

I was all pumped to try this and then when I did wasn't as impressed as I expected to be. It does tone out a bit of the red but definetly not over 50% for me. Maybe I need to try the one meant for darker brown.

Too coppery for me

I wanted to maintain the color I first used which was Demi permanent. This was too coopery and even appeared pinkish in the outside light. I won't use this again. I called for assistance and Courtney said she would send me one with more gold tones.
