Feels rich and doesn't dry out my roots. I have naturally oily skin/scalp. I have to make sure not to overdry my scalp so it doesn't over produce oil. I believe this shampoo has a good balance. Can't wait to try out the shampoo/conditioner for volume in my next shipment!

I recieved my order a few days ago, I've not used the hair dye yet, as I had already done my roots, but I tried the shampoo, absolutely brill, hair felt lovely, would definatly re-order loved it.
This is great for color treated hair. It cleans my hair, leaves it feeling soft the hair, but does not strip the color from my hair. Will continue to use this product.

I have always liked the conditioner that is put in with coloring. Finally a company that sells the same conditioner they include with the hair coloring when purchased. Great shine, softness, and manageability. Love these products
Have you ever wished after coloring your hair you had more of that great conditioner they send in the box. Well here it is. This stuff is the bomb. I have thin hair and this makes my hair feel light and wispy. I love it. So soft to the touch
You can't buy a great conditioner like this anywhere else!! It smells wonderful, and makes your hair feel soft, and clean, and shiny. You will want to play with your hair all day.
Really nice shampoo - suds up great, smells good without being too perfumed. Makes your hair look and feel good.
The pump is interesting. I thought it was too small, however, after using it a while - it's spot on. You don't need much and the pump makes it easy to not waste any product. Really nice results. I'd recommend to anyone.
I just purchased this and using this for the first time made me giggle. I felt so lucky to have found a shampoo that makes my hair feel so perfect.! Follow up with the Heart lock it conditioner and you will never go back to any other brand of hair shampoo and conditioner.

I love it. Love how it makes my hair feel. I ordered extra. Next time i will order something that will give my hair volume. This does not give u volume. But i still like it.
I love this shampoo! I heard about esalon from a friend and didn't hold much hope that it would be fantastic, especially considering the great price, but it's amazing! Since then, I've referred a dozen friends who all agree, it's great! Formerly, I was using Kerastase products, but this is superior to even the high priced shampoos. Color safe is a must for me!

This is by far the best shampoo and conditioner made for color treated hair. It softens the hair after coloring and the conditioner keeps hair soft and shiny. I love this product.
You cannot stop at just one. I would not even consider going to a Salon to color my hair, and I have not for many months. This is the best hair color and quality, and it lasts so long that I had to change my frequency today from five weeks to six weeks. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!
