I've tried many, many yellow neutralizing products. I love the toner that comes with the esalon highlight kit. I wish you sold that separately. This shampoo gives me beautiful color. I have very white roots and I believe this shampoo helps them blend with my medium blonde color. Leaving it on for 5 minutes worries me with drying my hair, but I only use it once per week hoping that will help to not be too drying.

Great shampoo! I've only used twice now, however, I can already see a big improvement on the reddish tint my hair had taken on from our hard water. I am a total fan, also interested in trying out the Good Bye Orange that is made by the same company! Hopefully E Salon will be selling this soon as well. I'm a lifelong customer to both E Salon and Schwarzkopf Professional! Super easy to use, pleasant fragrance with quick result times. If anyone is dealing with reddish tinted hair 'not by choice'... give this a try, you'll be happy you did, it's a keeper for sure.

Out of my hair. ..
now when I shampoo. I mix a Littke warm golden with it & leave in a few .. & it really brings out the highlights of light blonde

This product has a very unpleasant smell which doesn’t go away with another rinse. I have no idea about its effectiveness since I tried to get it off my head as soon as I could. I will not be purchasing this again.

I ended up being allergic to this product. So def do the skin test before applying to hair as it says in the directions!

For my particular problem, where my roots are turning brassy but the rest is not, the shampoo made the bottom of my hair less yellow. But the roots were the same brassy color despite several washings.
