Good product, but not for me

I think this leave-in conditioner is a good product, but it just wasn't something I wanted to continue using. I think most leave-in products tend to make my hair feel like it needs to be washed. It becomes a little sticky feeling and looks like I have a problem with oily hair, which I don't. So, it's not the best product for my hair. But I'm sure it might work great for others.

I liked how it worked through my hair, and I liked how my hair felt afterward. Hard to say what it's doing over the long term, but in the short term, my hair felt really silky.

I really wanted this product to be more moisturizing. I have quite weak hair and I get flyaways. I hoped this product would provide more relief and add moisture to my dry hair. Maybe smooth the flyaways unfortunately it did not.

Der Duft der Pflege ist wunderbar. Auch ist sie wirklich leicht und beschwert das Haar nicht. Leider lassen sich meine Haare nach dem Waschen nicht wirklich gut durchkämmen.
Ich habe feines, glattes Haar und hatte gehofft, dass durch diese leichte Pflege mein Haar nicht so schnell fettig wird wie bei anderen Produkten, was auch tatsächlich so ist, aber, wie gesagt, leider lässt es sich nicht gut durchkämmen.

After putting this in my hair, it felt like I had added nothing. The consistency is very thin, and not like any other leave-in conditioner I've used. I would not recommend this and I will not be using the rest of the product.

This product came in and I was so excited to see my thick curly hair tamed. JOKE! THE product was watery and when I put some on my hand I lost a good portion of it. I had to use SO much of it to get my brush through my hair. My hair is barely shoulder length. The tube lasted 1 freakin week and cost me $22. I will NEVER buy from Esalon again. So disappointed. Shame on you.

I really wanted to like this leave in, in hopes of picking up all my hair needs in one place. I love leave in conditioners, but this one I just was not a fan of. Too watery and I just felt it didn't do anything. If anything I felt my hair was dry and brittle after.

Well I'll have to revisit but you know not everything works for everyone! I would say of all the products I'll have to focus and hone in on this one further. But erythang else....game changing! I also have curly have so maybe the sleek effect would work better with a hair type trying to achieve that look. Xo.

I received the trial size of Perfect Ending in my Ipsy bag a while back. I finally decided to try it and it was the best product I have ever used, EVER! I went online to buy the full size and was lead to the Universal Leave-In, which I assume replaced Perfect Ending. It seems the formula is different. I like this product, but it is no where near as amazing as it was before.

I have curly hair (3B curl type). This Universal leave-in was ineffective for my hair. It made my hair frizzy, gave zero hold, and my hair tangled within 1 day. Do not advise purchasing for 3B curls.

I’ve tried this a few times since receiving it. I used a little at first, and increased each time to see if it made a difference. Once my hair dried, it was frizzy and very dry after each use. Definitely not a good product for me. The smell is nice.

I didn't find this product to be especially detangling or de-frizzing. I found just as much as not more frizz, and no impact on detangling. Maybe some light hydration without weighing the hair down, and the scent is decent, but it doesn't do enough to keep using over other products.

This left my fine straight hair with more static and actually tangled my hair. My scalp has become itchy as well, which is probably a sign that I'm allergic to something. I would not buy this again. It's awful for my hair type.

Let me first say I do love 95% of esalon products. However, this product left the ends of my hair looking and feeling dry. It didn't feel or look like I had added any products to my hair. My ends are very dry, so I need more of an oil-based product for deep conditioning and shine. This product is probably good for most hair types, but if your is on the drier side, you may need something heavier. In the end, it wasn't a got for my hair type. I didn't realize their hundred percent satisfaction guarantee, or I would have returned it and tried a different product. Oh well, next time, I will pay closer attention to their policies and procedures for product returns. My thoughts take them for what they are.

Watered down product & no credit as they said they would give.

This used to be a good product but now they have watered it down to an absolute horrible product. I contacted customer service and told them I would return the product for a credit and they told me to not return the product and they would just credit me the product. Result they never credited my account and just did nothing. I am trying now to cancel my subscription altogether, as I can't do business with shady people, but they give you no place to do that so now I have to contact the company again just to stop receiving products. This company really does not care about their customers and they do not honor their products & have poor customer service.

Didn't do much for me unfortunately

I was very excited to try this and when I got it and tried it for the first time on towel dried hair, I was surprisingly underwhelmed with the product. It just didn't feel like anything different to a normal drugstore conditioner that you rinse out.
I've used it again a couple times after that but still felt like I've not done anything different to my hair.
I won't be repurchasing.
