I wasn’t too fond of the copper tone but I guess I will get the blindfish tone as I lighten my hair.

Come on how can this product be out of stock week after week! Why can’t we order and it ships when it is in. Why do I have to continually go to the website to check whether I can order? It is summer, the perfect time for highlights and nothing!!!!

Not light enough for me

I followed the directions and watched tutorials online and the website but still did not get the desired results I wanted. I also feel that I’m doing the highlights I damaged my hair a bit. It’s been extremely dry and brittle, not sure if I should attribute it to the light set or using the color care shampoo and conditioner.

I never received my order

I never received my order even if they said it was on its way. We exchanged many email on the subject and each time they said it was with the shipping company but one time one of the staff told me he was going to ship another one to me immediately and then realized the color was back order and couldn't send a new set to me. I wonder if it was the case all along since according to the shipping record, no tracking for the item left with the shipping company.

I have dark, fine, and naturally curly hair. The light set lightened way more than I wanted in a 30 minute processing time frame. Instead of 2-3 shades lighter, I had lots of blond on my highlighted portions and although it looked good I didn't want such a large contrast. My colorist Tamara did a fantastic job on helping me tone it down to what I wanted.

This was so easy to apply and had excellent instructions, i also watched the video to help too. I was worried the colour might come out blocky or streaky, but it didnt, gave a lovely tone to my hair.
