I like this product, it has no smell and a little goes a long way. I wish you would get more product and you need the conditioner, cause it lets the hair feelings a little on the unmanageable side after you shampooed

I love this conditioner because it does condition without weight to my fine hair but, I do have to use a good amount of it each wash. That's the only downfall is I use too much and it runs out too fast.

Like the moisture and how it rinses and leaves my hair soft ready for product but not heavy or greasy. It does not take much conditioner to cover shoulder length curly hair.

Really great conditioner for my hair, but I only used it every other time because it can cause my hair to be greasy after the second day. Otherwise I like the smell or low key smell and the way my hair feels!

Although I like the product, I find that the pump is rather persnickety...I must place the bottle on a firm surface (and hold it there) in order to pump out the product with my other hand. Hmmmmm...this is awkward and may very well lead to my using too much of the product at a time.

This shampoo is not fragrant, but that is the only negative thing I can say. It's smooth, gentle and really does moisturize your hair. Paired with the conditioner it is better than Redkin products.

The first bottle i received i couldn't get the pump to open,and ask for a pump instead they sent me a new bottle of conditioner. Now that i have used it i love it, my hair is so manageable. Definitely recommend it.i tried to give five stars but they wouldn't turn red.

Der Geruch ist toll, das Shampoo schäumt ordentlich, lässt sich gut auswaschen und ich mag die Konsistenz - Leider ist es nicht das richtige Shampoo für mich, da zu intensiv ... meine Haare wurden nach der Anwendung platt und irgendwie ölig = nur deshalb mein Punkteabzug.

I like the conditioner it does really moisturise but it is heavy on my hair and using the shampoo and conditioner together leaves me with greasy hair within 24hrs. Not so keen on fragrance.

I bought this not because I have dry hair but to help moisturise my waves and curls. It didn't really give me anything better than a normal everyday shampoo and conditioner gives me. There's no smell to it either.
I found I had to use a fair bit of shampoo on the first of two shampoos.
It's not a terrible product, but I won't be purchasing it again.

I found that the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling kinda rough. It wasn't soft at all. It also had no real smell, which doesn't matter that much but it is nice when your hair is soft and smells nice. Overall, I wouldn't buy it again. It was kind of pricey and didn't seem worth it

I bought this last year and haven’t got around to reviewing it until now. I wanted to review it to give my opinion after using it. This just didn’t work out for me I love the smell of the classic shampoo but this didn’t have a nice smell at all. This is supposed to add moisture but my hair felt dryer than before I used it. I’m won’t be ordering this again it’s still full sitting on a shelf. I’ll just try using another formula but so far the classic is the best I’ve tried so fat.

Ich hatte schon den Eindruck, dass zumindest der Conditioner gut Feuchtigkeit spendet. Das Shampoo tut auch was es soll; allerdings brauche ich eine stattliche Menge bis es richtig schäumt, was bei dem Preis nicht gerade toll ist.
Den Geruch von Shampoo und Conditioner finde ich auch nicht überragend.
Insgesamt würde ich eher einfach normale Produkte im Supermarkt kaufen und dabei ein wenig auf die Inhaltsstoffe achten - da kann man auch direkt schauen, ob es gut riecht.

The shampoo & moisturizer are ok. I usually use the Color Care in the pink bottles. Thought I’d try this. I’ll use it up but prefer my Color Care. I don’t find the Moisture set to be as wonderful. My hair feels like wire. The bottles are horrible. I have arthritis in my hands and these bottles are too rigid. Very difficult to squeeze out product. I can’t imagine why eSalon changed out the packaging. The previous bottles were much more user friendly.
Update: Jovanna, my concern was not resolved by your ‘expert’. But I’m sure she didn’t tell you that. She told me to go buy bottles that are more user friendly. Really. That’s what your ‘expert’ said. I’m going to a salon now for my hair coloring.

I really like the way the shampoo feels while actually in the shower and the conditioner is lovely. However, I find that it leaves my hair pretty greasy after just a day.

This shampoo and conditioner is terrible. I will be returning this. The shampoo leaves a heavy silicone coating on your hair that doesn’t rinse out. My hair was left feeling heavy and greasy and needed washing the day after. Absolutely awful and cheap!

I know this is supposed to be moisturizing, but the conditioner feels waxy when I rinse it out. It coats the hair with a waxy coating. I do like the classic set, though I'm not sure about the price.

I have wavy hair with a lot of body and it has felt dry. I have previously used a different brand hydrating shampoo and conditioner and was pleased with the outcome but thought I would try eSalon’s Moisture Shampoo and Conditioning Duo as it promotes bringing moisture back to one’s hair and is half the price of the brand that I’ve been using. Unfortunately, It leaves my hair flat with little body or wave and my hair doesn’t feel less dry. I’m disappointed with both products.

Needs New Packaging

I have been a long-time subscriber for hair color. I purchased the duo of moisture shampoo/conditioner. The shampoo was drying for me. Left me with a straw texture. I did like the conditioner but not the bottle. It is almost impossible to get the product out while in the shower due to the thickness. It needs to have a pump or tube that can be dispensed more easily and also be recyclable. I am certain that older clients will have difficulty using this product because of the bottle design especially if they have arthritis in their hands though I do not. Please change the design of your bottles and increase the amount of ounces for this price.

I dont think this product is any better than Garnier, which O am going back too. Alot cheaper and better product. I like the ingredients in Garnier better, it doesn't make my hair feel like it needs to be washed daily

I like these products however I prefer the conditioner over the shampoo. The shampoo is too soapy and I don't notice a difference in moisture between this shampoo and others on the market. The conditioner is just right.

I've ordered different ones. None smell good or work with my hair.
Instead of making my hair better it leaves a sticky feeling on scalp and just dry at the ends.
I do love the smell of samples they put with my order. The sample left my hair very light, fluffy and clean. An absolute wonderful feel.

I have been a long time user of esalon products and I ordered and tried this for the first time on saturday. After coloring, washing and drying my long hair it looked like straw. Even applying shining armor to it didn't help much. I used my hot rollers on it as I always do once a week after washing etc and 15 minutes after removing the rollers it now looks limp and lank, something my hair never does. I am trying to return this product.

A little disappointed with this product. Previously have used classic shampoo and conditioner and feel the moisture shampoo and conditioner is leaving my hair a little lank. However I'll definitely go back to the classic range on my next order.

Old packaging formula was effective in our hair but the new packaging formula keeps our hair heavy weighted after washing and feels dry

I really liked the other shampoo and conditioner that I purchased before, since it was no longer available I tried this one. It leaves my hair feeling slimy, like I need a shampoo... even though I JUST washed and dried it. How frustrating. I've tried washing twice, using less conditioner, only conditioning the ends, rinsing twice ... you name it..

Not so moisturing.

I used this combo for a few months but in all honesty I didn't feel that my hair was that moisturised what so ever.
I am rather disappointed with the shampoos/conditions so far and left to wonder for the £24 I am spending that that money is better worth buying elsewhere!
My hair is long, dark and growing for cancer wig charity.
So I have tried to be good and not use straighteners or a hairdryer. Cut back on the swimming and sauna or put conditioner on before going in.
I think the problem is the conditioner is not enough.
I imagine this is fine for a lot of people.

Sadly, my crazy hair didn't love this. My hair is a mix of corse fine curls and it is very difficult to find products that work with it! It's not for me, but imagine it would be fantastic for other hair types not so challenged.

It looks like someone printed the labels from a home printer and slapped them on. These products are not what they make them out to be. I couldn't even get a comb thru my hair after using the conditioner.
