I love my products but last shipment my invisible dry cleanser leaked out of the bottle in delivery and was practically empty when I received it!! Could I get another one? The products are fantastic so far!

I love your dry shampoo but I have gotten defective on occasion. There seems to be a problem with it loosing its pressure. Not sure. However being a connoisseur of dry shampoos this is my favorite.

My daughter said she felt her hair seems oily even after washing. The next day I sprayed her hair and she can tell the difference. She is only 12 years old. She would tell me if it doesn't work or she hated it. She is a big critique on beauty products.

I've only used this one time. I want to try it again, because I'm not sure I used it right. I wish that the instructions were a little better. Having short, thick, hair, I wasn't really how much I should spray on. I did follow the instructions, but my hair looked whitish.

The dry shampoo works well...honestly don’t know if it is any “better” than others out there but it definitely isn’t worse. If I add this to my recurring plan then I get the free shipping, so I just get my dry shampoo through them and save the $5.95 shipping.

This is a new product and I was happy to see it. The spray goes on clear but left a white fuzzy coating on my brush. It did a great job refreshing my hair but did not last past the first day. I have tried other dry shampoos that left my hair feeling dirty and this one does not. All in all I was satisfied with this dry shampoo for a quick touch up.

I didn't give it 5 stars because I've never used a dry shampoo before, thus I don't have any experience to compare. However, this dry spray really helps absorb the oil from my very oily scalp and gives my hair some lift at the roots.

This product is great for in between shampoos and especially for travel. My bangs get a bit oily before the rest of my hair needs washing. So this works great for a quick spritz on my bangs. I do wish it came unscented. It's too perfumey for me.

I like that this dry shampoo doesn't make my hair feel like straw, but it is very white and takes a lot to rub it in. It also has a very wide spray so leaves a cloud in the room. I wish they would make one with color tint as well.
It's better then others that I have used and will probably keep using it.

Elle Bangs on YouTube recommended this product and it is great. Actually kept my hair clean after using it for two days. Does leave a white cast on my brown hair, but it rubs in easily.

Near the end of the bottle it started to look powdery on my hair, but I just had to rub the spot to get rid of it. Great for those days I don't have time to shower cuz I needed the extra sleep!

I was initially turned off by the white residue that this dry shampoo left me, even when I shook the product beforehand, (I have black hair, FYI) but I continued to give it a shot. I think it's a good product. My hair has been able to go longer days without a wash, and the smell of the dry shampoo isn't too strong, but I'm not sure that I'll continue to order it because it's costly and I'll have to continue paying for shipping. Maybe I'll buy in bulk. I'm not sure.

I don’t know if I just got a bad can, but the third time I tried to use this, the spray nozzle stopped working. I tried cleaning it, to no avail. I liked the product when I could use it. Disappointed there’s no way to use the over half a can of product that still remains.

I've followed the directions to the letter and my hair came out looking and feeling dirtier than before I started. I repeated the process like it said I might have to do and ended up washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner anyway.
I looked at this product as a time saver. It ended up costing me more time because I had to start over with real shampoo. I won't waste my money on this product again. I've used other brands of dry shampoo in the past and they all work fine. I'm not sure what the problem is with this brand.

I used it one time and I liked it for the most part. It did not show a white residue, although I’m not crazy about aerosol or the smell. However, the reason for the low rating is that after one use, it stopped spraying. When I shake the bottle, there is hardly any liquid in it. I don’t know if that is normal and the nozzle just isn’t working or if I was given a used bottle. Either way, I got a dud and it has been difficult trying to figure out how to get a replacement or refund. I don’t like having to jump through hoops over a retailer’s mistake.

I have oily flat hair and with three young kids, I can't always shower as often as I'd like. I buy this stuff to help with my in-between shower days. I gave this three stars because it doesn't work wonders, but does well enough. I feel as though my hair may be more heavy on the oils and I probably need more heavy duty stuff.

I love how my hair feels refreshed and full of volume after use, but it can leave the dreaded white cast. So be sure to comb through or rub out your hair at the roots to avoid it. It can leave hair looking a bit drab too, comparable to hairspray left in the hair.

Unfortunately, the bottle felt super empty when received. I applied it to my hair twice and hardly anything came out the third time I tried to used it, I have short hair so I wasn't applying very much either. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the sprayer but I tried to fix it and still nothing was coming out. I liked it the two times it worked but does not seem long lasting or I just got a defected bottle.

I used product as directed and shook bottle as directed. Worked great with first use, but product did not spray out on second use. I have only used a little on my bangs. Thought maybe it was a problem with this specific bottle. Just opened the second bottle I received, used it once on my bangs and with second use had the exact same issue. Very disappointed that I had one use out of each bottle!

I was pleased with the product with the first usage. However, when I attempted to use the dry cleanser shampoo several days later, it came out in a few large spits of drops - not the fine mist that was expected. Thinking the nozzle might be clogged, I rinsed it under warm water. Still no mist. Removed the nozzle cap and washed it out with warm water. Nothing. This time, there was no spray nor drops coming out. I guess there may have been no more pressure in the container. Way too much money spent for just a one-time use. Going to request a refund. By sending me a complementary container I will try this product (and the container) again and will hopefully revise my review. Please consider this offer; otherwise, I will not purchase this product again and this review stays posted as is.

The can was almost empty when I received it. The can didn't work correctly either. It spattered white spots all over me & my blouse. I cancelled my auto- delivery due to these issues. Too expensive to be doing this & not being completely full upon receipt!

I bought this twice because I liked the idea of having it in a pinch. The first bottle was empty when I went to use it but I just figured it was bad luck and I’d received a faulty bottle. I ordered it again because darn it, it sounds like a useful tool. But Again, the bottle sounds full but nothing comes out.

Issues with the can

The can came nearly empty, and it looked like it simply evaporated or leaked during transportation. The bit that's left doesn't come out. The content (without can) is supposed to weigh 113g - but my entire can (including remaining content) only weighs 56g! I'll be requesting a refund. It might work well if you actually get to try it.

I think the product worked well but the can is practically empty after only 3 uses and I have thin hair! Not very economical! Also the spray nozzle stopped working! Just spoke to a rep about it and she did not offer a replacement or a credit. I would actually like to purchase it again or get a bigger can but it probably will happen again and I don't want to chance it.

The first couple times I used it, it worked well, product had a nice clean smell. I have since used it maybe 3 times. The nozzle was clogged up, I rinsed it out and tried it again, it came out in big droplets, all over the floor, my blouse, my shoes! Then it quit working. there is still product in the can but, I don't even want to try it again, it made a huge mess. I only use a small amount and I only used it 5 or 6 times. Defective item.

The quality of this product was not worth my time. The spray was like hairspray, and didn't last more than a couple of uses. The product didn't seem to even do more than take the shine out of my hair. Didn't work.

The dry shampoo I received worked well one time. Then the aerosol can continued to empty itself while it was sitting in the shelf. When attempting to use it the second time the entire can had emptied itself. It was not visible when it was happening. Poor product dispenser.

2 stars for not having a white residue. It is invisible on dark hair but the formula didn’t absorb the oils very well in my hair. I could only go one day between washes compared to others, I could go 2-3 days.

Purchased twice - both times the can has basically evaporated after one or two uses. I loved how it enhanced my somewhat dirty hair for an extra day and how it made it smell, though.
