Ladies I was pleased with the conditioner it help the slow the breakage and the frizz. I just put the Colton about two weeks ago . Sorry for the late response
A lot of leave in conditioner is can tend to leave your hair Feeling way down and oily this conditioner doesn’t do that it’s just enough to make comb through is easy and not weigh the hair down

However i think this should be in greater amount with colour for at least 4 washes after colouring. Ive a lot of long hair... wasnt enough for me.

Now what? Have your employees slacked off? Or, Has the new packaging messed up the color effectiveness.. NOT HAPPY.
Has a nice smell and make hair feel good - the one star loss is, that its very thin and pours out of the bottle so quickly that it dispenses too much product at once.
This product is good for saving time. I prefer the wash-out conditioner as it does not leave a residue. This is not great for my hair. I need to stay clear of product residue as I suffer with dandruff. But, it did work well.
Product was a little stiff. More like styling gel. BUT my hair was indeed soft and my style lasted a few days without itching which usually happens with most every other companies' products ive used over the years. (I have thick curly hair and don't wash everyday).
I have 3a/b curls and only comb through my hair (with a wide tooth comb) after I wash it every other day. Even after a good conditioning in the shower, the knots are bad and painful. Just a small amount of this leave in conditioner (dime to nickel size), and I am no longer struggling with the knots! A little goes a long way as too much does make my hair feel a little greasy.
Needed to use more than a nickel size. Conditioner seems to feel a bit "watery" when I place in my hands and rub them together before putting it in my hair. Does leave my hair very smooth, manageable and soft.
I think this leave-in conditioner is a good product, but it just wasn't something I wanted to continue using. I think most leave-in products tend to make my hair feel like it needs to be washed. It becomes a little sticky feeling and looks like I have a problem with oily hair, which I don't. So, it's not the best product for my hair. But I'm sure it might work great for others.

I liked how it worked through my hair, and I liked how my hair felt afterward. Hard to say what it's doing over the long term, but in the short term, my hair felt really silky.

Help my hair to feel smoother when i dry it, the only thing that i have to be careful not to apply too much, cause it make my hair heavy and not look clean
I really wanted this product to be more moisturizing. I have quite weak hair and I get flyaways. I hoped this product would provide more relief and add moisture to my dry hair. Maybe smooth the flyaways unfortunately it did not.

My hair is thin and curly.This did absolutely nothing to help, In fact it made it more fizzy. Don't buy if your hair is thin a fizzy!

I have a mix of curly and wavy hair but mostly 3C. The product did not promote curl and left my hair feeling dry. If possible, I would like to return the unused product.

After putting this in my hair, it felt like I had added nothing. The consistency is very thin, and not like any other leave-in conditioner I've used. I would not recommend this and I will not be using the rest of the product.

This product came in and I was so excited to see my thick curly hair tamed. JOKE! THE product was watery and when I put some on my hand I lost a good portion of it. I had to use SO much of it to get my brush through my hair. My hair is barely shoulder length. The tube lasted 1 freakin week and cost me $22. I will NEVER buy from Esalon again. So disappointed. Shame on you.

This product is just okay to me. I don't notice a difference from my store bought brand and this product. Glad I tried it, but I will be dropping this from my kit.

I really wanted to like this leave in, in hopes of picking up all my hair needs in one place. I love leave in conditioners, but this one I just was not a fan of. Too watery and I just felt it didn't do anything. If anything I felt my hair was dry and brittle after.

Well I'll have to revisit but you know not everything works for everyone! I would say of all the products I'll have to focus and hone in on this one further. But erythang else....game changing! I put the leave on conditioner on my hand and mixed it a little on my hand, then put it on my hair. For some reason It left dry white leave on conditioner on my hair and on the floor.

I received the trial size of Perfect Ending in my Ipsy bag a while back. I finally decided to try it and it was the best product I have ever used, EVER! I went online to buy the full size and was lead to the Universal Leave-In, which I assume replaced Perfect Ending. It seems the formula is different. I like this product, but it is no where near as amazing as it was before.

I have curly hair (3B curl type). This Universal leave-in was ineffective for my hair. It made my hair frizzy, gave zero hold, and my hair tangled within 1 day. Do not advise purchasing for 3B curls.
