This product is so hydrating and leaves my hair feeling silky and soft! This speaks volumes as my hair is coarse, dry, and often often over processed! It does the work of a mask but is marketed as a conditioner, a steal--for certain!!!
Just like the shampoo the smell is wonderful. I love the weightless smooth feeling it leaves my hair with. I can leave it to dry naturally and let my tassels go or blow it out and no frizz.
These are PERFECT! Not heavy. Perfect amount. Don't leave my hair smelling like "I just colored it". More often than I'de like to admit, I've colored my hair right before going to work in the morning. With other Conditioner Packets that come with hair coloring, everyone knows by the smell that you just colored your hair. With my eSalon, no one is the wiser! LOVE IT!!
I need two sachets for the length of my hair I leave it on for 5-10 minutes after the colour treatment and wash, I like the texture and it rinses out easily. Went for hair cut after treatment my very experienced hair dresser was very impressed with the colour and condition of my hair, first time in 10 years.
I look forward always to use this product on my hair. I am so glad it comes with the kit but I also order extras to use between coloring. I love the texture of it, the smell, and the results I get. Would recommend it.
I don't use conditioner all the time but when I do I really like this one. It does not flatten my hair as some conditioners do. It is also great that it comes in a small packet as it would take me year to go through a bottle of it.
This product sits nicely beside it's sister shampoo. Not too greasy or dry. I am over 70 and it leaves my hair feeling soft
and shines like a dollar. Even my stylist comments on the condition of my hair & my husband notices the improvement
since I started using last year. Sometimes I use the upside down treatment & condition first, rinse then shampoo as normal.
This always leaves my hair nice & glossy. I recommend you try for yourself.
I'm 66-years old and have very long hair that I've been coloring since I was in my 20's. This is the best conditioner I have ever found for my course hair. It smooths and untangles in just a minute or two.

Works well after coloring.....soft and has a nice scent......
I needed extra conditioner after colouring my hair as 1 wasn't enough for my length of hair. It left my hair softer after the colour and easier to comb my hair after washing

I have used many high end conditioners and this ranks as one of my best. But priced less than what I normally pay for on my conditioners. It leaves my hair silky soft without a greasy residue. I purchased the bottle so I will always have this on hand.
We travel so much. Sometimes for a month or two. Being limited to baggage weight it is nice to be able to use the packet. One packet per use and then you throw away the packet. This is perfect for people who travel.

I love the shampoo and condition.... however.... the packaging has changed and I think eSalon should resume the previous style:

It was SO much easier to know if I was grabbing the shampoo or the conditioner (I don't have a light inside the shower stall!). And the new packaging seems smaller (Is it?)
I've been a customer for many years and have recommended eSalon to many women. Thanks eSalon!

I've bought samples because the bottles of shampoos and conditioners were too pricey for a product I didn't know the quality of, but based on the samples I've used, it is a good conditioner. I wish it made my color last longer, which it didn't.
My hair extends down to the middle of my back. I ordered extra packets just in case and I used 3 packets to cover the entire length. For 50 cents a packet it is better to have more than you need rather than less.
I have long hair and l ok be finishing off my color with this conditioner. It makes my hair feel like silk but with volume. My only concern is that I have to purchase 2 additional packets and probably could use another due to my hair length.
I have no complaints of this sample. It left my hair soft and smelling delicious the only reason I will not purchase this in full size is that I do not use Shampoos and conditioners that have sulfates, parabens and silicones I try to stay away from these items as I notice hair loss when I use brands with these items in them!!
