She shampoo was somewhat drying and the pump did not work after endless efforts to make it do so.

Hated this shampoo. It just didn't work well, seemed almost watered down. Didn't matter how much I used, just did work right. Seemed to have no conditioning to it. I couldn't get my fingers through my hair while washing it, so tangled.

I did like this shampoo the only thing I didn't like was that there seemed to be no lather to it. Unless you use ALOT of product. Which any consumer doesn't really want. I would have to use about 6 or 7 pumps in order to get some bubbles happening.

While this shampoo may not lather as much as many shampoos that you may be used to it cleanses just as fine. Additionally, because it's sulfate free, it's designed to wash the hair without removing the color as quickly as a normal shampoo.

The shampoo is ok but it does not feel like Salon formula shampoo and I don't feel that it moisturizes and rebuilds my hair as it claims. I will not order this product again.

As per my shampoo comment this does not feel like Salon formula conditioner. I've had way better moisturizing repair and conditioning from other products. I will not buy this product again.

This did not repair my hair, It dried it out. It took me 2 weeks to get my hair in better condition and hydration after I stopped this shampoo.

The pump doesn't work. Had this problem with a previous purchase of a shampoo. The product works well though.

To unlock the pump, turn the silver ring clockwise until it is secured tightly, then twist the head of the pump counter-clockwise for a quarter turn. If you have already done this and the pump is not working, please contact us and we’ll gladly send a replacement to you.

Bonjour shampooing qui laisse les cheveux doux et souples. Pas besoin d'en mettre beaucoup. Pour l'après-shampooing aide à démêler les cheveux l'odeur est agréable.
Das Shampoo sowie auch der Conditioner riechen beide sehr gut, vor allem das Shampoo lässt sich wunderbar in das Haar einarbeiten welches später sehr gut kämmbar ist und gut fällt. Das Haar ist voller Kraft und trotzdem geschmeidig
Je désespérais de trouver un shampoing qui me corresponde et miracle celui ci est une vraie merveille. Mes cheveux sont doux, brillants, souples et faciles à coiffer.

Le shampoing a une texture et une odeur agréable . Le pouvoir moussant est top pour moi . L'odeur reste un petit moment sur les cheveux ,cela me plaît car je travaille dans un environnement qui laisse une odeur de "mécanique" sur les cheveux . L'après shampoing est satisfaisant également .

Hält was es verspricht, werd ich bestimmt nochmal bestellen
Premier essai du combo shampoing et conditionner: dès la première utilisation, les cheveux sont plus doux, brillants et les reflets de la coloration sont soulignés. Le parfum est fruité, la mousse du shampoing est agréable. Les cheveux ne semblent pas regraisser plus vite depuis que je l’utilise. Je recommande!
