I do occasionally use store bought color but have never used better color before. Best color out there. I find a way to order whenever I can because even though I am on disability and have to watch every penny. I still buy from ESalon.
I hate to put it this way but this product cld very well be why I've used eSalon for over a year lol! This handy towelette puts the work in, gently & smells fab!
No one is perfect in applying hair color and sometimes you do get a drop or rub, in the wrong places.

They get the stains out of your skin like nothing else I've ever used. Works exactly as the name describes.
Removes hair color stains and right now. I have these wipes available, every time I get the color bottles out.

I am not a professional beautician, so I am a bit messy, and this product is great for removing any color I get on my ears, forehead, etc. I get this product everytime I get my color, would not attempt it without it.
These wipes clean up any oops from hair coloring. No skin staining, and with my short hair there is a lot of skin that gets color and needs clean up when I'm finished.
I like the ease of use of the stain remover and the odor is pleasant. I have a hard time getting it to remove all of the dark stain on my skin. The residual that it doesn't remove takes several days of showering and face washing to be totally gone.
Luann - We apologize that you were not fully able to remove the color residue from your skin. We recommend that prior to coloring, you moisturize your skin apply our Stain Guard to your ears, the back of your neck, and on your forehead just beneath the hairline. After coloring, you should notice it is easier to remove even dark color from your skin using the Stain Remover Wipes. We hope this information is helpful.

I needed these when I first started coloring. I am much better at it now; I don't use as many. :-)
While dying my own hair I keep the stain remover wipe at the ready.

Always work, no matter how long color has been on my skin!
I am so messy I get the color everywhere and this stain remover takes it off with one swipe on my skin and sink I even order extra pks it's so affordable
How many times have we all gotten color on our forehead or ear and had to go to work with that funky spot for all the world to see. You can put makeup over it, but you can't really hide it, not for that first day. It fades pretty quickly, but now all the women know that you color your own hair ... lol :) These prevent that little fiasco, they rub that stain right off your forehead and again, they give you one in your kit, but I get extras ... just in case. I also set out half of my color so I can touch up my roots in between colors, so I have some of these on hand ... just in case.
I ordered lots of these. Before eSalon Hair Color I'd buy store kind Well my ears ,and forever head always stained.
Couldn't get it off no matter what. My ears had dye on them for a while. Stain wipes it off clean. I Love Them!
Even the ones you find later on! And not just on you! I looked in bathroom the afternoon after Imhad used the hair salon treatment coloring system! Yikes! I had some places where during rinsing my long hair, the color had splashed in a few lines on my towel closet door and wall against my shower! What to do? WHAT TO DO? I rechecked for the towelettes I had used for myself and will always keep them afterwards instead of immediately tossing themWhy, you ask? Because not only did it do a wonderful job back neckline and behind ears and forehead( I had a few splashes on my l. Shoulder too) it removed ALL REMAINONG SPOTS OR COLOR SPLASH IN ROOM AND ON ME, THEYRE TERRIFIC AND YOU ALL SHOULD GET A STOCK PF THEM! That way you will never runout!

Kristin - We're sorry to hear you had problems with our Stain Removing Wipe. For best results, we do recommend you use the wipe throughout the coloring process as soon as the dye gets on your skin. There is nothing else that could remove the color stains.
I've never used stain remover wipes before. I'm usually quite good at not getting my face, neck and ears too caked up in colour. Wanted to try them to wipe around my ears mainly.

These things are great for removing dye from skin. The only downside is they are very small and get used up very quickly.

I used the skin protector around my hairline but did manage to get some hair dye on my arm and the stain remover wiped it away really quickly and easily.
I really like these wipes to remove stains. They work well. I am not so happy about the soapy residue left on my face, however. Still, I would recommend this product & I continue to purchase it monthly.
I didn't even know these existed. I have sun spots near my hairline and with regular box color, they darken when I color my hair. Not anymore with these great wipes.
No matter how careful I am when coloring I always need a few of these babies to clean up the stains I have all over my face, neck and ears. Wish they didn’t dry up as fast as they do.
These are great. I’m messsy but these will still take off that color on your skin. I wait until I have applied it all because my hair color gets darker as the time goes.
These stain removers are excellent, especially for clumsy people like me! It would be great if there were at least a couple in each kit - one is never enough.
