Wipes the color right off the skin like an eraser! Just wish the kit included two wipes rather than one. But the purchase price for them individually is fair so that works too
Love this product but wish it took the color under my hair on my face a little better. It does a great job for the most part without taking the color out of my hair. I love your products!
Honestly you can buy a cheap bottle of conditioner and put it around your face, back of your neck etc.. which then allows not any of the color to stick. Use an old white wash cloth and wipe up after you finish coloring. An entire bottle costs $4.99 and does a few years worth of blocking which is more than you get in with your hair color box as your color guard plus a small wipe of stain remover, and you can wash the wash cloth saving our trash piles from stuff like this that poisons the ground

Makes clean up time easier. But then I rarely get it on me. When I do, I just use soap & water. My daughter & grand daughter have used the stain wipes.

I used this product after my base dye and it took some of it off but not all of it. I think it needed to be slightly stronger. The dye residue is still on my skin slightly but it’s fading away.

It doesnt remove the whole stain from your skin, but it does diminish it, its helpful when you dont want a hair color stain to ruin your day!

Did you all recently change the formula for your wipes? They do't work as well as the old ones. I had one order that had a previous packaging wipe and then these new ones, and the one in the old packaging worked significantly better than the new.

It’s quite a big change, and like all changes, it may take some getting used to. We hope that with time, you’ll love it as much as we do! These wipes will remove most of the color, but I find that sometimes I have to also use nail polish remover to remove the rest of color on my hairline.

I ordered extra stain blocker and an extra stain remover in my last order and they were not in the box when it arrived. In fact there was no stain blocker in kit at all

Maybe if it were more of a liquid or gel that could be applied and left on for the 30 seconds the directions say, it would work better. It helps a little, but not great. Kind of it's a better than nothing situation

Have to rub really hard and still don't remove dark colour
Kate - We apologize for any difficulty you are experiencing fully removing color from your skin; the application process can sometimes get a little messy! We recommend moisturizing your skin prior to application and using our Stain Guard. This will make it easier to remove any dye with the Stain Remover Wipes after coloring.
