I sent a previous email I have not heard back from. In my kit of color is a shampoo/conditioner to use after you’re done coloring, it’s labeled classic shampoo and classic cond. I love it, and ordered 2 bottles of each. When my order arrived I tried it & it is not the same shampoo, I was so incredibly disappointed. The shampoo in my kit is clear and this one is white and the scent is different. What can you do to get me what I really wanted?

I wanted to like these products.

The conditioner has no smell maybe it’s old and my shampoo smells like the scratch and sniff stickers from 20 years ago strawberry patch kids. Unfortunately I forgot to remove off the automatic so I have too many and will use to not waste. I like a nice smelling shampoo and conditioner and this unfortunately is not.

As this was the only choice available to me for shampoo/conditioner so that's what I got. I noticed that it's the same that is for after color treatment. It has next to no scent and the shampoo made my hard feel hard and dry. As expected with first wash alot of color came out. Conditioner wasn't anything to write home about as it was a major fail as well. Next to no scent as I like heavy scents for my hair. My hair ended up dry frizzy and looking like wire. Even if I used a bit as a leave in it did not help. So just to be fair I tried another day with no better results. I feel this just removed my color although it says color safe. My hair feels like I've been using a bar soap on it. Over all my hair did not smell clean looked dull and unmanageable. Embarrassing. I won't be using it anymore. Straight to the garbage. What a waste of money. I recommend staying far away from this one.

I purchased this based on a recommendation from a YouTube channel I like. It was expensive and nothing special. I don’t notice anything different with my hair. The shampoo smells nice. The conditioner smells bad. Would not buy again.

This shampoo is so watery compared to the shampoo by the same name that they send with the color. It's absolutely junk. I actually still have some from the first order. AND when you cancel the order, they miraculously have it turned back on and expect you to pay for it! So, eSalon, that is what is called a bad business decision. When you sell junk, you sometimes have to eat it.

So idk if it’s claiming to be the kind you get with the samples in your color box but it smells so good and it even looks like it but it is Definitely Not It. It doesn’t lather at all as a shampoo idc how much you use or don’t use. So I wanted to love it but it is the most disappointing compared to the travel packs that come in your hair color box. So I ordered the travel packs which are great but if you wanted enough to supply a shampoo bottle it would cost about 50 bucks. The conditioner is good but otherwise it’s a waste and I cannot understand how you make one product so well and then totally ditch the “shampoo” brand of the same item??

Genau wie die anderen eSalon Shampoos schäumt das Classic Color Care Shampoo wenig, weshalb ich für meine relativ langen Haare immer eine stattliche Menge brauche und das finde ich bei dem Preis nicht toll. Riechen tut es okay.

Both of these are heavy enough to drag my hair down and I have to wash it twice as much due to thickness of the shampoo and the heaviness of the conditioner. I have stopped using both of these.

I got myself this duo once by mistake and realised that it doesn't suite coloured hair at all... I am sure it is goes perfectly with natural hair, but it certainly doesn't with the dyed ones...

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It’s my absolute, all-time favorite. But I won’t be buying it again until the company corrects the packaging. These bottles are ridiculously difficult to squeeze. I was told by a Cust. Serv. rep that I should go buy other bottles and empty the product into the purchased bottles. Really? After paying $30 for shampoo/conditioner, in order to use it I need to go pay for bottles that are usable? Nope. Hopefully, they will let me know once they get better packaging. I have very bad arthritis in my hands. I’m sure I’m not the only dissatisfied customer.

Makes my hair feel very dry.My hair doesn’t feel clean, or I have to use a lot of product to get my fingers to run through my hair when massaging it in. I have medium to long, thick hair.

These are ok. The shampoo seems gentle. The conditioner is a good detangler for 3B type curls but not great. My color washed out after 5 washes & conditions. Maybe there is a brand that does not wash out color??

Don't really like shampoos and conditioners just for color treated hair because they're just not as good to me as the other products but occasionally I will use them it's okay I like the smell of it but the way it leaves my hair feeling not as great as the repair shampoo and conditioner like that one the best

I’m not very happy with this set, I have spent a lot less on shampoo and conditioner and had much better results. It doesn’t feel like it cleans my hair.

I didn’t like the shampoo at all. Used it 4x and went back to my old brand. It was as if the shampoo stripped my hair of any natural oil.
Conditioner was fine but I won’t buy either product again.

I would just like to draw attention to the small bottle size. I was surprised given the price at how little shampoo is included. So far by being conservative I have managed to make it last but I am not sure I will reorder.

It’s very similar to Dove for colored hair. The difference is after hair is dry, it has a bad smell. I won’t be using it and I wouldn’t buy again.

It's weird because I thought this was the same shampoo and conditioner that you get when you receive your Hair Coloring Kit but this conditioner leaves a funky smell and I work 12 hour days and thought it might be another product I use with it! So it is the conditioner because I used the shampoo by itself with the Cream CoWash and the Schwarzkopf Professional BC Bonacure Peptide Repair Rescue Treatment and didn't smell that funky smell but when I used the Conditioner again there it was! So I'm giving it away!

Didn’t work for me . I used the hair coloring kit and this made my hair stringing , I mean the kit fried my hair . Mind you I was going darker so it shouldn’t have !? Only lifting should right ? It this is a basic Recipe . Says classic on the label so my bad. I guess I just expected more deep conditioning

Sulfate is an ingredient that gives shampoo it's suds, but it can be drying and strip your hair of color. Shampoo smells good but gave me really bad dandruff. The conditioner is nearly impossible to get out without taking the cap completely off.

I wish the shampoo lathered more. I have to use a lot to get it to lather; and the conditioner, for me, makes the hair near my roots very oily. So I use the conditioner only near the middle to the ends and not on my scalp.

While the shampoo was great at preserving the colour and shine, I was very disappointed with the conditioner, which did absolutely nothing for the condition of my hair. Most conditioners leave the hair feeling soft and velvety, but this one did not. Hair was as knotty as if I hadn’t conditioned at all. Won’t use again, sadly.

The sample packs that they said with the hair colour seems to be better quality than the actual bottles themselves. The bottles are small and expensive and no better than a cheap drugstore brand found no difference

Both products made my hair feel lovely but I don’t think they are worth the £26 charged for the 2 bottles.
Both were lovely and creamy but unfortunately this also made them very difficult to get out of the container. I had to decant them into a
pump dispensers to save this frustration. Perhaps e-salon could consider providing them in a pump dispenser in the future?

I purchased this as i previously had been very happy wih the colour from esalon. Unfortunately this shampoo has stripped the colour from my hair, the conditioner is no better. Feels like a cheap shampoo and conditioner, left my hair feeling very dry which it isnt normally. Had to use lots of conditioner to get any benefit. Packaging particularly on the conditioner is poor. Very difficult to get the product out. Gave up with it after a couple of goes. Better off with a herbal essence or any other colour shampoo you can get from the supermarket. Very disappointed.

I have hispanic thick coarse wavy hair and very very long. It just didn't work for my hair type.

This shampoo did not clean well, had to use more than necessary to get decent coverage to clean scalp. Did not did very well at all and the smell was not as pleasant as other products. Did not have lasting clean properties, found myself needing to wash my hair more often than with other products.

The shampoo was lovely. Left my hair feeling soft and tangle free. Lovely smell. Disappointed with the conditioner. Made my hair feel dry and tangled.

Shampoo was light and fragrant.
Conditioner was smooth and silky but did not condition my color treated hair well.

Not the same as the small pouches in the color box. Smells wonderful but doesn't have the same effervesce as the small pouches do.
