I have rated this shampoo as a 4, however it's through no fault of the shampoo. I had a stroke several years ago which changed the texture of my hair. It is now very frizzy and dry. Also, I recently burned it with a curling iron, making it much worse. Gaining Strength gave its all and has helped to a degree, but I cannot fault the shampoo at all. Due to your 7th Birthday Sale, I will be purchasing other products which look extremely promising to help my long-time-ago beautiful locks.

This is is got to be some of the best hair conditioner , my hair tends to be hard to condition , but after I used the conditioner my hair was very soft and manageable..

It's not earth shattering for me but I've only used it once so I don't think I can leave a fair review, it's just okay for right now, not bad but not super fascinating, only time will tell!

The pump stops working with about 1/3 of the product still inside. So I have to store it upside down. Then when I use it I unscrew the top and pound the bottle against my hand to get the rest out.

The shampoo itself has a great consistency and lathers well. The pump is not the best as it doesn't put out as much as I would like. But it still works fine. The fragrance is good for some, but not my preference of scents. It does do what it advertises though. I will probably continue to use because it does work well.

This conditioner is a good product, I would have given it 5 stars but I am not sure that the name "full strength" is appropriate. Although it is a great conditioner, I am not convinced that it added any strength and I still experienced frizz.

This is a great shampoo when compared what you can buy on the commercial market; however I am not convinced that it "repaired" my hair. I still experienced frizz which I had hope to eliminate. All in all it was a decent shampoo.

I haven't really felt a difference with this shampoo in my hair but I think it's just because I switch between so many of them but I just don't really reach for this one much and the pump pumps out such a small amount

Since using the esalon shampoos, the quality of my hair has changed for the better, it is softer with less frizzy. The only drawback is that I have to use a lot...I have very thick hair. There is little foam, so it's hard to judge how clean your hair is until you rinse. I found one way to make sure you are spreading it evenly is to section your hair... down middle, on the sides and in the back and spread a nickel to quarter size dollop evenly down your parts.

The packaging and bottle of all lovely and the consistency of thr shampoo looked good but it just didn't do it for my hair I read about this shampoo and really had a lot of expectation, sadly I didn't get it.

Excellent conditioner, I have curly dry hair that tangles like crazy. This detangles and makes it so much easier to manage. Although I will say that I don't like how it is not made clear that this is a subscription service and that they will charge you for a package for the next month. If you plan on charging someone like that it should be made explicitly obvious

Reall love the shampoo and conditioner, the push down lid can be a pain, it simply does not work sometime and I have to use it straight from the bottle.

I loved the way this product made my hair feel, but I am concerned that I will build up too much keratin on my hair and it will start to become brittle. I need to know how often it is safe to apply this product to ensure the health of my hair. I am in the process of growing it out to a longer style and I need it to have the necessary strength to get from really short to at least medium length.

My hair seems to be breaking off less and my spit ends are at a minimum. This is a great shampoo when used with its conditioner partner. My only complaint is I'm not a fan of the smell. It is not bad, but a little too perfume like for me. Its not bad enough to stop me from using this shampoo though.

I love the conditioner but as with the shampoo it ran out way too soon! I had to use a lot of it each time to get it all the way through my hair and I only wash my hair about every three days. I was disappointed to run out so soon!

This conditioner is amazing on its own or I have combined it with a bit of the deeply invested nourishing mask and wow my hair was incredibly soft and healthy looking! Only thing I don't like is the bottle size! I wish it was bigger with a pump that dispensed a bit more on each pump.

Works well. Doesn't smell good like I'd hoped it would. Leaves hair soft and not tangled. The spout/pump needs to be bigger though, takes 4-5 pumps to get enough for long hair.

The very first that comes to my mind when I think of this shampoo is smell it just smells amazing and its been 2 weeks that I am using this shampoo my hair looks volume and have to wait for the hair fall control.I feel like its been in control some what but I think I still need to wait :)

I have not used the conditioner long enough to really give an impression. However, I do notice that is has a very nice gel-like consistency that easily spreads on my hair. You don't need a lot to get your hair soaked in product. It smells very perfumed, which I like but if you are not a person who likes heavily scented items, I wouldn't recommend this to you. I am a little disappointed that I'm not seeing immediate results with this conditioner but I want to keep giving it a shot.

First time trying the shampoo and conditioner. I was hoping for similar to the small sachets sent in the colour box but what I picked wasn't the same. Shampoo lathers okay and conditioner feels good on but disappointed there's absolutely little or no fragrance. Would maybe liked a sample try as the ones sent in the box seem to have a better perfume and feel to them. Not sure if I would order the same again as I do like my hair left smelling lovely too.

I got the colour pack and the sachets of shampoo and conditioner were fab!! Bought these on the strength of them but no, they nothing like the sachets, I found they left my hair dry and unsilky. Not a fan unfortunately

It left my hair feeling like a large dry tangle and conditioner wasn't silky enough to help. I felt like it stripped the moisture instead of restoring it.

Für mein Haar leider zu wenig Pflege. Es ist trocken und Stumpf . Den Duft kann ich auch leider nicht vertragen.
Für normales Haar sicherlich gut geeignet, für meine dicken Locken nicht..

J’adore la teinture esalon, mais malheureusement les produits de shampooing et d’après-shampooing laissent mes cheveux une paille. Et celui-ci n’est pas différent. J’ai achetée ce produit pour la deuxième fois parce que j’ai mis un filtre à l’anti-calcaire et j’ai décidée de donner une dernière chance au produit. Terrible. Mes cheveux se transforment en paille. Une déception.

I purchased your repair conditioner, and used it for the first time. Blow drying my hair. Felt like such a struggle. My hair felt like straw. I am very disappointed with this product. The shampoo is just OK. I would not recommend it.

After using the hair color from this company, I used the shampoo and conditioner from their website and found it didn't do anything special for me. My hair was still damaged feeling and still frizzy after my hair dried. You can buy it if you like. I have found cheaper that works better for me though. Good luck with your hair!!

Très déçue par cet ensemble.
Le shampoing me rend les cheveux rêche et tout emmêlés.
Et l'après shampoing ne fait pas du tout son taf.
Pas de démêlage et pas de soin.
Pour moi c'est 35 euros dépensés pour rien.

I always used the moisture shampoo and conditioner from esalon but I decided to change for the shampoo and conditioner repair Im really disappointed about this product I was looking for a repair shampoo that is why I order these products the result left my hair dry

I bought these after reading the description and thinking they would be amazing as suggested before checking out my first order but honestly, I did not expect the smell/fragrance from these and the feeling my hair would have after. I had been using store-bought shampoo before this, after which I would use garnier conditioner and it would leave my hair really soft but these just made it feel really dry and the smell was really chemical.

I'm bummed, I wanted to love this duo but the scent is bad. It's like a combination of plastic bottle and chemical. My husband asked if I used a new hair product because he caught a whiff when I walked by him. I don't want my shampoo/conditioner scent to linger all day and fill the room when I walk in. He didn't like the scent and I don't either. $30.00 for two 9oz bottles is on the pricey side for me.
If I could tolerate the scent I'd love to test this out long term. Now I don't know what to do with this stuff. I had the same issue with the Velvet Primer, threw it out. What a waste of product and money. It's weird because the Classic shampoo and conditioner that comes with the hair color has a nice mild scent. Maybe I should have bought that duo. Two stars because I'm sure it's nice shampoo and the conditioner left my wet hair perfectly detangled.

Sorry the shampoo did nothing to repair my hair. Applied and once sudsed up hair felt grungy crunchy matted and smelled like a wet dog. Turned into a tangled mess I couldnt get my fingers through never mind my wide toothed comb.
Thank goodness the conditioner helped to smooth and detangle slightly. I have never experienced this with any product.
I left hair to dry naturally then put a ton of conditioning serum I had in my bag (thank goodness!) Managed to comb through but hair did not feel or look healthy or shiny like it usually would. I feel very disappointed that the products did not work at all for my hair (coloured and long). Top marks for the lovely packaging just a real shame the product inside was a let down

It came in a bag filled with shampoo about 1/4 to 1/2 the bottle because the bottle was not secure. The plastic piece on the opening was busted. When you spend $40 on shampoo & conditioner this is unacceptable.

When I ordered this set I was looking for a color safe shampoo & conditioner. The shampoo cleanses nicely and lathers well, yet the conditioner does not detangle my hair well at all. I don't like the feel of my hair when I apply this conditioner. I have even let it absorb into my hair after applying for 5-10 minutes in the shower and it just does not condition well. On the plus side, I continued looking for an eSalon product that would better meet my conditioning needs and I found one! This shampoo n conditioner is horrible, not only did ,it tangle my hair so bad, that I had to use a different conditioner to relax my hair n it took all the color out, that I just dyed a couple of weeks ago, which is a beautiful reddish brown color now it's just brown n my gray is already coming through. Not happy at all with this shampoo and conditioner! I'm sorry i bought it. Total waste of money!

I do not like like this shampoo at all. It made my hair somehow oily and dry at the same time. Definitely do not want it again.

I probably just chose the wrong product. I love the smell and texture of this shampoo and conditioner, but my hair isn't as conditioned as I thought it would be. Tends to be more fuzzy with this.

Seems like it's a little over price for what it is in my opinion it's the same as Garnier or Suave

Since using it I've noticed my hair feel really dry at the ends and definitely a more "heavy" feeling than usual.
