Most conditioners will soften, detangle or make your hair more manageable. This product didn't do any of that for my coarse hair.

Can't get pump to work. Shampoo turn and was able to use pump. Have to open bottle to use conditioner. Conditioner feels nice.

All the Shampoo and conditioner products are wonderful. However, when you purchase the full-sized product the bottle pump is cheaply made and breaks easily. I have longer thicker hair and have to pump the bottle at least 20 times to get a gumball sized portion in my palm. I eventually have to open the bottle completely and pour it into my hand. I finally stopped buying any of the shampoo and conditioner products. I would love to see this product in a squeeze bottle!!

Had a very difficult time getting top to release in order to pump. I had to actually open and scoop out the conditioner.

I feel like I need to use a lot of this product to cover my hair. Particularly after the shampoo which doesn't feel very gentle.

I've tried many hair color conditioners and this one was by far the worst. It didn't detangle, moisturize or even smell great. My hair was so dry that I had to re condition with another conditioner to get the tangles out.

Overall I was disappointed in all eSalon products. Dove conditions my hair far better than this. This product just doesn't cut the mustard. I wouldn't recommend this product. No softness or shine about it...
