I bought this because it paired me with it after answering several questions about my hair and either i had high expectations or must've answered something incorrectly.
This doesn't leave my hair soft, rather leaves it greasy. I have thick curly hair and I swear my hair is more frizzy than it's ever been. I would stop using it but for what I paid, I'm going to have to rough this one out since also their refund doesn't include shipping. Very disappointed.

Lightweight for baby fine hair, smells yummy, and rinses cleanly. My hair is not weighed down. Love it!
Update - I used this for over 6 weeks and my hair began to friz and become wiry. I stopped using it and my hair returned to its silky normal status. Don't use this product!!!

The conditioner does not soften your hair but makes it super dry and frizzy. Even if you use lots of conditioner it still doesnt make it soft.

I tried this one and the at full strength conditioner. Neither of them did what they said. Maybe it's because i have wavy hair. Curly hair tends to be dry and these products made my curls limp and dry. One of the conditioners smells like gingerbread, so that nice...

Usually use Deva Curl no-poo hair cleanser and no other conditioner. Found this conditioner harsh and drying. Used twice only.

I didn't like the pump because the conditioner is too thick to pump well. The conditioner did not leave my hair tangle free and was not smooth.

The pump dispenses a very tiny amount. You have to push the pump down 8 or more times just to get enough conditioner for your hair. The pump is also very stiff. As for the conditioner itself, it is just ok. It doesn't have a very nice scent and it didn't make my hair any softer. For the same amount of money you can get a much better product. I recommend Fekkai. Don't waste your money purchasing the esalon products.

Pump mechanism is stiff and only dispenses a small amount with each push. It takes several pumps to get enough even for my thin fine hair. The conditioner is OK. It doesn't weigh my hair down and may add a little volume but it doesn't make it easier to comb through.

I have fine hair and this seems to make it limp and blah- weighs it down. I was disappointed. Perhaps it just doesn't work well in very humid weather. The conditioner which comes with the e salon hair color is much better.

Wasn't a fan of the conditioner. It's hard to pump enough out of the bottle, ended up taking the pump off and squeezing the product out. Had to use a lot in order to detangle hair enough to brush later. Didn't seem to condition well. Wouldn't order again.

After using the heart lock shampoo and conditioner, I purchased this set to see if I could get more volume out of my fine hair. It seemed heavier and my hair got dirty quicker with the Big Softie. I will be returning to the heart lock set. I think sometimes it's just a matter of what works with your hair. This didn't do it for me.

My hair felt crunchy and heavy after using this and the Big Love Shampoo. I rinsed for several minutes, and it didn't feel right, but I started drying it, and couldn't run my fingers OR my comb through the hair. After several minutes of rinsing again, it was more manageable, but still didn't feel GOOD. I tried it twice, and it happened both times. Won't be purchasing this again.

I do love this conditioner, but I find this kind of bottle very difficult. I have a lot of hair, and it needs a lot of conditioner, which I'm used to. But this kind of pump bottle doesn't really allow for ease in getting a lot of conditioner out.

I wanted to like this but after a week of use my hair became dry and dull.
I switched to another conditioner and my hair became soft and shiny.

The shampoo & conditioner is ok. I don't like the pump at all !! It barely comes out, & takes too long to get the correct amount out. I now just open the top, but shouldn't have to.

After washing and conditioning it made me hair very dry and brittle. It was difficult to brush through and tangled very easily. I also did not see any improvement in volume.

I like the conditioner that comes with the hair dye so I bought this thinking it will work the same but with "volume" added. It doesn't condition at all. My hair was still dry, tangled and greased. It's the worse conditioner I ever used. I gave it to a friend to try and she hated it. She threw the whole bottle away.

Another disappointment....again I had to pump it quite a bit to get enough to put in my hair and it didn't leave my hair soft or didn't untangle areas that needed it. I even put more conditioner in that particular area, and no go...
